First
the
bad.
The
digital
scale
with
their
logo
that
they
drop
ship
is
absolute
garbage
in
every
way,
don't
waste
your
money
on
it.
Now
that
that
unpleasantness
is
behind
us,
the
good.
The
burr
grinder
they
sell
works
as
advertised,
adjustable
grind,
all
that
stuff,
though
if
you
drink
a
lot
of
coffee
you're
going
to
want
an
automatic
ceramic
burr
grinder.
But
this
is
great
for
travel
or
just
an
aesthetic
piece
for
your
coffee
"station"
(doesn't
everyone
have
a
dedicated
coffee
station?).
And
finally,
the
most
important
part,
the
coffee
itself.
While
I've
only
tried
two
kinds
so
far,
I
am
impressed
by
the
quality.
Bursting
with
flavor
is
my
best
description,
no
matter
the
roast
(the
dark
is
not
for
the
weak
or
faint
hearted,
FYI).
I
will
pay
more
for
this
coffee
(because
of
shipping
costs)
rather
than
buy
local
because
it's
that
good,
and
who
doesn't
love
supporting
Veteran
owned
businesses?
