Great place. Great staff and landlord. Fantastic atmosphere especially on a Sunday. Plenty of screens for the football and rhe best Guiness in town.

Last weekend, breakfast was back! I went on a Sunday and have to say the food, freshness, the amount was amazing. Service was quick and friendly as always, will def be back for more, well done poachers

Had breakfast at The Poacher this Saturday morning for the first time. Service was excellent and quick, and the food was so good! Proper food and proper full English. Definitely coming back for more

Lovely Irish run pub. Family friendly. Always get to watch the football with multiple screens. Doesn't serve food, just a traditional local with pool table and darts and I must add the best Guinness I've had in ages.

I've visited a few times sporadically and the staff are super welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is great, it's almost like one big family. Would highly recommend, and I will be going back again 👍

I visited it for the first time on 5 Nov 22 and I found it very expensive as for usual prices in Stevenage - I was charged 17.65gbp for one pint of John Smith ale, one bottle of Rekorderlig cider and one bottle of Kopparberg cider so around 6gbp per item.

The PoachersP.H. in Stevenage is a great pub with a busy but friendly atmosphere. The bar is well stocked with a great choice of drinks. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to meet up with friends for gathering.

Great landlord and staff always a good night out

Staff are exceptional. Fastest service of any pub around and always friendly. It seems everyone in the poachers is almost one big family.
