Just had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms were spotless and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Although I was there for business, being close to town was great for going for walks and grabbing some food. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard stuff if you are used to travelling in Scandinavia. Why of why can we not get proper sausages. It is the elusive piece of the breakfast jigsaw. Always kids sausages! Great selection of fruit but only one coffee machine was working so that proved to be a bit of a bottleneck in the mornings. The gym is small but functional and fine for most people just looking to blow away the cobwebs after a day of meetings. Would easily stay again for the location alone.

Way to much "perfume" in the hotel. The scents in both the lobby and the elevator hits you like a wall. Also there was construction work outside fairly late, and starts back up again early next morning. Not ideal. Would love to come back to reevaluate, but as for now, 2* is the absolute highest I can give.

Friendly staff and they found us a very nice room at 12th floor with view of the city center and the fjord and city bridge. Even with a bathtub, to my wifes delight. Very good breakfast A drink at the skylobby is also recommended, excellent drinks and great view

Staff are really quite helpful as they managed to solve a few issues for us due to the UK airplane issue. Breakfast is good you can choose from just about anything that suits you

Most things are on point, but our room was on the 4th floor, above the street- no view and very noisy all the time. We had to keep the window closed and there is no terrace or any outdoor space. The room was also not spacious.

This was a very good hotel. There is nothing to complain about. The service everywhere in the hotel and in their restaurant was amazing. Will definitely come again when I'm in Stavanger!

You should visit the top floor bar. Excellent cocktail menu. Fantastic view over Stavanger.

Great coffee experience and service. Highly skiller barista. Attention to details. Silky and elegant milk in perfect harmony with the espresso. The espresso is sweet. Almonds and marzipan. Balanced with a pleasant acidity. The bar is using the Mahlkonig GBW e65 grinder. Great staff!

Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has a really nice fine dining options and the views from the sky bar are amazing. Their cocktails are made with care and attention and the breakfast can’t be better. I had a really pleasant stay.

Right downtown with pretty standard Norwegian rooms. Has a great gym that even includes a squat rack and Olympic barbell/weights. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast is one of the best in town.

Overall very pleasant stay with great breakfast buffet and tasty dinner. Rooms are a bit old dated with carpet but clean, large bathroom. BUT upon arrival around 20:15 the guy at the desk was having his dinner there, which is absolutely ok in principle. Unfortunately he wasn’t helpful and absolutely not motivated in giving us useful information about e.g. weather conditions, pulpit Rock accessibility, dinner options etc. It was really disappointing. We did not feel welcomed, which did not happen on our tour through Norway so far. Maybe that was an exception or we were too exhausted.

In centrum Great staff, very service minded Superb breakfast, they can make you an omelette of your choice while you wait. Beds are very good. Rooms could be a bit fresher, but the beds and the view from high floors make up for it. Wonderful people from the lobby to the bar and breakfast crew and housekeeping 👏👏 Lobby with lounge and bar area is delicate with a lit fireplace (gas) Also nice conference with own entrance at ground floor

Loved this hotel. Did not stay here. I attended a course at this venue. Found its slightly old fashioned well kept interior so lovely! Makes you feel at home. Lots of places in which one can sit and chat quietly to friends. The big room we had our course in had a few problems. It was cold in there. I wore a thick jersey. And the speaker on the left hand side as you face the stage was malfunctioning. Apart from that. All good 🙌

Nice place, central in the city and clean. The bed was a bit soft and had too thin madras. The bathroom was very nice.

I like the quality of rooms, service with minibar, good bed and beds sett, hotels pillows as well, comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many different offers, I was very surprised to find tran and vitamins there, appreciate this ❤️

ordered a "sweetheart" package. ( boobles fruit and snacks in room at arrival) They had forgotten to bring it to the room. Called reception and they managed to fix it in 20 minutes. Had ordered 3 court menu in restaurant later. The first (cod) and second court (duck) tasted incredible! Then we had dessert coming up. Told the waiter we wanted it asap cause we where leaving. 30 min later I finally managed to get one of the waiters attention. He had visited two of our neighbor table several times, but didn't look our way for a split second. I sure could have walked to the bar myself, but still... I shouted "excuse me" louder an louder as waiters passed nearby.. Finnaly after 30 looong minutes one of them came and he "excuse us" and brought the dessert in 3 minutes. No good feeling been forgotten and "overlooked". But still 3 stars for the excellent food and service at the 2 first courses. They also excused themselves when checking out and cut off a few kroner on the bill.

The stay was really amazing. We loved the room . It was so comfortable and perfect. The room had a small balcony were had an amazing view of stavanger city. The breakfast and service was also perfect .

Very friendly and helpful staff, we were given a free upgrade because we had a baby with us and the staff wanted to make sure we were not facing any noise and commotion in the hotel (there was a soccer team at the hotel at the time). The room was clean and comfy, specially the bedding. Highly recommended, also we felt the photos on various travel sites did not do a good job describing how nice the hotel is.
