    One of the doctor that I meet regularly is very good. He understands my situation and life. The other younger doctors are so so. One of the nurse over phone is stressed and annoyed all the time. The other staff are very kind.

    Twice they had cancel me an appointment with me already in the building waiting for it and they couldn't send me in advance an email or a phone call to cancel and spare me getting out of my university to cross the city to come to them! The excuse is always that the doctor is gone because family problems or whatsoever. Everything just very unprofessional to be honest. Go definitely somewhere else, these people are a joke.

    Skulle inte rekommendera någon att gå hit! Värsta bemötandet jag någonsin jag fått inom vården. Överlag väldigt stressig och otrevlig vårdcentral. Telefonisten i receptionen skrek i telefonen till folk som ringde, det hördes ända ut i väntrummet där jag satt. Läkaren Jane ostman som jag mötte var så stressad och helt otrevlig. Jag var ledsen när besöket började pga personliga orsaker som jag ville ta upp med läkaren och då säger hon med en kylig ton: varför är du ledsen för?! Är du ledsen för att du fått vänta länge i väntrummet eller?! Jag svarade att jag var ledsen för (mina orsaker) och hon avbröt mig att hon inte har tid att lyssna och att det inte är något speciellt med mig. Hon sa även många andra saker som fick mig att tappa hakan. Helt klart det värsta jag varit med om. Jag tog på mig min jacka och gick därifrån och sa att det är ingen mening med att jag är där när hon är så stressad. Då svarade hon bara: jag är inte stressad, bra, hejdå! Det var mitt första besök här och jag kommer skriva mig på en annan vårdcentral nu. Denna läkaren borde fundera på att byta yrke

    Människan som svarar i telefon borde hållas långt ifrån allt typ av kontakt med medmänniskor. I övrigt lika dålig vårdcentral som de flesta andra. Detta är ett systemfel att behöva träffa en inkompetent läkare för att bli hänvisad till en specialist inom området.     I also don't understand why only negative reviews, which honestly terrified me before I got here. I got welcomed by a friendly receptionist, then a proper visit by a lovely and knowledgeable doctor, Dr Widestedt . She takes her time to explain and investigate your situation. Well, a very good first impression of a good working system at this Vårdcentral! Tack!

    Don't go there if you don't speak Swedish. Doctors with years of higher education barely speak English. Plus the queueing time is close to infinite.

    Undvik denna vårdcentral. Har skadat axeln fick tid tid till läkare som jag aldrig träffat tidigare. Läkaren lovade att skicka remiss till Rtg och till ortoped, vilket ej gjordes, läkaren journalförde ej heller besöket. Detta är bara ett i raden av dåligt bemötande som jag har haft på denna vårdcentral. Har nu listat om mig till annan vårdcentral. (Translated by Google) Avoid this health center.     Har gått hos er i flera år med vid sista besöket var det droppen. När jag bokade tid var hen som tog emot samtalet oerhört stressad och otrevlig. Väl på läkarbesöket så lyssnade läkaren ingenting på det som jag berättade om. Hen hade inte ens läst mina journaler. Tog ett blodtryck och skrev ut blodtrycksmedicin.. Hur kan man bedöma att man har högt blodtryck av en mätning? Hen skrev dessutom ut beroendeframkallande insomningstabletter trots min invändning att jag redan har testat detta och det var inget för mig. Har listat mig hos annan vårdcentral och kommer rekommendera min sambo att göra detsamma.

    The staff is highly unprofessional and impolite. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I called, the person on the phone asked, "Why are you coming here? You're not at home." When I inquired about their manager's contact information, I was told to look it up on Google. To my surprise, I discovered that Irja herself is the manager there, which is quite unfortunate.

