Firstly, Congratulations to Yasmin, one of the dental nurses at Kungsgaten. She has a perfect demeanor and a friendly, welcoming customer service attitude. But it ends there. I can't say the same for the Dentist she works with. If you are a foreigner that doesn't speak Swedish, don't waste your time and energy here, especially if like me, it's an urgent matter. Out of 80 cities and 30 countries I have visited for business in recent years, this is the most frustrating and difficult business to communicate with. It's impossible to book an appointment unless you physically turn up at their door and take your chance. You can't book online without a Swedish Security number. Ok, no problem, that's fairly standard in many countries. Happily, on the website it says: "Do you not have a Swedish social security number? We will be happy to help you book an appointment. Call us on 08-22 22 22 Great! But! When you call on the phone the answering menu is only in Swedish. Over multiple calls, I tried guessing every number and even no number at all and still had no reply on any of them. Who will need to call because they don't have a Swedish ID number? Foreigners that don't speak Swedish!

I went there a few years ago and got a bad experience and a bad feeling about this place. The purpose of my visit was a very simple intervention which the dentist did not complete, instead he took a lot of x rays and was fiddling with my teeth for about 15 minutes, after that he suggested he should book me for another 7 appointments. I got charged for the first appointment a fortune (over 1000 kr) and of course I looked for another dentist after that. This other dentist did the job in 10 minutes in one time and my problem was solved. I would recommend folktanvård in Fridhemsplan, they have more modern facilities and honest/competent practioners.

This is a professional dental clinic with skilled dentists. I was given an anesthetic that I did not feel at all like other anesthetics I have received. I felt very safe and could relax during the treatment. Thumbs up 👍

A session with a dental hygienist was booked and made. She performed not only ordered cleaning of the teeth but also some other not requested points and charged double. She did not ask for permission just did it. Beside the over debited amount she had a very questionable attitude. Inform your staff how to behave and send them on customer training courses. It is based upon this experience needed, indeed. Will not come back or recommend this dental service organization as there are several better alternatives in Stockholm.

I had a toothache and was able to quickly get an appointment. Mahshid and her dental assistant were amazing at explaining the issue and they were very attentive and caring throughout the treatment - plus the procedure was completely painless! I'd highly recommend coming to this dentist - especially if you're fearful or have anxiety.
