Arrived via boat. Approached the waitress before sitting down if we have 20 minutes and if we can ice cream & a beer in a hurry. She confirmed it’ll be ready in 2 min. It wasn’t. When we asked for the bill magically the ice cream arrived in glass. When we told her we need to leave she got defensive & rude & said it’s not her fault. We asked for the boss. I doubt she told him because we waited a while for him too. This waitress has ZERO customer service skills or the ability to communicate in a nice matter. If you can’t deliver the food don’t tell customers you can or confirm with the kitchen before telling customers yes. Waitress Ida. She was extremely rude when I inquired about her name then she demanded to know mine. I’m not the server. Nice place but won’t be back. If you need a faster service don’t go here. I agree with other reviewers about the rude service. Go next door ;)

Nice view and decent food.. very less vegetarian options

The place has a nice view to of the lake. The food was just ok and nothing special . The service was extremely slow and a bit rude. Will not visit it again.

Really loved it here! The view is awesome, the staff friendly and drinks good. Staff European I prices.

Best cakes in the area! We ordered 4 cakes and all of them were absolutely delicious. Tomato soup is also quite good. Location is also great of course, just in front of the lake. I would only improve the design, it could be more modern, cozy, comfortable, not just boring tables and chairs.

Two stars only because of the great view and ambience and because the service itself by a lovely man of Asian descent was very friendly. However, when my friend and I ordered the exact same meal (salmon with vegetables), his portion size was twice that of mine, with no explanation. Next time I shall take pictures and post.... that is, if I wish to go there again.

Cozy and warm ambience with a great view of the Sea. Food was tasty. Ordered a Putenschnitzel with mushroom and rice, tomato soup both were great.

Nice lake-side cafe with great views of the Stanbergersee and shady al-fresco seating. Enjoy an indulgent ice cream dessert on a lazy afternoon after a swim in the lake. Great for families and a popular destination only 30 minutes from the centre of Munich.

Great place to eat and relax, kinda cheap since its near sea. Personal is so kind,fast etc. especialy that one girl from Zagreb. We are coming back for sure soon.😄😄
