Whoever designed the waitting area needs to give their head a shake because there are no boost there's no comfortable sitting areas to chairs are all flat hard wood. There's a single padded bench that doesn't seem to make much sitting sense or continuity with the rest of the decor.

Bought a medium blackberry quencher (no ice) today and the quantity was really terrible. He keeps saying the quantity is the same without ice. As this is my favorite drink, I tried the same every day at different Tims. The quantity is almost full every day. Awful customer service by the way..Hats off 🙃 I don't want to give even one star, but I have to.

Worst service we ever got in out life. The waitress ok the drive in asked us, guys what do you need… We ordered 2 coffe and 2 cokes. She brought us the two coffe and closed the window. We waited 1-2 minutes cause we thought she would bring us 2 cokes. The she came again and asked us what are we waiting for… We told her the 2 cokes we ordered. She yelled at us and told us we didnt say that… Whatever. Then she brought us only one coke and trow it at us. Old skinny lady with glasses and short grey hair. I dont know why tim hortons hires uneducated and mentaly issued people….

What is the point of doing a mobile order in advance? It took 20 mins to get a small order (toasted croissant) done and none of the workers noticed until I mentioned it. All the customers after me got their order before me.

I got to to the drive through service was fast and friendly, not very busy. I ordered steak and egg sandwich, since I do not eat pork. I got a bacon and egg, which I had to throw out. That’s when the restaurant/drive through wasn’t busy. I can only imagine how horrible it would be if it was actually busy! So note: please check your order before you leave even on drive through!

They need a designated counter person. Waiting 15 min for a coffee and 10 timbits. They have everyone running for the drivethru. I'm still a customer and deserve the same punctual service. There was no one else waiting. Poorly managed as it was years ago.

We stopped to have dinner at that location after a long drive through the U.S. and Canada yesterday evening, since we were hungry and tired and we had two more hours ahead to drive North. We knew Tim Hortons as an established restaurant, Google was showing this place as “Open 24 hours” and we saw few people dining inside. We placed an order inside, received it with no issues, and started our meal in the dining area. A member of staff approached us 5 minutes later; not really sure if he was from Tim Hortons or Wendy’s side as this place is operated jointly. He demanded us to leave the restaurant, telling us it is closed. We mentioned that it was shown as 24 hours, and he told us it is only for drive through but dine-in is closing, and requested us again to leave. We asked if we could stay for another 5 minutes to finish our meal and he declined. Even the “1 minute” request was declined and he kept telling us to leave immediately referring to “a policy”. We had to grab the remaining food, left the restaurant and went back to our car. I cannot eat while driving so we had to continue our dinner in the car, in the darkness of the Tim Hortons parking lot, while four homeless people were roaming around with their shopping carts. That was the first time for many years in Canada I saw such rude persistence in forcing clients out at the end of business day, and was shocked to see that in a restaurant.

Service is slow at best. This Tim Hortons open at 0500 each morning for walk in service. Most mornings you are knocking at the door and the staff just ignore you. Even if you have four people waiting. I find the staff not friendly at all and rarely smile and say good morning. Cheers

Feel sorry for the workers here, morning manager is the worst. She stresses me out just watching how she treats her employees. She and Tim Hortons should be ashamed, thats not how you treat people

Your employees should probably be careful about who they gossip about while they’re working. They never know if the person they’re talking about has a friend who might be waiting in line to buy a coffee and over hear them. I’m not entirely sure why your employees feel the need to openly discuss workplace drama from another business that’s completely unrelated to yours in the first place.

Please for the love of God learn how to read a screen , when I order steak and egg give me steak and egg not bacon. Twice in one week . Get it together. You even read it back to me when I ordered. Last chance timmies.

"I was disappointed with Tim Hortons' customer service. The experience fell short of expectations, and I felt let down. Improved service is crucial for customer satisfaction. I hope Tim Hortons can address these concerns and provide a better experience for customers in the future."

This Tims isn't 24 hour dine in like the page says. Im here at midnight on a Saturday and its drive-thru only. Also 2 ridiculous potholes in their lot that are DEADLY for you and your car. Was here a couple weeks ago and assumed they'd be fixed by now. Nope.

Don't expect your coffee to be made correctly the first time.. and also expect to be belittled like it was your fault the coffee doesn't taste like it was ordered. The angry little salt and pepper headed woman you have making coffee for drivethru has a TERRIBLE attitude and it's time to do better tim hortons.. remove the trash.

They did not care about anyone inside store, waited for 10 mins. Only cared about drive thru not coming back. The staff just kept ingnoring people inside and didn’t ask anyone if they got their food, I saw a car come to drive thru and leave and I had been waiting for while at that point. Had to ask manager where is my food, said oh somebody else took it. Don’t come here many other timmies around block

I work night shift and stop off every evening before my shift to grab a coffee. Coffee is generally always fresh, service is quick and friendly. My only problem is the giant potholes in the dt lane just before the speaker box. Someone is definitely going to damage their car, if they haven't already.

I visit this location daily because it is close to my house but today is my last time. The manager at this location is so nasty with the staff Just walking into order coffee, My stomach is turning with how she is running around yelling at everybody. I do not understand how anyone works at this location. It is so toxic. I feel so terrible for the staff that have to work under her. The environment and the mood is completely different when she isn't there. That's certainly no way to conduct business and not an effective way to manage Truly it's disgusting. She doesn't even care when there's customers in the store She doesn't even realize that she's impeding the staff's ability to do their jobs properly because she is constantly in their face criticizing their every move or running around yelling about whatever her issue is . She's brash and I just mentally can't even handle going in to get a coffee at this location. Brutal because the other staff at this one are honestly so kind and fantastic and it's sad they're having to work through such negativity

Ordered 2 grilled chicken chipotle wraps, this is a usual for me at timmies. This place gave me crispy chicken instead of grilled (which I overlooked as they were busy) but they also added corn! NOWHERE in the ingredients for these wraps is corn and it ruined the entire taste of the wrap. Messing up ingredients in a franchise is a HUGE no.

I find every Tim Hortons can sometimes make a bad Iced Capp: it depends who makes it, sometimes they turn out really dark which isn't to my taste. This specific Tim Hortons seems to make them dark all the time, there's not enough cream. When I've asked for it to be remade because it's not how an Iced Capp should be, they'll add a splash of milk when it calls for cream and it's just a headache. It's very consistently bad Iced Capps from this location.

Had major headache with my debit card with plenty of people behind me at the drive thru. Was Saved by a sweet redheaded young lady with the patience of Job. Thx for not freakin out. I know you all try hard, work hard and must have sore feet at the end of the day, taking care of our Nummy Nums. Dan-0

Been recently told that they don't make or serve any foods til 330am. Working night shift and just wanting a donut or a bagel is not possible now . Told the owner said it's not allowed ! Guess Mc d across the street will get my coffee orders (6 usually) and food run for the staff

It's a busy location. I use mobile app to order and pick it up so I dont need to wait in long line. They always get my order ready when I pick up. It's not happened when I order from some other locations. Staff are friendly and efficient!!!

It’s good to experience As usual, the same standards of service, across majority of their franchise locations.

I went this place yesterday. The employees are so absent minded. I ordered for chai tea, and after waiting for 5 minutes and I asked one of the employee about my order. Chai tea 3 milk half sugar. But the girl there hand over me the black tea. I will never go back to this place this place always disappoints me.

I went through the drive through around 12:00pm for lunch, I don't often get lunch from Tim Hortons because I often have service issues, but the girl working the drive through was so nice, and got my order right, despite a very quiet speaker. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a Tim Horton's in a long time.
