I
started
my
journey
with
yoga
at
Lost
'n
Found
in
Nov
2018,
doing
the
beginner
intro
workshop
with
Amanda.
My
first
regular
class
was
the
first
Saturday
after
the
course
began,
the
last
Saturday
before
Christmas
and
it
was
packed
to
the
gills
with
32
mats
(Hatha
with
Jenna).
It
was
very
imposing
at
the
start,
but
Jenna
welcomed
anyone
that
was
new
and
took
the
time
to
say
hi
after
the
class.
That
has
been
my
entire
experience
with
Lost
'n
Found
since
then,
WELCOMING.
From
the
instructors
to
the
owners
to
the
front
of
house
staff
-
you're
always
made
to
feel
welcome
and
comfortable.
Over
the
next
year
I
added
more
difficult
classes
and
on
NYE
2019
tried
the
hot
room
for
the
first
time
with
Angela.
I
figuratively
almost
died,
but
I
got
hooked
on
hot
yoga
and
started
going
3-5x/week.
I
love
the
hot
room
and
getting
a
good
sweat
on.
No
matter
what
level
you're
at,
there
is
a
class
for
you
and
there
is
a
time
for
you.
Early
morning,
mid-morning,
afternoon,
evening,
very
easy
to
find
a
class
that
works
with
your
schedule.
If
you've
never
been,
and
are
hesitant,
know
that
you
will
not
be
judged.
The
studio
offers
many
Pilates
classes,
facial
stretch
therapy
is
available
with
Buffy
(AMAZING
for
hip
and
glute
tightness),
physiotherapy
with
Leigh
is
available
onsite,
trauma
sensitive
yoga
(ALIGN)
as
well
as
counselling
and
psychotherapy
services,
aerial
yoga,
Pilates
reformer
private
lessons
and
groups,
teacher
training,
restorative
yoga;
so
many
services.
Yoga
has
helped
my
life
in
so
many
ways.
If
you
are
wondering
whether
it
might
help
you,
I
highly
recommend
coming
in
to
Lost
'n
Found
to
see
what
they
can
offer
you.
