Dr Gill is by far the best doctor I have ever had, this includes family doctors and other clinics. Not only does he work with your recovery and addiction, he also checks any other medications you are on to better understand your needs. I was in a horrible car accident and broke my back and he worked with the pharmacy to make sure that I got what I needed and didn't have to worry about anything but getting better. I will forever be in debt to him for his care and concern. Your not just a number or an addict at this clinic, your treated with the upmost respect. Carol the receptionist is amazing and friendly as well. Next to no wait times. Im so happy I decided to come to this clinic.

terrible doctor. doesnt even know the proper amount of time for a drug to clear your system in this case Fentanyl . Unless the college of physicians and surgeons for B.C ( the people who teach these doctors how to do their programs) is wrong cause according to them its 10 - 15 days before it can clear your urine. staff lies big time. anyone having problems with this can google College of physicians british columbia fentanyl 15 days . you might need to know this to keep your kids or freedom and a uneducated doctor or government will pass judgement on you after 3 to 5 days this is unacceptable! lieng to your patients should be criminal by these organizations

Great place. One of the best doctors I have had. Doesnt go by the book of how long things last in your system and bases it on observations from his practise. I have had drugs clear in 24 hours and drugs last weeks. Every human is unique. Staff here are friendly and polite. Wait times are small for a clinic of this nature. Good job! First time getting on full carrys in 3 weeks, first time following the program and it was here I did it. Had used 2 other clinics in St. Catharines in the past, this is my favourite with least waits.

Dr. Gill Raj is a very compassionate doctor. He has helped me Immensely, I was completely addicted to prescription Fentanyl and with his help I was able to quit. Although I am on methadone, I am on full carries and have a full-time job & life again. If you are struggling with opiate addiction I recommend visiting Fresh Start Clinic in St.Catharines. The staff are amazing and as I said earlier....the doctor is great!

This is simply the best addiction clinic there is in the region. The staff are absolute blessings to the world. They treated me when I sought help for polyaddiction They are beyond good people, and genuinely want to see you succeed. They don't have an agenda, they don't force you to do anything. They simply listen, offer good medical service, and are extremely compassionate people. I am very timid around doctors, I have a large number of health issues, and it is VERY hard to find a good doctor. Well, I can say with confidence, both Dr. Gillis and Dr. Fallis were extremely helpful. I succeeded with my treatments, and I can't be more grateful. I want to also recognize too the receptionist of the clinic is also a great person. She was always very genuinely interested in helping and watching you grow as a person. I can't stress just HOW great these people are. And PLEASE if you are suffering from an addiction, it IS treatable, WE DO RECOVER. Fresh start is the best clinic to go to for anyone suffering from addiction. The drs are caring and compassionate and take pride in what they do. Dr Gill helped save my life. He cares about the success of his patients and goes out of his way to help. He’s gone out of his way to call me when I couldn’t make it into the clinic. The ladies are also amazing. You won’t meet nicer people. The hours work with most work schedules and generally if they don’t the dr will do his best to accommodate you. The pharmacy staff is also amazing. I’m at the end of my journey and it’s bittersweet. I’ve met a lot of amazing people that come from all over walks of life and have been there for me as I have for them. They’ve become more friends to me than anything. If you’re suffering from addiction please see dr gill or another dr at fresh start. Your life is worth it!!

From the start of my coming to the fresh start clinic, my life instantly started to turn around for the better. They are all so friendly, even when I was brand new and they didn't even know me at that point. After getting to know the staff and building relationships with them all, I always felt and still feel very understood and accepted. They have always treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. All they've ever asked of me is to be honest with where I'm at. The more I let them in and know what's going on with me, are they better equipped to help me along this path. I have stayed clean since coming to the clinic. I know there's a lot of things that have to happen for someone to reach out and finally ask for help out of that living hell. And I believe they truly understood the place I was in when I walked through those doors. And they continue to be a huge support and part of my network of recovery. I've even had the doctor help with other health issues and helped me sort through and prioritize other areas of my life. I would recommend them in a heartbeat beat to anyone that's willing to give this a shot. It might not be for everybody, but isn't it worth a shot compared to the life we lead when using still. I actually look forward to the friendly voices and catching up with the front line staff, and getting friendly advice on other areas of life from the doctor. Truly a life changing experience for me dealing with everyone at the fresh start clinic. Thank you to all of you there at the clinic. So after being on the program for a while I finally detoxed off the program and am totally abstinent. I had all the supports in place to finally make the transition to total abstinence. Even had a follow up appointment as a check in and was happy to pass along a thank you for all their help. Amazing clinic both Welland and st Kitts. Highly recommended. And I don't get impressed easily, but am thoroughly impressed with the treatment and advice given by dr Gill.
