My honest review after three PRP treatments with Nordic hair. Appointment 1: It is a good experience. The nurse took 3 tubes of my blood. 8 mins of centrifuge and started giving injections into my scalp. It was a good experience. 3/5 rating. Appointment 2: Here comes the story. My fate i got appointed to a nurse who less likely cares about patients. To start with it was not a good reception at all. (Ignored). Started extracting my blood into tubes. She was very reckless in handling the injection which resulted in displacement of needle and my blood started flowing out. (I was still patient and ignored). Next started centrifuge and came back after 8 mins and then started to inject into scalp. Trust me it is even more bad experience. I didn't feel like she is injecting PRP into my scalp but just spilling PRP on my head to make my head wash. She didn't concentrate well and was wasting one syringe within a mint. Totally 6 injections finished in 6 mins and i was out looking like having a head bath. PRP from my scalp started to flow down. Rating: (minus 10)/5. I feel 'minus 10' is still a better number. I was very disappointed and called the clinic back to cancel my third appointment because i don't want to waste my money for having a head wash. But the clinic is very reluctant to cancel my 3rd appointment and started to console me for their bad experience. Off course, they don't want to loose my money. After sometime i wrote a google review about my experience and then suddenly i received a call from clinic head offering me a 50% discount for my next appointment and asked me delete the review as she offered me discount. This act describes me about how careful they are about their reviews on google. Even i was one of those guys who got deceived by looking google rating of 4.7 which i think is not worth it after my experience. I strongly believe many of them are fake reviews or sponsored reviews. I have deleted my review as they promised me 50% discount and my 3rd appointment with my first appointment nurse. They gave a new date for my 3rd appointment. Appointment 3: Don't expect that the clinic is very cordial to give me 50% discount. Here comes the story, few days before my appointment i received a call from clinic saying we had to shift your appointment after 3 weeks because the nurse is not working. Strange then how can you book a treatment with out knowing availability of your employees? I think their information is wrong they just wanted to unprioritize my appointment as they offered discount. I was calm even then. So my 3rd appointment is delayed by 3 weeks compared to my planned treatment. Now my third appointment day came. Surprise!!!!!! The nurse which they promised me to provide was not present even that day. Instead another new nurse came to treat me. I was literally in depression because of what i experienced in my 2nd appointment and worried that 3rd appointment will be the same. I mentioned to the nurse about my 2nd appointment experience and asked her to be careful this time. She tried her best and was a satisfactory experience. They gave me an explanation for spilling PRP on my head in my 2nd appointment. "Because PRP will moisturize the scalp". What an explanation! I didn't give my 3 big tubes of blood and paid 4300 Kronas to moisturize my head. I can sit home and use oil for it. After their explanation i didn't understand from where to laugh. Rating: 1/5. Final verdict: Its a very costly treatment which is technically not. I doubt they have 100 times of margin. I have paid a total of 10,000 kronas for a worth of 1000 kronas. Despite huge amount of money you will not get a good treatment. Finally i didn't find much of the result. Not done in a timely fashion. I would definitely give a negative star but google have no such option for negative stars, so giving 1. Result: increased hair fall for depression caused by clinic. Not worth it. Don't believe in google rating. Please read all reviews and make a decision.

Very dissatisfied with the clinic, in particular with the consultant present at my last visit. I was initially visited by a super nice consultant who analysed my hair and took picture for the records, then we decided to try with PRP and i did not really see any results, but this is not the clinic’s fault. Once I returned to the clinic for a checkup, a different consultant visited me and she, without even checking my hair, said that the situation had gotten worse, therefore I should have taken medication (Finesteride). I just felt she wanted to take the sale home, no empathy at all, and for this reason I decided to ditch the clinic and seek for assistance elsewhere. After this episode I emailed to have a rescheduled appointment with some other consultants, but I never got a response. My conclusion is that this clinic has spent lots on marketing and renovations to look good, but they see people as walking cash rather than patients.

