    Michelle’s energy and personality has helped me be excited to work out again! Her workouts are fun and challenging! I started with the stroller fit class and now jumping into her online classes which have been great!! Highly recommend joining the BALB community if looking for great support and fun workouts!

    It's been a transformative 6 weeks for me. This program is just what I needed to bounce back after having my kids. Michelle has a great meal and exercise plan that really makes everything so easy. You can work out when it works for you, in the comfort of your own home. I can't recommend it enough, I am super motivated in continuing my health journey with this program.

    In my particular case, I needed a stepping stone to get into some shape for further exercising. Although during the sessions it did not seem strenuous, I was always pleased to feel the after-effects of using muscles that had not been used to stretching. I loved the music but was a little disoriented by the constant changes in routines. (must come with age) The group was friendly and very accepting of one another. Lesa Bablak

    I really enjoyed Michelle's classes. It had been several years since I participated in an exercise class and was pleasantly surprised by the level of exercises Michelle showed us. It was a great workout.

    Michelle’s energy for life and fitness is positively contagious!! The BALB programs are fun, have an excellent variety, cater to every fitness level and also create a great sense of community amongst the women participating. Also worth mentioning is the killer playlists and commentary that keep you smiling and motivated throughout your entire workout. I highly recommend to any woman who wants to enjoy fitness again or just get started!

    I absolutely love the BALB classes and community . Michelle puts a lot of time and effort in choosing the workouts she shares. You never get bored and truly feel like you’re exercising with a group..from the comfort of your own home. I’m hooked!!

    I started Michelle's fitness classes a few months ago and I have enjoyed every single workout. All of her workouts are fun, challenging and adaptable for every fitness level. The music is amazing. The live classes are so motivating and the library of classes are endless. Love the sense of community.

Michelle is such an amazing leader and provides such encouragement, guidance and patience in that she’ll have you doing things you once wouldn’t thought you could!     BALB / Michelle is an excellent and very motivating fitness coach. She is highly experienced and does a great job at providing modifications throughout her exercise programs as well as making at home workouts fun. I needed an exercise program I could do at home, on a very busy schedule with young children and Michelle meets those needs while she has also exceeded my expectations! The BALB community she has created is very supportive as well. Working with Michelle has increased my self-confidence and improved my fitness level - exactly what I wanted - all without a hyper focus on weight loss, more so body positivity!

    Love Michelle’s stroller fit class! She is great with the babies and the mommas. I’ve enjoyed the progression from week 1 to week 6 so far and feel like I get a bit stronger each class! It’s also such a fun atmosphere and would definitely recommend for any mom!

    No two BALB classes are the same and Michelle has the personality to make every class fun. She also has exercise modifications for any fitness level seamlessly blended into the classes. I love that I can do the classes anytime on replay. There are so many extras included beyond classes that make the online experience better than being there.

    Joining stroller fit was the best postpartum decision I made for baby and myself. Michelle creates an inviting and safe environment for moms who are looking to get fit and socialize.     Michelle is so motivating and encouraging, I always end in a way better mood after doing one of her classes! Working out from home is so convenient while still having the accountability of doing live workouts. I recently finished an in person bootcamp and loved it! Michelle brings so much energy and positive vibes to her space :)

    The on-line classes are amazing. The instructor is always energetic, knowledgeable and very positive. Doing the live class in the morning is a great way to start your day and if you can't make it, you can follow the recorded class for an amazing work out at any time. The classes change daily so you get a full-body work out and the music is a great mix of classics that gets you moving. Everyone in this community is so supportive to help you reach your goals - give it a try, you won't regret it.

