My friends and I frequent this location as a meeting place to have coffee so I have many interactions here. One of the last times we were there (overnight). We watched people sleeping in the lobby, a hand sanitizer fall off the wall, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. We watched staff go on break and avoid actually cleaning the washrooms. To get a coffee you may as well pack a lunch because no one even is coherent that people are there waiting sometimes for 15 minutes just to get staff attention. Now when we visit we noticed the bathrooms are roped off at a certain time, not sure exactly when or what time this happens but everytime we are there it’s always roped off and closed. As a disabled person with mobility issues and an ostomy bag, going to a place that serves food and drink and having no access to use the washroom is utterly disgusting. I have to resort to emptying my bag into an empty coffee cup, and deposit it in the garbage in the building because there are no garbages outside the building. Tonight I witnessed an OPP officer go in and try and use the washrooms. She stood there for many minutes to get staff attention, you guessed it no one even noticed her. She then had to resort to using the washroom at the neighbouring gas station because Tim’s staff were apparently too busy to acknowledge her, and she couldn’t use the bathrooms. This location is a nightmare. The staff is clueless of who is in the building, you cannot use the washrooms regardless of your situation, and if they do notice you you are told to use the washrooms at the gas station??? If I could give this location a negative star review I would. Sadly it’s the only Tim hortons open late night when friends and I get together as we all used to work midnights. If you have the option to go to another location, I’d say do that because this location especially over nights cares less about customer service, and cleanliness then being in the back doing whatever they are doing. Do better Tim Hortons, I know in my day if I showed this lack of care in my job I woulda been fired. Maybe that’s what’s needed and make this location close at a certain time because there is no point of being open if staff doesn’t even acknowledge customers and you have to go into survival mode if you at all need a washroom. User Beware! And a special note: I have read previous reviews. I ask that you do not ask me to call into a 1800 number or click on a link to further discuss my review of my experience. I am not playing ball with a generic BS response. Just do better! Or close at night!

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. I just had the ABSOLUTE worst experience at this Tim Horton’s. Firstly, the hours online clearly state “OPEN 24 HOURS”, however this is false. I had placed an online order, in which the transaction went through to this store, and upon arrival to pick up my order, I was screamed at by one of the workers told “Ya we’ve been closed since before I got here”. Understanding this worker’s frustration, I simply had asked what I should do, given they took money off my card and would not be giving me my food/drink. Nevertheless, the worker screamed at me once again saying she did not know, instead of trying to help solve the issue. The way I was treated by the staff at this store is unbelievably disgusting and disrespectful. Please maybe update the website with proper hours to ensure this doesn’t happen to any others!

This location has the worst drive thru in the region, it's painfully slow( been through on a few occasions)and my bagel was cold when I open it right after I pulled away. It was cold enough to not melt the butter while wrapped up. Customer service was poor as well.

Management at this location is a disgrace!!!!! Visited this location yesterday. Drive thru was busy so went in. There was one person on the counter. It was her 3rd shift. She was alone, clearly overwhelmed and had no help. No management, 4 people in the building. She left the counter in tears when one off the drive thru staff said he'd help. He made one of my drinks, I ordered 3, the lady came back after only enough time to dry her tears. She took the next order and the gentleman who 'helped' her went back to drive thru without finishing my order, so when the last saw that I was still there, she finished my order but was so flustered. Who sets their people up to fail in such a way? That poor soul on her 3rd shift. I'm so sorry you were put in that situation.

I have never got an order right when ordering from this location. I have been told that they can’t make sandwiches before noon, they give you soup that is just basically broth with nothing else in it. This is the closest location to my work, and everyone in the office goes here and has had A very terrible experience.

After waiting forever for service at the drive through I was informed that despite being listed as a 24h location, they only serve coffee after 9pm. No food, or anything else, just coffee. I've never seen a Timmies refuse to serve while claiming to be open...

The food was completely charred and inedible. The staff prepared this knowing that and gave it to us anyways. Never again at this location, and this isn't the first time that it happened.

Oct21 me and my family are going to this Tim's in the evening and I ordered 2 medium hot chocolate and 1 BBQ crispy chicken bowls. After waiting 2 minutes I got my hot chocolate but they served the hot chocolate only water inside...no powder 🤮 And the bowl is very less quantity. I didn't accept this kind of attitude.

I’m sad I can’t rate them zero stars. We waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. Employees would look our way from the back and not say a word. We had to go to the drive through to even get our order taken, only to discover they were out of everything we asked for.

