I
went
to
sina
care
for
a
covod-19
medical
certificate
for
travel,
to
visit
Greece
in
Sept
2020.
All
good
and
shiny
until
I
got
there.
It
was
not
a
clinic,
but
a
public
rentable
space
and
the
person
that
received
me
was
on
the
phone,
didn't
even
saif
"hi,
welcome"
or
so
(they
had
to
pick
me
up,
as
it
was
a
secured
entrance.
Then
went
into
a
small
meeting
room
where
the
'nurse'
was
waiting.
She
didn't
speak
very
well
english,
but
we
got
along.
When
she
took
the
sample
from
my
nose,
it
was
really
bad,
it
was
downright
aggressive,
she
pushed
to
much
the
stick
into
my
nose
and
I
could
barely
stand
it!
Tears
started
poping
in
my
eyes,
I
could
feel
that
stick
sooo
far
in
my
nose...
really
bad.
My
boyfriend
took
the
same
test
somewhere
else
(no,
I
could
not
go
there
as
I
didn't
have
a
personnummer),
but
for
him
was
okay,
they
didn't
vandalize
him
like
in
my
case.
My
nose
was
so
sensitive,
even
to
air,
afterwards.
So
not
too
much
"care"
from
sina.
After
this,
they
were
supposed
to
invoice
me
via
message,
in
2
hours
or
so..
but
4
hours
later
I
didn't
get
any
message.
I
called
them,
and
then
the
support
center
sent
me
the
message.
Ok,
covid
test
paid.
The
next
day
I
was
supposed
to
receive
the
test
result
along
with
the
certificate.
This
shoulf
have
been
on
a
Saturday,
as
Sunday
in
the
early
morning
I
would
fly
to
Greece.
I
have
told
them
a
few
times,
quite
insisted
to
be
honest,
to
be
very
attentive
to
my
test
as
it's
really
urgent
and
I
seriously
need
it
as
I
cannot
go
to
Greece
without
it.
They
said
to
not
worry,
I
will
receive
it
no
later
than
10,
11
o'clock
Saturday
evening.
Ok.
I
DIDN'T
RECEIVE
IT
UNTIL
3
IN
THE
MORNING!!!
I
WAS
UP
ALL
NIGHT!!!
AND,
on
top
of
that,
who
the
hell
sends
certificates
at
11
o'clock
in
the
evening?
On
a
saturday?
It
does
not
say
"profesionalism",
nor
"care"!
I
should
have
slept
that
night
since
I
had
a
4
hour
flight
in
the
early
morning
and
a
long
day
ahead..
but
no..
I
had
to
wait
for
the
certificate
from
sina....
VERY
BAD
SERVICE!
Not
to
say...
at
3
in
the
morning,
they
were
asking
for
a
copy
of
my
passport...
even
though,
when
I
spoke
with
the
callcenter
guy
initially,
I
offered
to
send
it
and
he
said
that
it's
not
needed.
They
need
yo
really
focus
on
the
customer
experience
part..
I
am
not
givig
1
star
because
they
still
gave
me
the
certificate...
but
the
service
itself..
disastrous!
This
was
my
experience
with
sina
care,
never
again!
And
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND!
