After an 18 month wait list, we were able see a grief and trauma therapist; she cancelled on multiple occasions and was inconsistent with her replies to emails and rescheduling appointments. She LOVED to talk about herself. Her office was a complete mess. This broken system failed us. Angel Graham; your 'expertise' was quite disappointing!

We were referred there and we had hopes that this institute will help my teen son, instead the person who handled the file was very careless. She closed our file without any notice. She only met with him once and refused to give us any feedback or how she will proceed. the next thing I knew the file was closed. These people don't give a flick about these teenagers and their youth problems.

Waited 18 months and my child needs help. Our file got closed without our knowledge, and they expect us to do it all over again. Went to the parent classes, they haven't even talked to my child, or seen him, and they closed his file.they contacted my wife, after we went to parenting classes, my wife said we still needed help, and they closed his file still.

We had high hopes that we could access support and assistance for our child. Turns out all they want to do is send you back to your doctor and have pills prescribed to children. Donna Tyler was dismissive in our conversations when we were seeking additional therapies to help our struggling child. Truly disappointed.

Had to take my wife who has a knee problem. You cannot drop anyone off at a door that is actually open without paying for the privilege. You must pay to enter the lot, or else walk all the way around from the front of the building because of course that door is locked. Simply β€œfantastic” for anyone with mobility issues. Please either leave the front door open, or allow 2 minutes in the parking lot for free. You are forcing people, unable to walk, to pay to be dropped off.

I know a lot of people have problems with the walk in but you have to remember it's not a full time doctor that you are seeing ever week they see you one time for an hour for FREE you don't get that anywhere else!! Yes sometimes they will say "maybe mom and dad can try this or that" and it makes you feel that they are blaming you saying it all your fault but you have to remember ITS NOT ALL THE CHILD'S FAULT either yes the child needs help but it take a FAMILY to FIX what is BROKEN!! My daughter was going that and she has changed so much but she was not the only one that did the work my self and my husband went to every class they had for NEW ideas to HELP her!! Parents you need to put YOUR FEELS ASIDE so YOUR CHILD CAN GET BETTER!! I do wish they had a walk-in for adults!! That is the only reason I gave them ****

Pathstone receives such praise in this region..they are all we have for our mentally ill children and youth and they are horrible! 1st time my daughter attended she had to endure verbal sexual aggression from another group member...guess what pathstone did about it...NOTHING I also worked privately under a head psychologist who was fully aware of a child being abused and he did nothing about it. My daughter has been seen on and off for 10 yrs being treated for an Incorrect diagnosis, and most recently they dumped her to the hospital therapist and didn't even bother to let me know..after waiting on their waitlist for months. Ask around...this place is aweful!!!

If I could rate this a zero I would. Horrible services! Receptionist is very rude and my child has been waiting for services for 2 years! I'm absolutely disgusted that this is pretty much the only service available for youths that have depression...shame on you!

This place is a joke! My stepson went to be evaluated after months long of a wait time. They told us that he has a lot of red flags and then TURNED HIM AWAY! He has autism along with ADHD and other disabilities. They told us they can’t help us but if he has an episode to take him to the ER for a psych hold. He is 11 years old! Doing this would case so many more problems for him. We are trying to do what we can to prevent him getting that far and they turned him away. This is so unethical and disappointing that a mental health centre is turning him away knowing he is at risk. You make me sick! DO BETTER!

Pathstone is amazing! I went to an anxiety group at Pathstone and it was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful, and covered very important and useful information. I recommend this place!

An amazing place to go to. Very nice staff and counsellors who listen to you and help you if possible. If you are going through something go here. They help and solve problems.

In highschool, I was in and out of their Crisis centre, on a waitlist for evaluation, and when I finally thought I was getting help they turned me away; actively and openly suicidal (they knew this), already diagnosed with depression amongst other things. They essentially told me I wasn’t struggling enough to need help and that there was nothing wrong with me. I proceeded to drop out of school and tried to kill myself twice. These aren’t people who care about you, at least, they weren’t when I needed them most. Anywhere else is better for you.