    Fick jätte bra bemötande, blev tagna på allvar. Läkare och sköterskor tog sig tid med vår lilla kille! Även fin stämning som helhet!     Har gått hit i ett par år och det har tyvärr blivit successivt sämre och sämre. Det har blivit otrevligare bemötande i reception, försenade/långa väntetider i väntrum på plats. Konstigare bemötande av läkare, ingen återkoppling efter besök som lovat. Senast jag var här var i mars och skulle få svar på mina blodprover men efter en månad fick jag själv kontakta vårdcentralen som lämnade en notis till läkaren. Nu i veckan (juni) hade jag fortfarande inte fått återkoppling och kontaktar vårdcentralen via deras chat. Det enda de svarar är med ett utdrag i journalen, som lagts in i april att jag fått mina recept och en rekommendation, som då aldrig nått/kommunicerats till mig. Det blir till att byta vårdcentral för mig tyvärr.

    Absolutely the worst healthcare center I've been to. Mixes up appointments, prescribes the wrong medications, makes appointments with a nurse when you go to the doctor. If you have the opportunity to choose another health center - do it! There is no structure or control to anything.

    This morning I arrived at the health center at 9.15, I had an appointment at 9.20. At the reception she explained that the patient the doctor brought in is now ahead of me. The doctor would be a little late. When it was 9.50 I went to reception and wondered what was going on. At 10 I went back to reception and got my money back. She apologized. I asked her to give me a new time, the answer was that I have to call. When they called, I explained what happened and didn't get a new appointment tomorrow because it was full. I listed myself at another care center and got an appointment at 14.15, Thank you for that 🙏

    I was at the health center on Thursday, September 28, 2023, with a doctor who I understood to be called Dr. T***s My experience was that I received incredibly horrible and unpleasant treatment from a doctor whom I am supposed to be able to trust. This dr T***s made me feel humiliated, offended and very sad and disappointed. He was disobedient and incredibly judgmental and aggressive in his communication with me as a person and a patient. I have been going to Dr. Johan Ehrenpris for many years and we have had good communication, but since he has now retired, I was assigned to this doctor. After many years, I will unsubscribe from my health center even though I have always been treated well by both the receptionist and the lab, going to this doctor was a nightmare and I recommend you to be careful with which doctor you are assigned when you book an appointment at this health center.

    Warning for this health center. Switched to this VC some time ago and it has been a mess with most things. Several times you have been greeted by aggressive and unpleasant staff. In several visits, my appointment was not in the booking system when I arrived. I have then been aggressively questioned "Well, what kind of time do you have!? You can't just show up like this, you understand that right?!" "You've come at the wrong time!" and "You must understand.." etc. So when, despite this treatment, I still keep a good face and am nice and show my booking confirmation that they sent me and that I am at the right time, they turn their internal problems towards me as a patient: "Yes, I don't know why you coming now that we have so much to do! How are we going to be able to solve this now, do you think?" "You have to sit down and WAIT and we'll see what happens." etc., or "It's wrong on 1177.se, almost nothing works there, you should know!". or "There's an error in Capio's computer system! You, I can't do anything! How can I help you, you think, when the computer systems don't work?!" The quotes above are from several different people on different occasions, it's not just at the reception. But you understand the attitude. This has also been the case with other problems that have arisen with care or administration, not just time books. When you try to be nice and help, it's immediately the thorn outwards and Capio immediately automatically throws accusations at you as a patient before they've actually found out what actually went wrong. Have encountered a couple of nice employees here who did a good job. But it is necessary that I, as a patient, managed to keep my smile intact first and, hat in hand, cheerfully nodded my way through a wall of passive aggressiveness and unfair blaming. As well as taking responsibility for independently solving problems with changed times, invoice problems, unclear care, etc.

    2 of my doctor visits have been terrible. 2 different doctors who both treated me in a demeaning, rude and unsympathetic way. Shocked at how incredibly bad encounters I had at this health center. The receptionists have always been nice but the doctors under all criticism. Don't want to come back and just a waste of time. Yuk!!!!

    WARNING, never go here! The worst and most unpleasant treatment I have received. Waited in the waiting room for sampling 2 hours for 2 days in a row. The nurse sits at the same time and has coffee for 30 minutes when 20 people sit and wait. When we ask what is going on, everyone else on the staff is completely nonchalant about what is happening. I have relisted and will never go here again.
