Wonderful staff there who went above and beyond expectations for a bday Cartering order of mine. Originally was hesitatent on ordering a big order. Due to me not typically eating to much meat myself but the staff was able to give lots of helpful tips and everyone loved it. Most never even ate from here before and said they plan on taking their families there going forward! So above all 6/5 stars from me for you and your wonderful staff!

We ordered ahead online trying to avoid a long line during the evening rush; where people are getting off work and the second shift people are heading to work every where. I had ordered myself two Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches and the waffle fries for a side I never ate and a coke that was flat while I was still in in the lot after picking it up from the store. Eating one of my chicken sandwich in the car as my wife drove us home. Though the chicken was moist the outside was already tough and not crispy at all. Trying to pay attention to traffic as a front seat passenger and my sandwich I noticed it was not golden brown it was dark and almost black. The meat inside was moist but not juicy at all. Arriving home I opened up my next sandwich and to my disgust it was dark again almost black in all around it. The lettuce was old and didn't have any crisp to it and dull tasted dry. The tomato was definitely not stored properly and tasted off. The sandwich it self tasted completely off.

I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over the country and i have never encountered service as bad as this. After only a few weeks of introducing them, they were out of both promotional items. The drive thru was one of the least busy I've seen for a Chick-fil-A but it was still the slowest. Truely a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. I dont know how corporate continues to allow such a poor example of a Chick-fil-A store to remain.

Honestly not the typical great service you would expect from a Chick-fil-a. Food is always hot and fresh. The wait in the drive-thru was noticeably long. Most cars were in park the wait was so long. Again not a typical thing you see.

I always hear that Chick Fil A has great food and service. Definitely NOT this location. This location is HORRIBLE. I don't know why this place is ran so poorly. Why was I given a moldy bun?! Absolutely disgusting how the food isn't even fresh. There shouldn't be mold anywhere in the restaurant.

I had a messed up order over about a week ago. I called and they put me in the system to come back and remake the order. (2 week expiration time) My name wasn’t in there and I was fine paying but the manager made sure it was covered. The staff are amazing and hold to their word. Thank you so much!

Have been at this location many times but, was really disappointed today. No customer service. The seating area was filthy. Food and paper products on the tables and all over the floor. It was 5:00 pm on a Saturday and there was only 2 other people in there. The food was not real fresh. Probably sat in a warmer for a while. When we left there was 7 employees standing around behind the counter and talking. This place use to be packed. Too bad to see it go down hill. Needs better management.

This place used to be so amazing and now ive had 2 curbside orders in a row missing items and take much longer then expected. Combine that with higher prices for smaller items and its pretty awful.

This place rocks! High volume of dedicated, polite, hard working staff that hustle to get customers their orders. Very impressive. (& the food, as always was delish) 😋

Unfortunately I have never had a good experience at this location. The chicken is always way too salty (and I am known to always overly salt my food, so that says something), the fries are too soggy and not salty enough. I rarely get a "my pleasure", and the last three times I've been in the drive thru, they have forgotten my sauce:( id still pick this over any fast food place in the vicinity, but for CFA it's subpar

I LOVE the Chicken Club on Wheat! Always good. Always consistent. Their chicken tenders are lacking compared to Raising Cane’s. The waffle fries are just decent. Often a long drive through line. I have gone in for carry out when this is the case, and been in and out in five minutes.

Restaurant indoor seating is always tight and busy. Would be nice if they built it a little bigger. But the staff, the staff is so top notch, they always put the customer first and they walk around to check on you. This last time they even offered to refill my beverage! ❤️👍🏼

Ah, another delicious meal at Chick-Fil-A. Came in and found a seat, placed my mobile order, and a few minutes later my tasty food was brought to the table. The staff were kind and attentive. The dining room was neat and clean, and everything about my dining experience was perfect. This is why I choose Chick-Fil-A again and again, all over the United States.

My son loved this place. Easy to order via the app. He said the breakfast burrito was good. The peach tea was great. They missed the no ice request, however. I just wish more places had more carb free options.

I don't know why I keep hearing good things about Chick-fil-A, I've been to this place twice and I've gotten dried out chicken and crusty biscuits for the breakfast. Waffle fry's are heavily greasy and over salted, Maybe that's how they like it in St Cloud I'm not quite sure but I don't like it. My daughter and I were unable to finish our breakfast chicken sandwiches, terrible, awful, dry, gross never coming back never going to recommend this restaurant to anybody! 🤢

Great customer service! The play area is small but good for small kids. Plenty of seating. Main parking lot is small but you can park in the mall area and there is plenty of parking there. My first time trying a salad, and I have to say, wow! Perfect portion size, chicken was cut in perfect bite sizes, avocado ranch was delicious! They are a little more expensive for “fast food” but the quality and service make it worth it.

