I
was
petrified
about
going
to
a
gym,
many
times
I
had
signed
up
at
big
name
places
online
and
never
actually
went.
A
few
years
ago
I
got
sick
and
had
to
recover
from
full
lower
body
paralysis
with
no
physio
or
any
training.
I
had
just
assumed
the
recovery
I
had
made
was
as
good
as
it
would
ever
get
in
my
life,
but
I
was
wrong
and
so
were
the
doctors.
A
few
months
ago
at
my
highest
weight,
worst
self-esteem,
and
the
most
anger
I've
ever
felt
towards
myself,
I
emailed
LIV
fitness.
Sent
a
looong
desperate
email
basically
explaining
my
life
story,
and
why
I
needed
my
life
back.
I'm
a
live-in
care
provider
for
someone,
I
had
to
be
better.
Rob
emailed
back
instantly,
invited
me
to
go
over,
get
a
feel
for
the
place,
he
was
extremely
welcoming
and
just
felt
like
a
friend.
Those
who
are
shy
with
severe
anxiety,
trust
me,
you
will
love
it.
I've
been
going
twice
a
week
now,
and
I'm
already
kinder
to
myself
mentally,
emotionally
and
physically
stronger
each
week.
Most
of
all
though,
I'm
happier
on
those
days,
and
in
today's
world
of
chaos,
I
think
that's
the
best
part.
I
wouldn't
be
where
I'm
at
today
without
my
trainer
Eric
who
has
more
patience
for
me
than
anybody.
I
would
be
lost
without
him,
and
the
safe,
and
judgment
free
environment
that
him
and
Rob
provide.
I
know
I
have
a
long
way
before
I
hit
goals,
but
it's
not
intimidating
anymore,
I'll
get
there.
I
always
leave
my
sessions
feeling
content,
and
with
a
smile
on
my
face.
Thank
you
LiV