Terrible, i originally went to the location at St.Paul and Louth, their debit machine was not working so it was cash only. On my way to work i dont really have time to stop anywhere else however they could not give me what i wanted because i had no cash. So i went to this fourth ave location and they said the same thing, cash only. I told them i have no time to go anywhere else, they offered one coffee, i needed two and a breakfast sandwich. They said they could only offer me one coffee and that was it. You’re telling me a billion dollar franchise cant spare two coffees and a sandwich on account of a problem thats theirs, not mine? Terrible customer service.

I understand the workers are doing their best, I've worked this job. But management either needs to get on the floor and help, or get more/keep more staff. I waited 15 minutes from the point of entering lane A to getting to the window. They have 2 lands but only one person taking orders on both - negating the convenience of 2 lanes. I know this is a head office policy that they aren't allowed to close a lane, that needs to be revised. I wasted the next 10 minutes waiting to reach the window as the order taker did not inform me that the machine for lemonade was down (which I entirely understand, those machines are finicky. I'd just appreciate knowing it at the speaker, as this is all I ordered). Ultimately, I'm just very unimpressed with this location. As I said, staff is not to blame - the LACK of staff is (aka Management and Head Office)

Unfortunately this Timmies is going down hill over past few years, it was one of the best around at one point. But now the amount of orders that are messed up while going through drive through is getting crazy. Also the amount of employees that don't actually understand what your saying or asking, language or culture barrier for most part. Homeless are around this location quite a bit now and they have now included a sharps bin in the males bathroom (not in females) I'm guessing from the amount of drug use they're getting in the bathroom unfortunately. Hopefully they can turn it around before it's totally a dive. Oh I must say there is a couple employees here that are stellar(real tall guy lol and another, don't know name(woman).

Service is mediocre. Drive-thru is always busy. I’m guessing it has to do with staffing issues, as there never seems to be anyone around to take your order.

I had a mobile order, and my mom and I got to the screen. My mom said my order, the girl replied, "What?" So my mom repeated my code to get my drinks 2 coffees; she told us my code back to us. We said yes, confirming that it was correct. She says after a few minutes, can you repeat that...We did again for the 3rd time, and she said, "What? Can you repeat that?" So my mom and I went to the front, and when we asked for our drinks that we paid for! 3 times, we had to repeat, and we said it again, and she still didn't understand and said I couldn't hear you, walked away rolling her eyes, saying, "OMG.". She refused to make our drinks pass the headset to someone else and walked away. This young man named Erik absolute darling came to us , helped us with our order, and did it extremely quickly and politely. Her name tag is Elizabeth, and my mom and I are EXTREMELY repulsed by her arrogant attitude.

Ordered a muffin and a coffee. On the app I had a two dollar offer for a muffin and a coffee. I scanned my card, the offer did not come up. While I was looking in my phone to show the girl at the drive-through window… She said oh your order has been processed because your bank card was sitting too close to the machine. So it automatically went through for four dollars and one cent. Twice what I expected to pay. Then she closed the window and walked away. Terrible experience will not go there again. My bank card automatically tapped because it was too close to the machine and she didn’t even try to rectify the problem. If I had more time I would’ve went inside. Unfortunately I had to be at work.

Avoid this Tim Hortons if you are in a hurry. Their service is very slow and tardy. I idled my car in drive thru for fifteen minutes for a cup of tea. Then I decided to just walk in, and it took even longer. Total 30 odd minutes for a cup of tea is pathetic in my opinion. To top it up, the tea wasn't fresh either :(

Dine-In is open. Not sure why Google indicates that it is not. Great location to relax and have a coffee. It is insanely busy in the morning inside and at the drive-thru. It is a Dual lane drive-thru as well. Clean Washrooms and Clean interior. WiFi is always down at this location.

It’s 7:27pm on Saturday and you have 4 people working, one car in the drive through and it takes 10 minutes to even take our order then didn’t have our order ready at the window meanwhile it was a chocolate milk and 2 muffins.. they’re too busy talking and doing other things. It’s always customers first. day time service is 10x better.

You ask for dark roast and half the time you get regular roast and don’t notice until it’s too late. Also, why do some stores have better tasting coffee than others? Zero standards. And the overnight woman is rude and takes a while to answer the mic.

I'd give a 0 if I could for tonite. We were in drive thru waited patiently, they completely ignored us, the 2 girls working tonite, so we pulled over and went inside asking hello, they ignored us we asked if they are closed they walked to the back literally ignoring us? And there are 2 people inside. Ignorant much or just lazy? Oh well well take our business elsewhere

Don't waste your time going to this tim Hortons. The drive thru is bull, I just had the girl (Cathrine) take 3 orders of people in the other lane (who I was ahead of), and then laughed when I mentioned it. I pulled at to the window and he had the wrong order waiting for me, I said no and explained my order (Lg TT & bacon sandwich). I paid then asked the gent how that happens that 1 lane gets skipped multiple times. He said he didn't know and he's trying to figure it out, I asked him who was taking orders and he said "it's her first day here" so I asked again (catherine). When I called and asked for a manager, the girl paused saying "uuuummm, I'm a manager", I asked if she actually was a manger and she replied "uuummm, no, but I'm the official standing manager", named Lisa. I laughed, for being lied to a 2nd time in 5 mins from an employee and she replied, "Just tell me what you want to say." I was able to explain it to her- after being interrupted a few times, she said that it's not Catherine's first day there, and that it just happens with the double lanes. She did offer to replace my meal, but I declined as I will not return to this location. It's sister on St. Paul W is just as bad....time for a chain swap!

