I had to look at myself to see if I’m the problem. After reflecting, I realize I am not. A lot of businesses here in Saint Cloud seem to be ok with mediocre service as long as there are bodies in the building. They’re speedy. They’re the first Starbucks I’ve been to where you have to ask for straws. And when you ask the barista for it, it’s like pulling teeth. The cashier was grumpy 😠. I’ve come back when they first open and that’s when you’ll receive the best service from them.

Me and my friends went here for someones birthday to get a drink and there was a lady with brown hair who gave us a snarky attitude when all we said was that we asked for a double shot but she straight up denied everything and didn't want to remake it. Overall she gave a super rude additude to us and didn't even apologize. Very disappointed. ):

There is a short brown haired young girl that works the drive thru. She was very snobby and very petty. Without even attempting to ask me a simple question at the drive thru window when I pulled up, she went straight to her manager after giving me one drink. The obviously fake and rude manager Emma comes to no rescue because there was no situation to be rescued from and refused to give me my other drink until my passenger put out their cigarette. We were unaware of it being illegal. But my whole point being, instead of being a normal person and asking me politely, this drive thru girl (who they wouldnt tell me the name of) made me sit extra time in the drive thru to go get her manager to refuse me drinks and be weird about giving me a freaking straw. petty, scared for no reason, and stuck up.

I HATE begging for creamer, sugar and stir sticks... drive through and make them do all for you... What a bad a idea... i bet their analysis group are horrible at finding how much time is lost getting a stir stick and napkin.

Do not recommend. No wait time at 8a, but service and quality were very poor. Iced coffee was made incorrectly, almost seems like on purpose. The attitude of the attendant was poor and could be the reason for the multiple errors. Will drive extra to find a better Starbucks location.

One of the workers was really nice, but the other was very monotone and a little rude. She just through the food down on the counter and walk away.

I live nearby this coffee shop they’ve been open for a while. First time went in order a coffee asking for sugar the lady work here rolled her eyes at me and give me the attitude because she don’t want to put pack of sugar in my coffee I told her give me the sugar I will do it myself I will never go back to that coffee shop again. I always go to the Starbucks a mile from where I live. But they are temporary remodel so I decided to go to this new Starbucks a block away from my home never again come back to the Starbucks .

Awesome Starbucks that has a really cool vibe. It’s a great place for studying which is convenient since it is right by the college.

I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich, they rang it in and charged me for it and then gave me a breakfast turkey sandwich instead (which is like half the price of what they charged me for). I decided to be late for work and go back to get it replaced for the right sandwich. Turns out they were out of the turkey pesto. It seems like they rang in my order and then realized they didn't have the sandwish and just gave me something else thinking I wouldn't notice or have time to go back and fix it. Go literally anywhere else if you want good service and to be treated decently.
