I visited there last night just as the staff person was locking the door. As I turned to walk away, she opened the door and said, "I don't mind serving you". I was surprised and told her I'd appreciate that as I was anticipating a takeout from there for my late supper. The staff person, named Lesley, was polite and unrushed even though she was just about to close and my order caused her another 7-8 minutes of time. What a delight and to be honest, it challenged my often negative work ethic of so many of our young people. Thank you, Lesley, Pita Pit is lucky to have you!

The person behind the counter did have a little bit of an attitude and my food was cold, it was good but cold, it's also very expensive for what you get, I'd rather Mr.sub over this place.

Absolutely love this place. I love the points card or app you can download to scan your phone for free pita. Love a place that gives back. Great selection on the menu, cooked fresh right in front of you. Fantastic selection of vegetables and always fresh. Getting your pita grilled just tops of the taste. Great place to fill your belly and cheap lunch.

I've eaten here a few times in the past several weeks and I must say the food is great! There are sometimes long lines for lunch, but the staff are great at moving everyone along in a very timely manner. The menu options are fairly extensive (you can put almost anything in a pita it seems) so you should be able to find something you want/like. The variety of sauces are extensive as well.

Shawarma chicken (halal at the time of writing this) is pretty good and the only halal item. But it hasn't been available lately. Other than that, great selection of toppings (sauces, spices).

The food is good, there's no question. And everything seems really fresh. But it's really pricey. Nice for a treat but wouldn't eat there all the time

I had to requested for refund at this location. I had leave this establishment due to one of their staff caused my partner and myself extreme frustation/ stress due unapporiate approach and being impatiently with us. I did had good experience with the other Pita Pit locations twice on the other side of city (Kenomount road ) for last few weeks.

Great pita. Restaurant could use a good cleaning. Years of dust on the ducts above the vegetables waiting to float down into your pita. Yum.

I am honestly so disgusted with this restaurant, I came one time for lunch, and the lady that serve me sneezed near the area of food. When I requested her to change her gloves, she started to rolled her eyes. I was generally disappointed by the service. I wish I never paid. I didn’t expect them to be horrible. Worst food service I’ve ever had in my life. Now I don’t even want to eat a sandwich.

This Pita place is awesome! Staff is really welcoming and food is really tasty and healthy! I eat here every other day and have same pita. It always taste same and i love it. Customer service is excellent.
