If you are planning to go to KFC in Sweden, don't visit this one. Takes 20-30 minutes to get food, no order at the place and crammes with people. Dirty tables. And the food is not as good as other KFCs, too fatty somehow and not well seasoned.

Came here because I was craving fried chicken. It was so crowded and uncomfortable. Staff could not keep up with sanitation and cleaning. The tray return and garbage area was piled high and spilling over. Many staff members passed by and did nothing to tidy it up or remove the overflowing garbage. Food was terrible quality. Chicken pieces are all very small and not juicy, some even dry. Some pieces even seemed like partial pieces/cuts. Like half of a chicken thigh and half of a chicken tender….

KFC is missed in Norway. Just visited Stockholm and we will of course have a chicken meal at KFC. God taste and looks like the oil is fresh. Great! Perfect cleaner. Doing a great maintenance of the crowded place. Thanks!

Went there around 9 pm at the evening. The restaurant was neither very busy nor very quiet. The sitting in firat floor was closed however plwnty of sits were available at the ground floor. Restaurant was clean and the guy working in the lobby was very friendly and humble. I ordered my food at the automated machine and chose to be served at the table. However my food never came to my table and after waiting on my food for ages kastly I brought my food myself. Meanwhile the food became cold and tasteless. It was a very bad experience for the whole family. Reported the issye to the authority and waiting for their responce. I would likke to mention another thing. When you chose corns or coleslaw with the menu you are to pay 4 sek extra. It happenned with me twice, when I brought my food, coleslaw was missing. On asking about coleslaw they replied its finished and I can choose fries or corn instead (u get fries with meals free of charge). Calculate this guys, 300 orders × 4 sek = 1200 sek extra for nothing. A tremendous policy for extra fast cash for a branded restaurant indeed. It is their duty to contact me if something is finished not the other way round. The same happens to premium sauces and butter for corns.

Chicken literally soaking in Oil, extreemly bad hygien when we visited, tables not cleaned, trays were wet. BUT! MOST INTRESSTING THIS WAS THAT THERE WAS A BIG BIG MOUSE 🐁 IN THE SITTING PLACE

Well we don't have so many KFCs to choose from ... This one is ok but not great as order mistakes are frequent. The place gets a bit messy when it gets crowded because the staff finds it hard to manage incoming orders. The food during rush ours is of lower quality! So make sure you pick the right time to eat there. Less people during lunch time! Which sounds strange! The staff are often stressed and you barely see a services minded person with a smile on his face. Quite dirty sometimes! Even the floor get slippery and oily in some occasions. Toilets? No comments there.

My initial KFC experience in Sweden was underwhelming. While the prices were reasonable, the food lacked deliciousness. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really bad service and food was way too hot. First of all it took little more than half an hour before we received our order. Second it was hotter than serving temperature and I almost burned my mouth. Place was super crowded and mismanaged. Used dishes were everywhere and the tables were really dirty. Perhaps they were under staffed but that no excuse for a bad service in my opinion.

Due to the lack of personnel and the high pressure on them, the cleaning and service situation is very bad. The tables and under the tables are dirty and the cleaning condition is very bad. In addition, due to work pressure on personnel, orders are delivered incorrectly.

No ice in a warm coke. Horrible. Put ice in the sode. How do you have warm soda in winter? 15:00 on Sat Nov 19th. Who ever worked needs to learn the job.

Against better knowledge I tagged along with my friends here. And sadly all my prejudices were confirmed. The place was dirty and full with left overs at the few free tables . The waitress wiping the tables had the dirties apron/dress I have ever seen on a restaurant staff. Food took 30 minutes. At a fast food restaurant. And still they managed to serve it cold. Sadly absolutely everything with the visit was s-it and I will never ever go here again.

The place is unbelievably filthy: the tables, the floor. Besides, the toilets are far beyond the lowest standards. You can NOT possibly enjoy your quick meal here.

