    Great gym! You get a first diagnosis and a personalized plan at the beginning explained by one of the trainers in different sessions according to what you want either cutting or bulking. You can request a new plan and a new body composition scan afterwards to check the progress. Delicious protein shakes and energy beverages, big space, ventilated, clean, competent and nice staff (English and German speakers), modern and sufficient equipment, not crowded even on weekends, well located, good price and the most important: you see the results on your body!