Only after six months after the transplant did I start finasteride, I have so far no side effects at all. I plan prp about 2 times a year to boost my hair and reduce hair loss. I feel that now that I have been using finasteride for six months, as well as regular prp treatments, that I have had much darker and healthier hair than before I took hold of my hair loss. I have been very pleased with the transplant. I have regained my hairline and got a very nice result. I feel like a much happier person thanks to my results. I now hope that my prp treatments and finasteride can help me keep my remaining hair as much as possible. Still a little thin on the head. Anyone considering Nordic Hair should be reading this review carefully: I have completed two surgeries which is the worst decision I ever made. Roughly one year after my second transplant, I still experienced some redness. I scheduled a follow-up and they assured me everything was normal. They had a look with their camera and compared different areas. After a couple of months, I still noticed this. I stopped using hair products and shaved my head to let the skin breathe. This is when I saw more clear the damage. I had colleagues asking me about my head which was an awful experience. I contacted the clinic again, explaining this is not normal and I really need help. I sent an email – no response. One week later, I send a reminder and finally gets an answer. Their doctor reach out even though she is on holiday which I appreciated. I send her pictures and she confirms my view of the redness. Previously, everything was “normal” when I visited the clinic but now they could apparently see the same issue. Why didn’t they say this the first time? We scheduled an appointment and the doctor confirms there is an inflammation. They also say it seams like I have a sensitive skin. I have a light skin tone which they saw during the first consultation, did they address this as a risk? No! We agreed that I would try a treatment with cortison. During this treatment, I never heard back from the clinic. Not a single email, text or call, how’s it going? Do I see any difference? Nothing – dead silence, no interest. After the treatment, the redness had gone down from a scale 6/10 to maybe 4/10. I sent an email asking what we should do now – no response. I sent a text to the doctor – no response. Two weeks later, no answer. My patience is over. I have a friend that was semi-interested in a treatment so he sent an email as well. He got an answer within a couple of hours. I called the clinic and was extremely frustrated, why am I not getting any help? Why are you not helping a customer that has paid you twice for your services? We agreed that the doctor was going to call me after the weekend. Did it happen? No. Instead I get an email from a different colleague asking if the doctor has contacted me. I emailed back and said no I’m still waiting. Soon after, the doctor calls me. She explains they have done everything they can and recommend me to go to a specialized skin clinic. I quote, “our knowledge stops here, we cannot do anything else”. It says a lot how you treat customers when things doesn’t go according to plan. This is my first ever review of a company because I have never experienced anything similar. Hopefully by sharing my story I can help others in similar situations when you are thinking about a transplant. I wish I had read something similar when I made this terrible decision a few years back. They also tried to charge me extra money during my first surgery because I was using a credit card but I refused (in Turkey). Lucky for the clinic, this is a limited space so I cannot cover those details. For me personally, I need to try something else to repair my damages because the clinic is not interested. I said to them that it could be a good idea for them to learn if this ever happens to anyone else. As it turns out, they don’t care which their actions and lack of empathy illustrates. I understand there is a risk with this type of surgery but the lack of understanding and unwillingness to help is crazy to me. You will have to decide if you are willing to take that risk. They will be happy and smile at you during the consultation and guide you towards their treatments. If something happens after, you can expect this level of help. I have not been happy with my first visit at the clinic, got in touch with the manager, explained about it, and she took full responsibility. I was pleasantly surprised, since, in my experience, it’s very hard to get people accountable for bad customer service in Sweden. But this clinic cares about its patients, and have good morals compass My second visit was flawless.

I visited Nordic Hair for a checkup. I am almost 31 and this is the age when my father grew bald so I wanted to know if I have any early signs of hairloss. I was impressed by the doctor´s polite manners and the amount of information I received. Despite the fact that the visit was free of charge the doctor did not hesitate to tell me that I had in fact a healthy hair and I was in no need for threatment. In addition he told me that my hair has an asian structure (I am caucasian) and this might give the false impression of sparseness when compared to a standard caucasian hair. I feel blessed for having visited the clinic and I definitely recommend it to anyone. These folks care about the science behind the hair, not your money!
