This place is a hidden Gem. The owners are very KIND people. Their store is very clean! They have everything to make for an awesome outing. I encourage others to support local. We picked up bread sausages bacon and many types off treats over the last month. The meat is so good! I will spend my money here with no problem.

The lady who owns this store called me a BLOODY WANKA then cranked Mr.Bean on the tv at full volume. You are allowed to smoke inside the ONLY reason I am giving it 5 stars

What I love the most about the British Boutique is how well I am treated. Charlie is a pleasure and made time for my questions. He made sure I was hooked up with my favourite gifts and treats, and even threw in a couple of extras for my kid. The best chocolate and crisps in St. Catharines, and the service and attention to quality sure beats Amazon. I will certainly be back. Thanks Charlie! 🇬🇧

Great shop with friendly owner. They have fresh Battenburg cake and cream as well as tons of canned and packaged British food items. If I lived in the area I'd be returning often for dark chocolate Hobnobs!

I bought Manchester mug but some of them has scratch, so be careful when you buy the mugs..

I have been dealing with this amazing establishment for over 3 years now. I have never been disappointed by their stock, customer service or their delivery!! I can’t thank Eli for all he does for me and the individuals that he drops the items off to! Every year they are taken back by the items that remind them of home. The staff made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in and even helped me to take my items to the car!!! Can’t say enough about this place!!❤️

Absolutely positive experience today at this store when I was looking for a gift for a secret Santa exchange. The store is clean and in excellent condition and the gentleman I spoke to, Charlie, was extremely helpful. They had lots of products from popular British brands like Coronation Street and Premiere League Football, but I was also surprised to see smaller brands like Mrs. Browns Boys represented. Overall wonderful experience.

Everything about this shop is 5 star! From the lovely owner & staff who make you feel so welcome to the great selection, especially over the holidays. There are good specials and promotions, just ask if you don’t see what you are looking for. Our travel plans fell through this Christmas again due to covid and I was able to pick up everything from bangers to sausage rolls to lemon shred and clotted cream, every kind of holiday dairy milk, galaxy and tubs of heroes … so happy they are Downtown St Catharines

Hidden Gem! We were walking along St Paul and my daughter was looking for a unique treat so we decided to pop in. We were so impressed! So many interesting things from unique pop, candy and meat pies to Harry Potter and soccer merchandise! Staff was also amazing! Charlie gave us free samples and was amazing at explaining all the products. So friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back for stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts!!!
