We regularly order take-out desserts for my wife. She needs gluten AND soy free foods—and Nolaa’s never disappoints. We went out for breakfast here today and it’s is excellent. Thank-you Nolaa’s :)

Just moved to town and I almost cried happy tears when I found this place. I have so many food allergies, there are not many restaurants I can eat at with confidence. I just grabbed coffee and treats on my first visit, and the caramel square is big enough for a family and so delicious. Friendly service, great coffee and an allergen safe menu - I think I found my people! Edit- I came back for lunch with my mom and our meal far exceeded all expectations. Bring your friends without dietary restrictions and they’ll be shocked that this place is gluten free and keto! Such a gem!!!

All I have to say is WOW! Amazing food that is inclusive for all food restrictions & so delicious a picky eater would never know the difference. I took my grandmother for her birthday recently and she is the world's hardest food critic & she absolutely loved it. Additionally the atmosphere is so lovely & is run by the sweetest family we met. We have found our new go to family restaurant!

We were very excited to try Nolaas. The place looked extremely cute and the staff were very friendly upon entering. Our server Lilly was fantastic and this is not her fault at all but the food took over 25 minutes to come out and our potatoes were raw. I was really disapointed considering the price of the breakfast sandwhich. I had high hopes but I will probably not be returning.

Very cozy place! The food is wonderful, fresh, flavourful and portion sizes are perfect! I'm celiac and was SO scared to eat anywhere, i didn't go on a date for like 2 years until i found THIS place. The gluten free, allergy safe food items are amazing. It's clean, warm environment, lots of space. You can dress up or dress casually :) Lots of great options. Staff is friendly, considerate, reassuring and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices are set well, not overly expensive like the gluten free products at the grocery stores. I adore this place. I'm dairy-free, my partner is keto and Nolaas is the perfect spot for those with different food requirements. The food is absolutely delicious and savoury. 10/10 highly recommend, even if you don't have different food needs. There's also a bakery in the back with tasty treats. Spectacular meals. ❤️

We really enjoyed our lunch at Nolaa's. There are lots of options on the menu for everyone. We thought it was more targeted to specific "diets", but it's more about the fact that the recipes can be tailored to specific diets (keto, vegan, etc). It's gluten free and sugar free, but you don't miss it (unless you should be😂). Lasagne, Caesar salad and short rib sandwich were all yummy. The atmosphere is very nice and it has a good vibe. Service was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back.

This place is great! It's a cute environment, the meal options are great if you have dietary restrictions and the staff help with any questions and they are amazing. The food...the food is phenomenal and met the owner and she is so nice and it reflects on the staff. I have been a few times and will continue to go here!!! Sorry no photos I just started eating 😅

Literally the best Gf sandwich I’ve ever had! The turkey melt was fire! Normally gf bread is crumbly and weird but this bread was actually delicious I forgot it was gluten free! 10/10 would recommend if you’re celiac or have a gluten sensitivity like me!

Absolutely the the best. Nolaas food is amazing. Healthy, wholesome and well balanced. Not to mention their desserts. We discovered Nolaas in Port last week while looking for vegan food in St Catherines. Their story is amazing and the food spectacular. Please support Nolaas. Wonderful service, cute atmosphere and most of all fresh, delicious, quality food! Perfect for my gluten free needs! Highly recommend as you will find something delicious on the menu weather you have a special diet or not!

Amazing dinner experience. Been here now a few times, and the food quality is very high and consistent each time. The jalapeno popper perogies were delicious! Creaser salad was also amazing and served in a cute bowl. The service was outstanding, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Overall, recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cute and welcoming atmosphere with high-quality food.

First time here today...ordered some pizzas (a Friday special) and a caesar salad... everything was delicious!!! Got some almond lace cookies and had to stop by on the way back for more of those! So good! Will definitely stop here again next time we are out this way!

Fantastic little place. Only been a few times now. The coffee is acceptable and the desserts are very tasty, as is the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The smash burger, though, is so, so good! Exceptionally good! Service is extraordinarily friendly, and the atmosphere is very nice. The food is very well priced, especially considering it's gluten free. This place really is fantastic! I highly recommend it! Just a quick edit to add pictures. The Montreal Smoked sandwich and caramel/coconut square were delicious and service as friendly as ever.