Food & quality is good. But see the photo how they keeping the straw, everyone is ufinb their bare hands to pick it. It’s not hygienic , we are just in the edge out of COVID situation

The food was good but a bit sloppily put together (-1 for presentation). The service was also good but the ordering machines didn't allow me to remove things from my meal (I had to tell the employee to do it. The cashier couldn't accept card orders. Nice location

I usually order the hot wings bucket! It's crispy and always served at the right temperature when we receive the food. I also love their fries 🍟 it’s consistently crunchy!! They offer free restrooms, but they are usually unclean and dirty, and some of the doors are hard to open when you are finished. It’s important for them to maintain clean and functional restrooms.

Viktigt! Ordered 2 big buckets in the beginning and we was 5 people and we felt like there was less food and we didn't count count in the beginning later we ordered another bucket and and this time we counted and yes there was 16 hot wings instead for 18 in the bucket and we was pretty sure that they did the same in our first order also. So please count your order when you get the delivery.

Hi we coming in week approximately 2 time but we had issue with only one employee his name Yhaya working at night when he working always we get wrong oder and after he never change it and he I swear ni respect nothing and because of him will not coming again thank you

Generally good experience and good food. But today we ordered delivery via Wolt and KFC had gotten half the order wrong. The receipt was correct but no corn, wrong drinks, even the small bucket was missing the four chicken strips. Major mistake on whichever employee who bagged it. Never tried to call them before but in the half hour I’ve been calling nonstop no one ever picked up. This was a very disappointing delivery experience

I came to eat from another side of Stockholm, but I didn't manage to order. Pathetic customer service,employees argue at the counter, ignore customers, dont take the orders . absolute kindergarten.

It's decent food, but the wait time can be weirdly long when all they do to serve is put already warmed chicken into a box, but this can sometimes take well over 10 minutes, to completely 4-5 orders.

This was the most disgusting chicken I've ever eaten. While visiting Sweden from Canada I was craving fried chicken and heard there was a KFC. This is dried, flavorless, rubbery chicken.

It was better than I expected. Back then, people were disappointed since they said that the chicken was soggy. However, when I went yesterday, the chicken strips were actually crispy and were quite good. I would go back for sure.

I’ve ordered from here about 4 times in the last year. Every time but one my order was missing the chicken. Just frys and a drink.

The food was a bit oily but the taste was ok. I prefer South African KFC. I thought the taste was going to be the same but nope, it's still better than the USA version though. I will definitely go back, it was packed so I don't get why there is only a few KFCs here.

Love that they are open to 4 am everyday, nice place with quick service and love fried chicken so for me it's perfect! Would be nice if they had discounts/offers on chicken buckets sometimes.

The place is really nice, when I was there it was Friday evening so it was kind of crowded, probably cause 4 of those elecronc cashier things were broken. One of the staff there "Omar" was super helpful, he went out of his way just to help us and not just once but many times, he was very kind and happy 😊. We got the big mix bucket which was very tasty. It is meant for 4 people if you are less than 4 you probably won't be able to finish it. However it was a very nice experience at KFC the place was very nice and I do recommend going there and I would love to come back.

Honestly just disappointing. First time I went, the service was great! I had warm food and the staff were nice. Then when I went a second time (yesterday, with my niece), our food was cold, the staff were rude and obnoxious and the other customers were acting odd. My niece got upset and when we asked to take our food home because we were unsatisfied with our service, we got told no because we 'didn't pay for a takeaway meal'. Please fix this!

Sunday morning 10:00 entered with few customers. Nice place. After ordering the food went to WC was uncleaned. And stinky There is no tissue/ paper the offering wet paper as in picture. May be need more staffs to cover everything.

The one and only KFC in Stockholm. Restaurant has indoors and outdoors seating and a drive through. Chicken and food are ok, borderline average when compared to KFCs in other parts of the world. The chicken is tougher, less juicy, lacking in the signature KFC spice taste but good enough for me since it's less common in Sweden. Would be nicer if they make coleslaw available for ordering in the kiosks and add whipped potatoes and gravy on the menu. Orders are usually a 10 - 15 mins wait. Restaurant is two floors, typically packed and noisy. Food spills are all over the sticky floor but the staff works extra hard to keep up with the cleaning. Toilets are maintained even with the high traffic and usually in a clean condition. Service is less bubbly with joy as compared to Mac Donald's or Max Burger as the staff seem to be stressed. Excellent location and parking in Bromma Blocks.
