    How difficult it is to be nice these days??? This store seems struggling with it. Travelled from Toronto for the very first time, After 3 hr drive i went to Tim hortons to get a bagel and water, time: 1:20 pm, 06 Apr 2022 and i didn't asked the server name she was standing at the cash counter taking order, she was acting rude to the old lady putting the order ahead me i felt bad and when my turn came she did the same with me, and I politely asked her can you be a bit more polite or can i talk to your manager and at last she said ‘You can get out ‘ to me in front of everyone i almost cried. Later manager came and the other customer witnessed that she told me to get out of the store. I believe there was a senior home nearby and they get like lot of customers who are old, Politeness should be embedded in their attitude. Later the another girl took my order, i told her i just told her to be polite to the customer and she took it in the wrong way. I know everyone have struggle going on in their life but being rude to your customers wont help you to attract more customers to your store Later someone passed on the comment ‘Oh she just need a free coffee’ so unprofessional. Whoever is the owner of this store must provide training to the staff on dealing with the customers. Will never visit this store again,such a bad experience. My friend saw me crying and we Later went to store again and the manager was Nice and she told me her name was Katie or cathy. One thing for sure i am never visiting this store again unless they train their employees to speak nicely to customers.

    This particular location could use some help with cleaning. The bathroom in particular was kinda nasty. The tables themselves could have also used a wipe down. Service was slow, but our wraps were good and fresh at least

    The most disgusting tim hortons I have ever been in. The bathrooms were beyond filthy and unusable. The vents behind the counter had clean me written in the dust by the staff. Very politely mentioned to the staff about the bathrooms as I was ordering and they didn't care at all, even though there are signs inside on the door saying please tell our staff.

    I came in on Saturday morning, went through a drive-thru, and ordered coffee and a sandwich. They gave me coffee, yelled "Have a good day" and shut the window. Then realizing that my order is incomplete the window reopened and they told me to pull over to wait for my sandwich. I sat for 10 minutes in the car, but no one came. So I had to walk in to fetch my sandwich. No apologies from the staff, with the words "Here you go" they handed me over my order as if I was trying to negotiate for something I did not pay or was otherwise entitled to. Now tell me what is the point of the drive-thru if I have to circle around and then walk in anyway to get my order?

    So disappointed with this location. The staff were all young and unprofessional. I will not go back there. Never felt so uncomfortable. Staff need some serious training about manners, professionalism, and what hard work actually looks like. My visit was on July 12 at 3:45pm and it will be my last!

    Friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Good fresh pastries. Drinks comes nice and hot or cold when ordered. Clean facility. Nice looking interior. Free WiFi. Why do no Tim Hortons anywhere ask to scan your points card ever? Come on people.

    This location of Ontario Street/QEW, St. Catharines, ON has made some positive improvements. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The food was actually very well made, quality tasting, and the right portion for me of the turkey, bacon blt.

    This was the second time in 2 weeks when we ordered coffee with no sugar( we are diabetics) and they gave us with sugar. They seems to be careless and talking to each other while taking and preparing orders. We won't go again.

    Drive thru - thought I would try the new Baileys Latte, it was good but not worth 3 times the price of a large coffee. I also ordered a 10 pack of timbits and requested half chocolate glazed but for some reason they didn't ring them in so I just decided not to wait. I have lots of great Tims experiences but this one was not one of them.

    Lil fruit flies on the donuts, My muffin was dry as hell Pecan Banana bread to be exact....ice cap wasn't good and its usually my favorite drink. Employee wasn't using glove to grab my muffin he was using the tissue paper. And what made me concerned was the fact that he was playing with his nose. Didn't love this location

    At this place every time I have stopped on the way down to Port Dalhousie the service has been rather slow. Even if you think it's better to go inside it's actually faster to go through the drive-thru as they seem to prioritize the drive-thru first. The last time I was there it looked like the owner or the manager was there and he had them working at a very fast pace so I'm assuming there had been some complaints because the food was going out rather quickly that day.

    Food - was fresh i can taste it coffee, donuts, and the tblt (Turkey, Bacon, Lettice, and Tomato) Sandwich. Service - was friendly and quick. Atmosphere - was nice and the tables are clean.

    Would have loved to get my coffee and donut in a pleasant environment but was shocked to hear (yes physically hear) how the manager likes to treat his employees (disrespectfully, it’s tim’s Hortons not a military camp) and then came to find out the mother who enquired about why her 15 year old was screamed at by a self entitled 50yr old and fired in front of everyone including customers on may20 around 10 customers. was given no explanation and a rude attitude by the owner. terrible business, terrible management,terrible ownership all around just a bunch of higher ups that thinks the world revolves around them and get a kick out of verbally abusing literal minors💀❌

    It’s absolutely ridiculous that no one thought of putting a charging plugs anywhere in this location when they were making it… How can you not provide single charging point in a COFFEE SHOP! Not one! Its like they are discouraging customers from dining in? 0/10 for dine in experience

    Bathrooms were disgusting and never got my coffee after our line of four people were largely ignored and then told to go to the other register. Then, none of us were even acknowledged once we were there. Terrible service and experience.