Great food I love the waffle fries...omg! Only thing I don't like about this place is the history with the Kale farmer...that's just bad the big business picking on a small time kale farmer..if it wasn't for your delicious fries I probably wouldn't eat there. Eat more Kale!

I have been trying to find a decent wrap in town so I tried to do pickup order so I didn't have to wait. The app tells you after you place the order that they don't even prepare it until you get there. So I canceled the order. A few days later I went thru the drivethru when it wasn't busy. Awesome service of course but once I got my wrap and realized it's COLD, I wanted to return it. Wth!? Why wouldn't the app let me order ahead then? Odd. Anyway, I decided to give it a try since I ordered it. What a disgusting wrap. Not only was it super cold but it tasted so dry, even after i dipped every bite in ranch. The wrap itself tasted like lefse, not a good taste for a wrap. It was super small and the chicken is tiny shredded pieces. Just yuck...

Was one worst experience I've ever had at one the chick-fil-a. Manager was exceptionally very rude and hateful. The staff seemed to be just there and nothing else. Took over 18 minutes to receive our food and I swear they 4got about us. We had to go back to counter to see our food on a tray and no one in sight to bring it out like they reassured us they would or always have til then. IDK if I'll return to a place like that one or not. Glad we went to crossroads mall 1st, or I would've lost it. I kept my cool on the inside, but angered extremely on the outside.

They were pretty busy when we got there, only one table open. Food came out pretty quickly. Drink refills are inconvenient as you have to wait for someone taking orders at the counter. Food was decent. Way too many chicken places in this city lol

This location is always super, super busy. We went through the drive-through for breakfast, and it didn't take super long, maybe 10 minutes. The worker running the drive-through was very nice. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any worker there.

Nice, helpful staff. Food always comes out looking picture perfect and tastes fresher and more like actual food than at other fast food places.

Great tasting chicken sandwich 1st time here. The young crew working here definitely need to get more people skills.

It's in a horrible location and the drive-thru is always packed. They also forget sauces most of the time. The food is good but the service is kind of slow.

I am truly disgusted and beyond upset I’ve been a chic- fila customer since they opened their business. and I’ve never been this disappointed in my life especially with the Chick-fil-A in this location here in Saint Cloud . I ordered a Cobb salad and told them specifically no bacon because of my religious reasons ,and the fact that I’m allergic to bacon and they did exactly what I told them not to do and put bacon in my Cobb salad . Just so you guys know I will never buy anything from this chic fila location EVER AGAIN!! congratulations you lost a customer.

Unfortunately this little place that was once unique, has become fast food! and it is not as good as it used to be, on several occasions the portions have been smaller or too large I've had to send it back because it was overdone and dry.. they're just pumping out too much ,too fast.. Chick-fil-A 30 years ago was a hell of a sandwich, likewise the lemonade was to die for! fresh squeezed lemonade not anymore so if I'm going to pay $3.50 for a large lemonade I might as well by the lemons and make it myself if I'm going to drink something that came out of a can and I'm not even aware of what it is ...I haven't been back to Chick-fil-A and I probably will not ...it's a little too fast for this old girl

Take out: food was good and they were killing it getting the orders out. Drive thru however needs some work. Driving on wooden planks? What the heck is that all about?

Really good spicy chicken deluxe. I also enjoy the sweet &spicy Sriracha sauce with the waffle fries. The store was clean and service was friendly.

A pilgrimage. To venture to the land of the Lords holy is chicken is almost to taste of Eden it’s self. To enter in unpurified is to taste the edge of the seraphim’s flaming sword and be cast to the east to the land of mourning and hunger. Tread lightly, and with a pure heart. Also the waffle fries are amazing.

So I went to Chick-fil-A to go bother someone right, so I ordered a bun, and one cup of whipped cream. I have never had such an extravagant presentation of a bun, and such a moist cup of whipped cream. Would definitely recommend going to this Chick-fil-A location. I’ve also heard their normal food taste pretty good too.

This location does not have the spicy chicken tenders which is all I was craving. The service was great. It was our first time at a chick fil a we did not know you had to ask for the sauces. Love they have coke products!

Waffle fries were soggy and hardly warm and they forgot the extra chicken nuggets to add to the grilled chicken salad and they were way to busy to wait around for them. The spicy chicken sandwich was good. Service was pretty fast and the young lady who took our order at the drive through was very friendly and did a great job taking the order even though there was a lot of traffic noise. I would probably go there again just for that reason. I will say the service was fast although they forgot part of the order.
