My visit to the optical store was outstanding! They handled insurance claims efficiently, saving me time and effort. I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. They always greet you with a smile, check in with you to see how everything is with you, and they always remember me even when I haven’t been there for a few months. Mohammed was the associate that helped me pick out my glasses and settle my account the last time I was in. He was a very helpful guy and took the time to help me find the right pair of glasses that I was looking for. Overall I’ve never had a negative experience at this location.

The service was great! The glasses I ordered also came in exactly as the dates they said and the staff are friendly and helpful too. They helped me out fixing my glasses with no fee when I came to have the measurement fixed. Will definitely recommend.

I ordered a pair of glasses and lenses on December 14 and haven't received any emails or phone calls from the store. After over a month of unanswered calls and an email, I'm beginning to question the integrity of Phoenix Optical's customer service. On your website, it says this, "To best serve our customers we try to deliver products quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality". Unfortunately after over month of waiting in the dark, I don't believe I've received the promised service. As a paying customer, I'm wondering if there is anything that ownership can do to make up for this customer experience.

Excellent service!! If you need eye glasses or a proper eye exam in Niagara, Phoenix Optical is the best. I am so happy I came here. My friend suggested this place and I wasn’t disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with this optometrist office. I had a scheduled eye exam and showed up about ten minutes early. While I was waiting I looked around at frames as I was expecting to have a change in prescription and would likely need a new pair. The employees were very dodgy about my insurance (which I brought with me) and asking me to pick out glasses before I even had my eye exam. Overall the staff was not too helpful. I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time as I really needed my eyes checked but had other plans for the day so ultimately I decided to leave and just go somewhere else who cares more about their customers. As someone who has worked at an optometry office before I can say that the wait should not be that long and customer service should be a top priority.

Excellent store for glasses The fat guy is marvelous His services are very warm and lovely. Appointment itself was fine. Went in to get my lens fitted to my frames and they broke my original frames that I've had for years. Told me I could pick out a pair to replace them then tried to charge me for them saying I still had to buy them? Pretty disgusted at this. Won't be returning or recommending this place anymore. Money gauging.

Will for sure return. The glasses selection was outstanding! I was able two find 3 beautiful pairs of glasses and the price was great, too! The staff were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took notice and care into there jobs and worked really well together! I am in love with my glasses keep up the great work ladies!

Extremely disappointing. I recieved one month's worth of contacts with missing lenses. When I brought this to their attention back in May 2022 they promised me over the phone that they were ordering me replacements, except they completely forgot about me when I called them back for an update in early June. I called for a second time and again they told me they were ordering me replacements as we speak... Another four weeks later I haven't heard back from them. They told me they were having a busy day and would call me back in fifteen minutes with an update... I didn't receive a phone call back for HOURS. I now have to visit them in person to speak to them face to face about this issue. I originally came to them with this issue in May, it is now July and I have still not received what I paid for.

Very low quality customer service, they are concerned about the way you look in an inappropriate/rude way. They're glasses seem to take forever to be prepared and if they are taking longer than expected or promised you cannot ask for a refund for something you haven't recieved? If this is the case how about you make the glasses first and call me, then I'll come pay? When they actually exist.

Came in just to browse what style of frames I'd be interested in purchasing, I told the lovely lady who helped me I wasn't going to be purchasing new glasses today and she still spent a good 15 mins helping me figure out what would be best for me and making suggestions and was extremely helpful.

would give this place 0 stars for customer service but 5 stars for the physical eye exam. the front desk person named Carol let another person into the eye exam room before me even though my appointment was booked at an earlier time (mine was at 1:20pm and the other persons’ was at 1:40pm). i complained since i was already waiting 5 mins before my appointment and Carol was nothing but rude to me. she insisted it was my fault that i was on the phone for 30 seconds and that it was necessary to let the other customer go before me even if her appointment was after mine. some people should not work customer service especially if they suck at it.
