    Lisa is a blessing. Her teaching impacts me regularly. Not only are her yoga classes good for the body, but for the heart and mind. After being with her for 5 years, I tried two other yoga studios and could not get the kind of mind/body connection that she brings to her practice. Now being with her for 8 years, I can honestly say her classes is a regular part of my health regimen.

    I love going to Lisa's Yoga! First of all the studio is so beautiful with so many big windows overlooking a beautiful garden you can't help but feel one with nature. Lisa herself is a wonderful teacher! Her tone is so calming and her vibe is totally zen. She gets my prana flowing in all the right directions then totally puts me in a deep yogic sleep with her amazing GONG BATH! Highly highly recommend signing up for one of these yoga classes.

    I have had the honor of not only experiencing Lisa's incredible classes personally but also working alongside her at a healing retreat. Lisa has the most gentle and joyful spirit. She radiates light, peace, and hope. Her spirit seems to know exactly what your body and soul need. And she explains what she is doing so you understand the why. One class or session with her calms and soothes. I didn't know self-care could feel this good. She leaves my soul and body refreshed and my mood lighter. I have been to many yoga classes and nothing compares to what Lisa does. When you meet her, you will know exactly what I am talking about.

    I have taken "Lisa's Yoga" class for well over a decade. Lisa is passionate about yoga and is well accredited. Yoga is her life path and she "walks the walk". She continually upgrades her studies and always brings a fresh approach to poses and stretches while being mindful of her student's individual needs. Her classes are longer than most adding value and always have a well-organized flow. She offers a guided relaxation before class as well as shavasana to finish the class. She has a open loving spirit and goes beyond to share her knowledge. Whether you choose yoga for exercise or for spiritual discovery she can guide you on your personal journey. Highly recommended. In addition to classes she offers regular workshops, retreats and gong meditations. Check it out!

    My partner & I have been going to Lisa's Yoga off & on over the last year now (sometimes bringing along my teenage daughter). I run & weight lift, my partner is a competitive bodybuilder, and we both agree that no matter how we stretch ourselves after our workouts, we never feel as good or as loose as when we finish one of Lisa's classes. Lisa has a fantastic knowledge of how our bodies work. She realizes (& expects) that we are all built differently therefore we all aren't able to move in the same way, so she takes the time to help each individual in her class to adjust the poses without making us feel uncomfortable about it. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

    Lisa is truly a beautiful being, inside and out! She is an expert in her field and gives from her heart. I highly recommend trying some of her classes. She is an authentic teacher and shines bright! <3

    Lisa's open and loving personality is reflected in her yoga studio. She has created a sacred space in which everyone is welcome to come and explore their own journey of self and healing. It was a life changing opportunity for me when I walked into Lisa's Yoga!

    Simply said... Lisa is a true gift to anyone who is in her presence! I recently had the great pleasure of cofacilitating with Lisa at a healing retreat in New Mexico. Living in close proximity for a week, allowed me to see Lisa's joyful and peace filled spirit that is clearly her true nature! With light and love Lisa shared through yoga, meditation and breath work how to find a fearless and peaceful spirit! I loved how Lisa used music and instruction while guiding our yoga to learn how to relieve stress and rebalance our nervous system. There was also very helpful knowlege shared around strengthening our ability to process and rewire trauma through various breathing methods, yoga positions and meditations. I have come to understand her wisdom comes from 20 plus years of studying the art of yoga in India and beyond. I have sampled many yoga series however have never experienced such a renewing yoga class. You are a true gift to this world Lisa!

    Lisa is like a breath of fresh air. Being around her immediately reminds me to slow down and just be. She is joy, wisdom, and love all bundled up in one! When I was introduced to the type of work Lisa does I was immediately interested in having her offer kundalini yoga at our trauma treatment centre (Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing) . I knew that the parasympathetic work and helping people to become comfortable with a sense of calm rather than chaos was essential for their healing. What I quickly found however was how much I enjoyed her teachings and her classes as well. We regularly bring Lisa in to work with clients when they would like to accelerate their treatment with private yoga sessions and Lisa is a key part of the treatment plan for any intensive out of province / country clients that we work with. Her work is actually is essential for balancing out the intensive trauma processing work we are doing to promote discharging, regulation and healing through the body mind spirit as well. What I personally value about Lisa’s work is her ability to weave in the neuroscience and physiology to what she is teaching to help people understand the why of it. I am also grateful for her ability to guide participants in a manner that fits within their personal belief systems. Lisa recently presented at our trauma and attachment certification conference and although I unfortunately was not able to attend as I was also presenting I observed the participants left the room just glowing after spending a day focussing inward, focussing on breath work, and rebalancing the nervous system brain body spirit. It was so beautiful to see! Most recently I had the opportunity to co- facilitate a healing retreat with Lisa and indulged in every experiential activity I could with her during that time to soak up the benefits. Meditation in the morning mountainside, yoga in the afternoon, sound healing in the evening…It was absolutely heavenly so restorative! I highly recommend Lisa. She is a kind gentle soul who finds joy in all she does. She truly emanates love, light, authenticity, kindness, and bliss into the world around her.

    I highly recommend trying a yoga class at her studio, you'll enjoy cooldown with a great meditation at the end of each class.