    I absolutely love the support and community I have gotten from joining the BALB online classes. I have so much fun and look forward to the workouts. Never boring and Michelle is such a great motivator. So glad a friend introduced me to BALB - I’ve never loved working out as much as I do now!! Such an inviting group of ladies, never any judgment.     Michelle’s classes are EXACTLY what I was looking for in terms of online home exercise classes! As a busy new mom there are only so many hours in a day for ME time. Her classes are played LIVE a few times per week with the option to replay at any time; whatever works with your schedule! Every class is different, not one class the same. They are fun, energetic, and effective workouts leaving you excited for the next! No matter your fitness level Michelle offers modifications to meet your needs so that everyone is equally included. It is the true definition of a unique fitness “community” where all ladies have the same attitudes, interests and goals! BALB also has other programs ie. Stroller fit, boot camp, and yoga during the year to add even more fun! I am so happy I joined this group! Each workout has made me better both physically and mentally everyday and allows me to be the best version of myself and the best mom to my little one! :) I cannot recommend the BALB online studio enough! :)

    Michelle is as real as they get! Her positive energy is something she brings to each work out. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and understanding! Her work outs are something I look forward to and the community she has created is empowering for all. Her programs are tailored in a way that accommodates all fitness levels and the access to ‘replay’ classes helps women and families stay balanced. Michelle is incredibly motivating and easy to connect with!

    I joined Michelle’s stroller fit class during my first maternity leave in 2019; and was so excited to see that she was able to host another round this season during my second maternity leave. The energy of her classes is so motivating and every week there is something new! From day one, Michelle makes everyone feel like they’ve been a part of her community for ages, and has an incredible way of making everyone feel welcome and empowered. She always offers modifications to exercises and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. 5 stars, 10/10 recommended!

    You will not regret joining! Michelle cares about her members mental and physical health and goes above and beyond to help you become the best version of yourself. It is so much more than online fitness classes and the sense of community is invaluable. The live heart rate monitors help to keep me accountable and are incredibly motivating. Classes are always changing, high energy and adaptable for all abilities and fitness levels. Michelle does a great job providing modifications and options if you don't have the specific equipment.     Loving the option to go live the mornings I can- or do after work when everyone is in bed! Michelle is easy to talk to, motivating and inspirational. She’s full of energy and sometimes I’m laughing so hard that I have to take a break from the exercise. Really happy I finally joined! Some weeks are better than others but the positive is.... the accountability has proven to help ME feel part of something they is inclusive and fun. Highly recommend!

    Be Active Live Better is about more than just working out. It’s a community and lifestyle. The workouts are awesome but the feeling of inclusiveness and belonging is even better. I’ve always felt supported and close with the other people who are part of the BALB community. Michelle is one of the most motivating instructors I have met. She’s always reaching out to check in and see if there is anything she can do to support you. Highly recommend giving the classes a try!

    I have been a member of Be Active Live Better since the first day Michelle provided classes. Be Active is not just a typical studio, instead it is a community where I have built many friendships. It is a community that encourages me to work towards achieving my best self, while having many laughs along the way. Michelle offeres several classes that are directed to various fitness levels. Her classes are very well planed and no two classes are alike. I have recommended several friends throughout the years and all of them have been more than satisfied with their experiences.     I have been a part of BALB for only 3 months now but the experience is like no other. I have loved every minute, from the daily classes, community and support from other Members and overall approach and support from Michelle. The changes I have made have been a direct reflection of the BALB community and all it and Michelle have to offer. I have already encouraged friends to join and will continue to share with those around me the role BALB has played in changing my life, for the better.

    I absolutely love being a part of the BALB community. NEVER in my life have I been so consistent with fitness classes, let alone the 6 a.m. club! I honestly feel the only reason I've stuck with it is because of Michelle. Her classes are challenging, never the same and FUN!! Michelle is motivating, encouraging, extremely enthusiastic and so positive. Classes are online but I feel her energy radiate through the screen. BALB is more than just fitness classes, Michelle teaches us how to live a balanced lifestyle. It's ok to have that glass of wine and eat that piece of cake. Everything in moderation and everything with a positive mind. I'm so happy I found this online, interactive community.