I found out about Nolaas at the Food Truck Festival this summer. I could not be happier since eating keto helps me with a lot of my health issues. The food is delicious, the staff is 100% AMAZING and the place is cute, cozy and welcoming. I can't wait to visit their bakery. This place is proof that you can be healthy while eating delicious food.

We had Braised short ribs, Beef lasagna, Homemade perogies, Greek and Caesar salads, Peanut butter chocolate brownie for dessert. What can I say....my new favourite restaurant. Everything was exceptional. Just superb.

I came to Niagara for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and it was very important to me that my friends who have certain food intolerances are included, enjoying themselves, and not worrying about what to eat or what to order. I found this INCREDIBLE restaurant on Google maps and knew I had to bring everyone here - best decision ever. Not only does everything taste amazing (none of that gluten free taste), but the service was impeccable! Mel and Ian are such a charming couple, funny, witty and made the experience even more memorable. Probably one of the best restaurant experiences of my life - and I wish I could take the whole restaurant with me back to Toronto. I'll definitely be back many many times! By far the best gluten free certified restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The staff was very friendly, and the food far exceeded my expectations. While I was waiting in line to be seated, I observed one of the staff members offer some tarts to a patron who had to wait longer than anticipated. This was so thoughtful and shows how much they care about their customers. The pecan pie bar is a must try! It wasn’t dry and crumbly and the flavour tasted like the real deal despite being gluten free. I will certainly be returning, and I highly recommend visiting even if you don’t have any dietary restrictions! Thanks so much for the enjoyable experience :)

Absolutely amazing food! The portions are huge and everything is delicious! The owners are so sweet and so dedicated to what they do. I was here with a friend who is celiac and diabetic and she was so happy to be able to order whatever she wanted without fear!

Had the Buffalo Chick*n Melt (vegan version). Was fresh, flavourful and delicious. Staff were friendly and was a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back again next time I'm in St Catharines!

We had an amazing dinner cooked for us in our Airbnb the first night of our trip. Melissa and Matt made fantastic food (individually ordered) and cleaned up everything!! And they were a fun couple who laughed and joked with us and made our evening even more special. We had such a great time with them, we went to their restaurant for breakfast on our last day…..the food was delicious! Great food, great atmosphere and amazing staff and hosts - they came to see is for the breakfast. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed! Every single one of us would go back!!

Traveling from out of town can be so difficult with a gluten and dairy allergy, so when I found Nolaa’s I was so excited to try it. They did not disappoint ! I decided to get the vegan melt lm a GF DF bread, with a side of root fries, home fries and an oat milk cappuccino. The sandwich was soo tasty and light. The “cheese” inside was properly melted, it felt like the closest experience I’ve had to a grilled cheese in a long time. I really loved the crunchiness of their home fries, it had a perfect balance of a soft interior and crunchy exterior. The environment is super welcoming and the staff are extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I’d definitely come back.

Paul and I just finished our brunch which was delicious!! We even took some frozen lasagna home for dinner. We were greeted by the most friendly new staff, Kade & Emily❤️❤️ good job Mel for these new hires !! Btw love the playing cards too 😎❤️

I've dined in twice now on the way home from Niagara Falls back to the GTA, and once as take out on the way to the Falls. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. It's a first for me to read from a menu without having to pick out which ones are marked keto. The menu also lists the net carbs now. I do feel it's a bit pricey given portion sizes, but that's just how it is with alternative ingredients and it's still well worth it with the experience and how delicious everything I've ordered is. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with dietary restrictions - the menu is as if there are no restrictions.

You have no idea how grateful I am for having somewhere I can dine out with out fear of getting sick! Thank you for giving this celiac gal a place she can bring her family and friends and choose ANYTHING on the menu! I'll be back soon, so tasty!

My favourite go to place for keto! The food is always amazing and the baked goods are to die for. It’s so nice to go in for a meal and know that I’m not limited in my choices. I love everything about this place Edit to add that I’ve read some reviews saying the service is slow. I personally would rather wait for a meal that is made fresh than have reheated food slapped on a plate. Enjoy their coffee while you wait…it’s also delicious

Melissa felt like one of the gals, being a light in the morning and giving us the most delicious brunch ever. The food was fresh, she worked with all dietary restrictions, and even cleaned up so we didn't have to worry about it (SCORE!) Truly the best experience, incredibly reasonable pricing, and someone I will definitely use again for future events!
