    You want the best workout for mind body and soul, this is the place to be, amazing equipment and staff are just the best, they do the most amazing job and an so glad to see such a wonderful establishment in our area.

    Kevin is an excellent trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will help you target and correct areas causing you pain and provide an excellent workout program for your needs. The gym is always clean and staff are helpful. Great value for personal training and always supportive with great encouragement. Cannot recommend Pax enough!!!

    I sought out the owner, Kevin, after learning of his extensive knowledge with kettlebells and similar training modalities. I also had chronic knee pain from over training before seeing Kevin. Throughout our time together, not only did Kevin increase my strength, he also taught me how to train in a smart and sustainable way. I would recommend Kevin and Pax Active for a welcoming environment that encourages you to improve in all facets of health!!

    I highly recommend Pax Active for those interested in personal training with a trainer who has exceptional skills in his craft and an incredible knowledge-base for a diverse clientele. After spending years at the gym with limited results and losing interest in what I was doing, I have finally found a meaningful fitness program with results that have positively impacted my day-to-day experience and my athletic endeavours. The only thing I can say is that I wish I had found this place sooner!

    I've been training with Kevin for a couple years now and the knowledge about fitness and how the body works is incredible. I had shoulder issues and was told I needed surgery and before I went that far, kev asked to put me through some of his routines just to see what he can do, within 3 weeks the pain was gone. 10/10 definitely recommend him

    It’s been 2 years of inertia while wfh. It’s been 8 years since having a good routine (outside of hikes with my dog). Additionally, joint and back issues have kept me at bay. Bad habits get worse it seems during a pandemic. I started 4 weeks ago with Kevin. He is very good at what he does. Knowledge and motivation are on point and then some. My back pain is gone. I’m starting to feel and see results. That’s with sessions twice a week. I’m going to maintain this momentum with the goal of being able to fly solo after the program is done (signed on for another three months). Highly recommend Pax!

    My experience with PAX Active has been nothing short of extraordinary. Right from the beginning, Kevin and Beth took the time to hear about my goals, identify my strengths and weaknesses (from mobility and flexibility to strength and endurance), and they’re supportive of the small but mighty milestones along the way. I was highly intimidated by the idea of entering into any sort of training program at the beginning but with every session that has passed, I feel more and more like a friend than a client. I always leave sweaty and feeling accomplished. Definitely recommend making PAX Active part of your healthy lifestyle.

    Really understanding why I was constantly getting injured was key for me. Kevin broke things down in a way that made sense, and allowed me to feel results pretty much immediately. Small things like getting up off the couch in one fluid motion. No longer an awkward two stage stand up and stretch. As well some bigger achievements, like going for a rip on my skateboard for the first time in over 10 years! This is only a month in!
