I'm rating this a 4 because the store is a bit pricey. I went shopping for my 9 year old girl she easily found stuff she liked. The store was nicely organized and the staff was nice and available If we had any questions. The clothes were all fairly modern and has some nice style to them. The girls at cash were fast and kept it so there was barely any wait store very clean as well and there was room to walk around the store without bumping into anyone

Poor customer service. Employees look miserable and do not wish to be there. Nobody greets you. Manager told me she was on her way out for a break when I tried to ask her for assistant and tried to defer me to the very rude assistant manager who was one of the ladies who did not greet or acknowledge me when I tried to ask a sales question previously. Poor work ethics on the managers part and poor customer service on the rest of the staff. What a shame. Would have loved to do some Christmas shopping here but the experience totally put me off. Will be bringing my business elsewhere. Also will be advising all my "mom friends" not to go here unless you want a negative experience. Go home and don't work in customer service/retail if you are so miserable.

Manager was extremely rude to her employee's. I watched the manager freak out at the one girl working, she looked like she was about to have a panic attack, so of course I went over to the girl and asked if she was okay. Now whenever I go into urban kids, I never see that girl. Awful how these kids are treated. I also overheard the manager talking to an employee calling in sick and getting frustrated at her and making her feel awful about calling in. i'm disgusted with how the manager treated her employees. And not only that, the manager was mouthing off to my wife, giving her eyes and making a scene. AWFUL. BE NICE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES, AND CUSTOMERS.

My kid loves shopping here and I find value in the prices from this chain. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.

Really cute children's clothing and is good quality, my kids have not worn through it. Clothes are stylish and have really fun patterns. I find the sizes run quite small, my 4 year old wears a 6-7 and my 9mo wears a 2t.

I can't believe people work for someone that speaks to them like that. Very rude to the employee at the cash register while I was cashing out as well as when she decided to commandeer the clothing hook for reaching the higher up items. She asked if we needed a hand we said we were fine and then she said she needed to put the hook away that we were clearly using at the time. We did not make a mess, we put away every piece of clothing that we had pulled down. We were looking for the correct size and the demeanour of whoever this woman is was disgusting.

So I worked there up until wage went up. Staffs good cusrltomers amazing. Cleaniness we killed it. Prices were a bit much. Deals didn't kill it. Had issues keeping iteams in stock like we couldnt get them in. Other than that it was decent.

Daughter loves this place and great prices for kids clothes. Also awesome sales

Outstanding Customer Service! I have been to this location several times recently and the manager is always friendly and very helpful. She was very kind to my 10 year daughter who needed some assistance reaching an item. Also today my experience with an online return was so amazing I spent all my credit and then some! The deals are always fantastic, the store is clean and well organized. Thank-you! We are happy to have a great store with fun affordable clothes for my fast growing Fashionista!

Omg worst customer service ever!!. I don't live close but when we were shopping here I bought 2 onesies for my daughter. Drove home 50kms only to find out the security tag was not removed. Went to six stores at a local mall, showed the receipt to see if they could help remove the tag. But the story is not over, the second onesie that I bought didn't fit correctly. So 2 weeks later which is today, I came back to exchange it for a larger size. The girl (very rude with attitude) told me she can't do an exchange and her manager will. I asked her if I can speak to the manager, she said in 35 mins. There was two of them working and neither could help, we had to come back when the manager would be off of break at 8:45pm. The mall closes at 9:00pm who does a break until 15 minutes before the store closes???? ..couldn't wait 45 mins, so I left with the same onesie!

Don’t work here!! The store manager Alicia is rude, nasty and disrespectful. Makes people stay until 11pm and tries to get away with not paying you for those hours. Surprised to see that she still has a job.. Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Don’t waste your time.

Appalling experience. No greeting, no asking if I wanted any help, I had to go over and ask for help. The manager is so rude and just gave attitude for every response. They don’t do refunds.
