    Why have a kiosk that tells you to be seated and they'll bring your order to you. then they scream your number out and you have to go get your damn food. And when I questioned it I got an attitude from the manager saying how busy they were. Then I say don't have a damn kiosk.

    The Big Mac was good, but definitely could have used more sauce. Both of our Med orders of fries were not cooked all the way, so that was very disappointing to my 8 yr old girls. And me. Other than that, friendly service!

    The staff was not very nice about the fact that we pulled up to the drive thru right as they opened. Instead of saying to please wait as we finish up getting ready the manager told us to please back away and wait 15 minutes. After we waited for the time they said they then told us that we needed to back up and wait some more. It was almost 30 minutes before they took our breakfast order.

    The local McDonald's in Starke. Great location in town, with up to date features, like several Kiosks, self service soda machine and a two lane drive-thru. Always good for a easy quick bite with the dependable McDonald's menu. Great for a anytime snack.

    Went thru drive thru ordered 2 of the daily doubles which comes with lettuce tomato and onion and it's a DISGUSTING shame they can't even make a simple burger! My restaurant that I usually go to in Keystone Heights FL is way by far out does this pathetic starke McDonald's! It's a wonder the store isn't closed and funny they never have ice cream mcflurrys or ice cream available it's always not working or not serving it today! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spare your self and family the hassle of this Starke Fl location!!!!

    I’ve came here several times and there’s always a mistake with my order. The people are very friendly and kind. But every single time I come here there’s something wrong. Either they’ve forgotten to give me something I paid for or they’ve given me someone else’s order. Not to mention if you customize your order it’ll never be correct. Good luck getting something without cheese or any other customizations. TLDR: If you’re going to eat here, I’d recommend always checking your bag before leaving.

    Most of the employees always seem to have an attitude. That seems to be most of the fast food places in Starke though. Do yourselves a favor and just keep driving to another town.

    This visit was pretty good. I used the app again and I'm happy to say that this time it worked as designed. Our food was cooked fresh when I tapped "I'm here" and had just a short wait. Restaurant was clean inside including the restroom. The employee I interacted with was very polite.

    I encourage you to take advantage of the mobile app. Order there to make your drive thru experience faster or to skip the line and use curbside or inside pickup. Use the deals, I have deals like 25% off any order over $1 all the time. Also use it to earn points for free food!

    What is wrong with this place? They never get your order right. They either forget an item or they give you the wrong item!! Come on people, get it together!! I don't have this problem with Hardee's, Burger King, or Arby's.

    This blond haired lady in the drive through asked if I got my sauces from my mobile order. Happy she asked that and clarified and wanted us to get our food. this McDonald’s charges 25 cents for sauces when mobile orders you get them for free. Kind of confusing I no other McDonald’s does that. I believe they are pocketing it since I don’t get a receipt in my past visits whenever I fell into the trap of paying for it. I would give a 5 stars to that lady and a 2 star for the rest of the service and food and greed that this McDonald’s has.

    So I don't understand, fast food is supposed to be fast right? I guess they don't park anyone anymore so now you sit in line for 10-15 minutes for your food . Inflation brings prices up and apparently the time goes up too ..

    Mediocre McDonald’s. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some friendly workers, some who act bothered that you’re there. Ordered food and got home, my large fry was half empty, the fries were barely cooked, and my burger was smashed in. Disappointing. I’m giving two stars because the store is incredibly cleanly for a McDonald’s.

    McDonald's is a fast food chain. The service is poor at best. The food is for if you're really hungry a d running short on time. Sorry McDonald's, you're making money but the food Isn't worth it.

    Wish I could give it zero stars. Ordered two double hamburgers. Got two single hamburgers. Got a hair in one of my other burgers and with shorted four nuggets!!! After waiting for 30 minutes for the food!!! And the excuse from the manager was they were shorthanded!!!!

    Was told I could not split payment, no issue but when the manager came over to help once again stated that they could not split the payment, again no issue. However before returning my two cards the manger swiped my card and charged it, taking the remaining money on my account. When asked why he did that he said don’t worry it will go back, which it did several days later but making me unable to use that money due to him. Every other experience has been pleasant.

    Waited for over 20 minutes to order 2 happy meals inside the restaurant waited 37 minutes just to get our food this is ridiculous the manager was very nice and had a lot on her shoulders I will not be back go this location

    Friendly faces. Always get great service even just for a drink. This location stays pretty busy yet is always on point. Be sure to download the McDonald's app to earn free drinks, food or even a percentage off your order. If not prompted be sure to give your code before you order so that they can make sure you receive credit.

    Atmosphere was great since I stayed in my car, food was quick and fresh even though it neared closing time with fries so hot I actually had to let them cool before eating. Overall great experience, lost 1 point due to charging for sauce yet if using the app they're free if selected when ordering, wasn't a lot per sauce but when spending $40 at McDonald's seems ridiculous charging for a few sauce packs imop

    Got there soon as they opened(actually 6:10, they open at 6)sat at the speaker for a few mins I said ,"hello?" and the lady working the window got really snappy and said "give me a moment!" I asked for a frappe and she said "nope! Our machine is being cleaned" asked her how long that would take and she sounded really annoyed and said "15 mins" what business cleans their stuff in the morning? People go there early for regular coffee and specialty coffees. Yesterday morning the lady didn't make it right. I asked for extra drizzle she gave me a small "m" on top. None in the cup. They need to get better staff.

    The buns were rubbery, like they had been put in the microwave. The order was missing one of the Quarter Pounders. I called and the team member was nice and said I could come back to get it or get it another day. I opted for a different day due to the time restrictions. But missing one sandwich meant 1 person didn't have their food to eat.

    Waited for over 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me and then it took 20 minutes to get my food. On top of that they didn't give me my drinks until I went up and asked for them! The place was not busy AT ALL so there was no reason for the lack of customer service

    Placed a mobile order. We waited for 25-30 minutes. I had to call to ask if they were gonna make it. Then the crew member asked what mobile order, I said in slot 3. She rambled the order, so they knew we were there . It took another 15 minutes. Food was mediocre and wrong.
