If I could give it zero stars I would. The order I placed today was the easiest order I have ever placed at this location. A large coffee one cream two sweetener, a large bag tea 2 bags left in triple triple with cream. They nails the drinks. HOW EVER HOW AND WHERE THEY WENT WRONG WITH 2 EVERYTHING BAGELS WITH PLAIN CREAM CHEESE TOMATO BACON SALT AND PEPPER. HOW IN THE SAM HELL IS THIS WHAT I ORDERED OR EVEN BETTER SOMETHING YOUR OWNER, GENERAL MANAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER WOULD EVER TELL YOU IS EXCEPT-ABLE TO SERVE TO A CUSTOMER LET ALONE MY DAME DOG

Drive through Line usually goes out onto the road for the drive through, then if your parked your stuck. Coconut donuts! Ice capps!

Not sure why this location has gone so far down but it has. I stopped going there as no one seems to be able to make a proper ice cappuccino. May as well just give me a carton of chocolate milk which is probably thicker than the watery mess I've been served. The people begging at this location is really a put off too.

This location is not the best, pretty slow and crowded parking lot with cars often lined up out into the street. Do not waste your time trying to go in to the counter. They prioritize drive thru and it takes them 4 to 8 minutes to serve each person in line. Also they have people begging for money in the drive thru and they don't do anything about it. If you can avoid this location you probably should.

My fiancé son and I went through the drive through of this Tim’s this morning with a mid sized order and they made me the best constructed farmers wrap. It made my morning, I’ve been receiving really poorly put together farmers wraps from other locations but this location nailed it. Also they actually stirred my tea, it made me so happy. Thanks employees!

Very nice atmosphere and always clean and comfortable. I personally think that Timmies french vanilla cappuccino from the actual restaurant is far too sweet, in comparison to the Timmies french vanilla cappuccino that I make at home, according to the instructions provided on the can. Very excellent customer service at this location and always have an enjoyable experience when dining in or taking out from this location. Great job!! Keep up the most excellent work!

Very sketchy place. Thought my Buddy & I were gonna get robbed or stabbed. People sleepin on curbs. Have to buzz in to use bathroom. Needle box in washrooms. They should provide bullet prove vest. Staff great. Outside buildin sketchy

Went here this morning at about 730am. The cashier snatched my phone directly from my hand and then proceeded to drop it. Other employees looked like they were just as upset as I am, and then her comment about me being ok with it?? Like really? My family and I will not be returning after this.

Careful when placing mobile orders on this store. Placed an order, arrived to pick it up and the told me they couldn’t make it. They asked me to just send a message on the app to get my money back. Sent a message on the app and they told me they don’t do refunds. Money was essentially taken from me.

I love this Tim Hortons, and come here a lot. But if i have to go the the bathroom before eating, or even wash my hands, I won't be choosing this place any more, because its painful and humiliating to wait and wait and wait and wait, to ask a too busy staff person to allow me in to the washroom, while they're trying to deal with a long line. Oh well. I'll find another place that offers basic human services and dignity. I feel humiliated from the experience, and I'll have to buy my meal at a place where I can easily use the washroom. Perhaps offer a buzzer to the customers, to get the staff's attention to buzz you in???

the staff here is so friendly! Another tim hortons royally messed up our drinks and they fixed them with no issue and were super kind the whole time! Thank you 🫶🏻

Food good , coffee awesome , staff and customer service not very proud , out of 7 staff , 6 talking in themselves 0 regards for customer , 1 only doing job rest all chatting and wasting time , lof of customers including me left without a meal , just necessary coffee

This place is number one in the city I think. Always busy as ever but the service is never compromised. Staff is friendly and prompt in getting your order in very late time. All around, 5 outta 5 for sure!!

There once was a girl name Sophie she was the rudest girl I've ever met my life but since she's been fired this is pretty good Tim Hortons sometimes lines can be long because sometimes it seems like there's eight people on drive thru and only one or two on counter but other than that the rest of the staff are amazing 🤩

The lady working tonight at the drive thru was excellent. We got 2 steep teas, they were made perfectly and labelled as well. She was polite and wished us a good evening. Really feels nice to get such kind service especially at night shift.

Really good food for the price. Good coffee, good donuts, and good quality breakfast/lunch food. The atmosphere is good and you may encounter some homeless people here and there. Other than that, the food and service were excellent.

Had many bad experiences here - I know there are hard working friendly staff and I appreciate them. However today I went there and ordered a large americano, girl gave me the cup half full told me that’s how she was taught to make them and that’s how they make them. I get this everyday, I know I’ve gotten one from this location before and it’s never been made like this. Hard to believe anyone taught her to make it like that either.

Their burgers were small . I paid way to much for small burgers and usually they're huge. Good bye Arby's. Never going again. You lost a good customer. 🤬

Was having a coffee when someone I know had to use the washroom. Turned out the women's bathroom was closed, they asked to use the other washroom. One employee seriously told her no because she's a woman. I would give this review a 0 star if I could after that.

This is the best Tim Hortons in St.Catharines I swear by it, super friendly staff and the food is always great and well put together, and the drinks always taste how they should

The renovations make it look nicer, but the neighbourhood is still sketchy. At least my order wasn't bunged up this time.

Waited more than 20 mins in drive thru and they were out of steeped tea just so it would take 5 mins to brew! Person on drive thru was very rude

Slowest Tim hortons, close dining room for absolutely 0 reasons, always screws up orders, and always offers the worst customer service. Karen I hope you're smiling while reading this. Been coming here consistently for 8 years and still after every year yall get worse.

Three strikes you're out! First, there are people begging literally a few feet from the driveway window, basically in your way and you have no option to get around them. Secondly the dining room is closed most of the time now because "not enough people working". I feel sorry for people on foot because they can't go through driveway without being in a car. And last, do NOT order an ice cappuccino as I have to agree with another comment "it's a watery mess". Doesn't matter what time of day you go through, the ice cappuccino machine is either not working properly or nobody at this location can make a proper one. I suggest if you want one, go to the location on Welland Ave by Walmart as they know how to make one! I will make the extra drive to the other Timmie's by Walmart as I am completely done with this location.

I visited here at 7:30 pm on Sep 17,2022. Food was great, Service provided from the person who takes order for drive thru was spectacular. But One person ruined my whole experience. Person who gives food at the window was so unfriendly and rude. I misunderstood what she say as 22 and than told her that I think my order is 8.22 one. But then she replied back saying “thats what I told you”. After that somehow her face looked so angry and didnt say single word when she was giving out the food and I said thank you and good night to her. Her attitude towards me was extremely bad and I don't know what wrong with her.

Lots of interesting characters at this location, but the staff are friendly and efficient, there is space to dine in, the bathrooms seemed clean enough, and other than that you should know what to expect, ok food and drink at ok prices.

I was not impressed by one employee doing the sandwich bar. Usually when doing a take out they put supplies in the bag . So was quite surprised when I went to have my lunch. No butter for my bun no utensil no napkin Chili is not finger food. Plus was charged extra was not rung in as a meal. Need to watch some of them here..

The store was nice, staff were pleasant. Not a fan of the order ahead app in relation to this location. It seems inconsistent and even though the drive through is 24hrs, the app wouldn't let me order at 9:30 pm for whatever reason. But then like two days later, it worked fine.
