The hotel was fancy-looking. The restaurant served good food. There were many multiple offers in spa. It was pleasure to stay in this place for 2 weeks.

Good food, pretty rooms. I tell you the fish swimming in the tank are the cutest thing ever, 10/10 totally recommend.

Rooms are very old and don't look like on pictures at all. There are only 10 higher standard rooms available. SPA is just two saunas. All kinds of room services are overpriced. There is a loud music coming from the hotel club at nights making it impossible to sleep.

I was at the wedding there and have to say that it was not 3 star experience. Rooms are very old fashioned, bed was rough. I came to my room and I relised that there was dirty nappy behin the bin. It was bad... about the staff...not helpful and rude. Food- nothing special

When You go to the hotel you have right to expect You will be able to sleep in it, unfortunatelly they organized disco to 4 am at night in same building and despite requests they didn't turn id down till 4 am

Cheating with prices, saying that make booking price at morning u get invoice 2x price. Very nice! 4/10 breakfast 4/10 rooms damages on wall and ect

Me and my wife run a business in Warsaw. Because of Covid situation we couldn`t rest or had no posibility to travel. Senator Hotel put this hotel within our budget, to have a little bit of time for ourself. The hotel in Starachowice was fully prepared for having guests and us feel cosy and comfortable (during crazy times). The stay was more than we have expected: high quality, friendly stuff and amazing breakfast. My wife spent few hours in the SPA and she came back so relaxed ... Weekend in Starchowice was memorable due to Senator Hotel.

Stayed here for 3 days during my wedding with another 10 other people from england. The rooms are all a bit different (some don't have fridges), but everything was very clean, and all the staff were very helpful.

The rooms are nice and clean, there is AC, but we had issues with the bathroom. It is very small, the shower doors don't close fully so the floor gets flooded. The wooden bathroom doors don't close properly due to water damage. The tap in the sink also sprays water everywhere. The breakfast is okay, there is mostly a choice of cheese and hams, not a lot of warm or low-carb options, no vegan options.

This hotel is a real gem, perfect for a family day out. It's got everything - a nice pool, a fun kids' area, and even a free-to-play game console. There's also a cool park nearby. The service is top-notch, and I'd totally recommend this place to anyone. It's not just a three-star hotel - it's something special that you can really feel.

The Deluxe Family room was very comfortable and spacious. Apparently it's after refurbishment. In addition; the Spa section was better than I expected. If you are okay with spending a little extra, I recommend Chocolate Bath room of the spa, which is quite romantic for couples. In general the staff was very friendly. They did everything to help us with any questions and requests we've had. I appreciated that. The swimming pool is a bit small, which is what we thought when seeing the pictures, but it was still enjoyable. The restaurant of the hotel, Atrium, can also be accessed directly from the outside. The restaurant has a garden with a tasteful combination of water, greenery, and stone. There's even a table that has a tiny waterfall inside. In conclusion, this hotel is very high quality, particularly for the town it's in, and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had to stay in this hotel because of bridge competition. We reserved 2 rooms 4 weeks earlie, asking rooms next to each other- and received 2 rooms on various floors. Quality was like in a dormitory- and prices as in a good hotel (150PLN per person for a night). In a 2-person room there was no light in a corridor- to find something in an armchair we had to use a flashlight. There was also no an electric kettle- they proposed it for a fee. The 3-person room was called a "comfort" one-see photos. Never

Hotel is located in a nice and accessible place- easy to navigate etc. Comfortable rooms and very kind and hospitable staff, very nice place to stay
