Worst treatment I have ever received from a doctor! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. They should have their license taken away, the receptionists are rude and snotty, the doctor/owner Pontus is the devil incarcerated. Avoid at all cost 😱😱😱😱

Very bad experience. They do not listen and waste your time without paying attention to what is important. I was very disappointed!!

My appointment with Pontus Netré was by far the worst in my life. Seriously.

They did not check my knee properly!!! Checking this properly would have given me many years of life quality!!! I came to the clinic with a very painful knee after dancing. The doc looked at my knee saying 'if it hurts so deep inside the knee, it can not be anything bad. Walk on it as much as it works, so you do not lose any muscles. Once the pain is gone you can do sports again'. So three weeks after this I went playing volleyball again and hurt my other knee. It came out that I had a torn ligament, which the doc did not even feel like checking. I should have not even been walking on it for 3weeks, and surely not do sports!!! 3years later now, after surgeries, I still can not walk properly. Not only this, if the doc would have checked properly I would have not hurt my second knee at all plus would have not hurt the first one even more in the first place! Every time I go here, I am not properly examined, why is this? This only makes you not go to doctors anymore if you don't get taken seriously.

Had an appointment with Pontus to get a blood sample taken. Was hurriedly sent off to a nurse, that after taking the blood sample didn't apply a band-aid to the vein, but rather folded a napkin and applied tape. After pointing out that the tape wouldn't hold it, she applied more tape. My arm still hurts a few days later, but no infections!

I am surprised with so many bad reviews but they also look focused on a specific doctor. I have received help for food allergies (mostly preservatives in food what is pain and trees) in a really good way including blood samples, also with a dermatologist for a check on moles. I always had good responses and even when one day there was a confusion with a cancelation and they took me in anyway.

General practitioner and not specialist doctor queue was more than one month. Yeaaah Morgan Johansson said Sweden has a good healthcare system. Probably doctor(s) was on the semester or beach.Have anybody seen better than Sweden healthcare sysytem.

A great experience. I got my problem sorted in such a quick notice and i was treated like a king by the very nice employes there!

We had a nightmare experience with the doctor Rafika about one month ago. My child had feber and she was really rude and called me “ inte smart” for I argued with her with some disagreement. She checked my child and said she heard nothing. I asked what you mean with nothing, do you mean you heard nothing strange? She was really mad and said I mean I heard nothing. I doubt if she is a qualified doctor because when she did the check, my child was calm and did not cry. And she said it was really severe and sent us to the child emergency which I highly doubted for the child could eat and drink. So we did not follow her suggestion and went home. My child became better next day. We are lucky to skip a long time wait in queue in children’s emergency in a snowy night for having a common sense instead of trusting an irresponsible and unqualified doctor’s unprofessional decision.

I really like this center - very different from the reviews - Doctors helped me a lot, very professional, easy to contact. I recommend.