Service was fine. But too much mayo on egg steak sandwich despite asking for just a little. Not their fault but bieb bits are disappointing... too sweet (Krispy cream sugar coating) and similar to regular Tim bits . Packaging boring for bieb bits .. would have thought would have an explosive enticing package.

The woman who served me was amazing, and really sweet. I had a problem with a drink I bought and didn't like. She helped me right away and was nice about it. Usually you get an employee who curses you under their breath because you need help. Nice employees and nice location.

Every time I order something they always get it wrong. I worked at Tim Horton's before where it was very busy and yes there was mistakes but not as much this location would make. It seems as if their not training their staffs properly. Even if I speak to them clearly in drive through they would still make it incorrectly with their cheap a** head phones. Maybe they should try repeating the order back to the customer to avoid any issues and mistakes and watch what they hand out to the customer. This location sucks so bad it really needs improvement, and I have no choice sometimes to go to this location when I work right across the street and need to buy a coffee for my staff. Ill start going to McDonalds instead.

  • 3/5 Doug W. 10 months ago on Google
Slow. So slow. Constantly waiting for my order as if they don’t forget half the time. Try the drive thru and watch the lineup pile up while they struggle to keep up. I just wanted a coffee I shouldn’t have to wait over 10 mins ALL THE TIME!!! I can understand a mistake from time to time but they’re constantly behind or out of sync it’s frustrating

We make frequent large orders at this Tim Horton’s location for our business. Our orders take the staff a lot of preparation, time, and effort to complete. Mike and his staff do a fantastic job every-time. We are so appreciative of this team and we want to recognize them for the hard work and efforts that they put forward for our business. Their customer service is impeccable and we are always treated with kindness and respect. Thank you Mike and staff for all that you do for us, it does not go unrecognized.

The staff ruined my entire day. Didn't even have a chance to finish our order at the Drive Thru because she said she cannot hear what we said. Pulled up to the window, she showed us her uncomfortable, angry attitude because she cannot hear us at the Drive Thru? Literally PASSED our order to another staff TO GAVE to us and didn't even tell them that we didn't finish the order yet. Lack of communication and UNPROFESSIONAL.

  • 1/5 Greg S. 1 year ago on Google
This location is slacking... you MUST check your order in drive through, MUST!!! You will be missing something either in your drink, sauce in your sandwhich, quantity will be off(timbits), or just the wrong order almost 95% of the time. Just sad really, it's not a free food drive though. People are paying money. At least take the time to give us what we pay for. Customer service is below average too. Hire people who actually like their job it's better than 0 job. literally had someone decide to switch the sauce on my sandwhich because the person didn't want to go in the back to get more. Didn't even ask me. Manager is nice though and will sort it out.

Had a mobile drive-thru order. Said there was no more cold brew. Subbed for Iced Coffee. Ultimately paid more because cold brew was more expensive. Wasn't offered a Refund. Didn't even upsize to compensate.

The service is awful! Waited 20 min one day last week in drve through. No one was moving. Cars behind me backed out of line. I decided today I would go in and order. One person on cash. It was Kim the assistant manager. There were 3 people ahead of me with simple orders. I waited 15 minutes and ordered a med reg coffee and one donut. She seemed to have a hard time punching in the order. Very slow service. Changing locations.

We went in to get some dinner after being at the hospital, it was around 6:45pm. We waited multiple minutes to be served because all the employees were hiding out in the back. First they said they had no bacon, so we tried ordering another sandwich in which they said they had no buns or bread, just bagels. We decided to go to Wendy’s for dinner instead and just order an earl grey tea at Tim Hortons. After paying, they told us they had no earl grey tea. What Tim’s has none of these!? That’s like going to A&W and they tell you they have no burgers or no fries! To top it all off the garbage was overflowing and the place was a mess. Giving 1 star is generous.

I like this place, just that there are usually quite a lot of people and you will have to be in line to be served, so if you want to go for a drink or something on the site you must have time, I love the attention of one of the employees, that lady has charisma to attend, she always has a big smile on her face, even though it's really been a long time since our schedules don't coincide or she maybe quit
