    I came in for severe pain in the abdomen and had to see an assistant doctor who was very unpleasant and ignorant. He asked for help from his colleague to find out what my problem was and that doctor immediately knew what it was and referred for an ultrasound. He sent a referral to the nearest ultrasound and said I could go there straight away as there are drop-in appointments. Then had to sit and wait for hours and when it was my turn for registration, they said that there was no drop in for the ultrasound, only for the X-ray. They were nice and said that the doctor who sent the referral can send it elsewhere so I can be examined the same day. Then I went back and asked the receptionist if I could ask the doctor I saw to send the referral to another place and there was no problem. She was very helpful and called the doctor and also told him where to send it instead. When I then got to talk to him himself, he was very unpleasant and did not want to send the referral anywhere else. He said he misunderstood his colleague who said I was going for an ultrasound. He gave me the wrong information and that you will receive a summons with an appointment. Then I pointed out to him that he already made me sit and wait for hours for an ultrasound when he was the one who gave me the wrong information and that you could certainly get an appointment the same day if he just wanted to do the right thing and send it somewhere else who have time. He ignored the fact that I am in a lot of pain and threw me out, saying that I took his time and that I will have to wait several weeks for an appointment for an ultrasound. Their receptionist helped me more and arranged for me to go with the same referral to another clinic and at least got an appointment the next day. Very disrespectful and sickening of the sub doctor to treat patients like that. Worst health center.

    Incredibly unprofessional. The doctor/nurse calls and makes an appointment with one and when you are there, the receptionist says that the doctor/nurse is free. We arrived an hour early completely unnecessarily. Those in charge here at Järva Vårdcentral have no control over their employees, because this is not the first time something like this has happened.

    Extremely bad treatment via phone booking! Never been in contact with such a rude and rude girl as this morning at 08:00 (28.06.2022) when I wanted to book an appointment! My review only applies to that person!

    Worst customer service you can get. Today, February 1st, you were also called a liar at the reception before meeting the doctor (at the reception). We were here a couple of days before and were supposed to get help, but instead we had to call in to make an appointment. We wondered why we should do it when we are here anyway. Hope you change your receptionist soon so people are at least satisfied when they leave your health center. I have never experienced such irony.

    I was treated incredibly well by Doctor Firad. He was so responsive, committed and competent. He takes everything you tell him seriously and really wants to help you. Incredibly good service! Super satisfied and highly recommend!