    The staff are lovely and they have chocolate crullers, which makes them a rare Tim Hortons. Sadly, their hours are odd, so late night trips there are a waste of time if you want a snack. During the day they are quite busy.

    worst place i have ever visited. ordered a cilantro veggie, they gave it to me with one lettuce very old that you can’t eat, and half a ball of rice. and the French vanilla was water completely tasteless. i asked to speak to the manager and worker there asked me to sit and wait for my line when i asked for a manager in a extremely rude way. i asked the manager to keep the cilantro and the French vanilla and i walked out with no refund. i have never gave anyone a bad review, but this place is absolutely horrible and the manager is useless.

    Tara is so miserable for what??? EVERY time I go through the drive thru she’s just in an awful mood and makes the customer service terrible. Always waiting long in drive thru for things unstirred or wrong.

    It's 10:15am on Sunday August 21, 2022 and the manager at this location just ripped off a customer $12 on two tins of coffee. The price was posted as $18.99 per tin. They charged him $24.99. When the customer objected and showed the sign, the manager said he either buys it at $24.99 or not at all because 'there is no button for that price '. Are times so tough that Tim Hortons is now ripping off people with false advertising? Is that manager so lazy he couldn't override the price and just punch it in? Or is that manager pocketing that money claiming technical errors. Either way, buyer beware at this location.

    Where to start. They stop answering the drive thru window twenty minutes before closing because they don’t wanna pay staff to clean up until 11:30pm because they couldn’t possibly pay another 15 bucks per shift. Just close at 10:40pm and be honest. They give you regular coffee when you ask for dark roast if they’re out and when you politely complain they defend their mistakes like they’re the owner. Hey Gen Z, you gotta choose one, either you oppose capitalism or you love it and that’s why you defend mistakes that aren’t a matter of opinion. A biscuit is not a muffin. Two is not three. And so on. Entitled staff. Customer service is terrible here. Not all of them but plenty.

    We must have picked a terrible time to visit. We ordered 10 minutes before we got there. Only 2 cars in front of us and it took forever for us to get to the speaker. Told them we had a mobile pick up order and they said come ahead. When we pulled up not only was it not ready...they tried to charge us again, didn't know what the order was and took forever getting it ready. By the time we left the drive through was out onto the road and the guy behind us was still waiting for his order. Too many trainees maybe?

    Friendly staff good service. Parking lot too small. When there is a line up at the drive through there is no way to park to go in because it gets totally blocked.

    My phone who didnt work on the daily "offer". I clicked on it to activate, the colour goes from red to grey meaning its been accepted and it doesn't work when I go inside and pay. The counter person was polite but had no idea as to how to rectify the problem. I showed her my phone app and how I want to take advantage of the deal, and thought shed be able to override goven that I did my homework prior. Because the app offer didn't work, the deal cost me an extra $6 or so. Likely wouldn't have bought a dual breakfast meal if I known that in advance. This the reason I preplanned the deal.

    Messed up quite a few of my orders. That or my mask mumbling voice made it to clearly communicate. Iced caps were made perfect though! Even if i don't get the right food 😉

    Very nice layout, and feel inside. I left car nearby for detailing and spent couple of hours at this location. Love the coffee and treats, as usual, but staff is very nice, both in working hard and treating customers really well. No one gave me any attitude for sitting there 3h straight :) Customers all mixed, from construction building across the street early morning, to school break at noon, ppl reading books and newspapers. Way more pleasant to kill time than my neighborhood Timmy at Fairview Mall, Lol.

    Not a good service from staff, mostly people with attitude. Waited at the drive thru for 13 minutes, just to realize they screw up my order when I got home, a simple two breakfast sandwich order. I do not recommend this particular location.

    Not sure why it’s so hard to greet a customer. All these people, mostly women, looked miserable and I stood in line for over 2 Minutes before someone came to take my order after numerous employees saw me walk in- Still No greeting . Do none of you working consider that Rude, in any way??

    Tong is an immaculate woman and she runs a very well oiled one woman show. I used the drive thru at 5 am and she was the only employee working. I had expected a bit of a delay on my order because of this but no delays were had. Absolutely amazing personality and made my entire morning. Thank you Tong

    A very bad experience - ordered a creamy chill to pick up at the store. The staff was busy with the drive through customers, spent more than 10 mins wait to speak with a staff (only one small party in front of us). My phone was out of battery shut down but we were able to give the order number but they just keep saying no such order and challenged if the order was placed else where. Finally we have the phone battery up and after a wait of more than 25 mins they finally located the order. It was crazy the staff didn’t even apologize they oversee the order. Will never come to this store and will complain to the head office.
