I am so grateful for finding lakefront smiles!! Pretty much owned and operated by experienced women!! I can’t tell you for me the small details that meant so much to me! The soothing music when you step inside follows you throughout your visit... It really allowed me to relax and take a few moments to myself while I waited for my X-rays!!! I genuinely felt listened to! NOT RUSHED! Supported in my treatment! This dentist office takes it to the next level! One that many dental offices in this county can’t match!! The bar is very high for customer service at this office. They either hit the jackpot with staff or have excellent training. Maybe both. This was my first visit here. I can see why they have over 200 5 star reviews. The dentist was great.

I had my first visit today and it was a great experience. The assistant/ hygienist were lovely and the lady’s at the front desk were very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with Liz and the rest of the staff.

First, let me say Hi Katie! I was apprehensive at first, but was made very comfortable by Katie and the rest of the staff. Dr. Sethi is very knowledgeable and did not rush as she advised me what I was going to need to have done. I was impressed with the back office and the quality equipment (which my wife quizzed me on). Also that Dr. Sethi took time to answer my wife’s questions also. I recommend Lakefront Smiles.

Beware I would not come here if I were you, all they care about is your money, and they will mess up your perfectly good healthy teeth and try to replace them with crowns, and cause you root canals and making it look like your the problem for why you need a root canal when it actually wasn’t you,it was due to there sloppy negligence an malpractice, then to top it off, make you pay for their mistakes. please, I advise you all to go elsewhere if you want quality work. If you are looking for a terrible Band-Aid place,then this is for you.Wish you luck on finding a dentist I hope this honest review help someone

I’m 71 years old and my dentist 🦷 told me I could get invisiline braces and I did. The results are awesome. I recommend them for any of your dentistry.

Let’s start by saying that I have a fear of the dentist and that my teeth haven’t been well token care of when I got pregnant. So coming to the doctor and telling him yes I know I need work. He still looks at me with disgust. Like sir I am here for your help not to be judged for not having insurance or time to see a dentist like how I am supposed too. Now don’t get me started on the ladies working the front desk. No manners and talk with such an attitude. They do not schedule accordingly. They will have you waiting 30 mins or more to be seen or talked to. They are very rude and so are the dental assistants. It’s just not a good place to go or be in.

I really enjoy being a patient at Lakefront smiles. All of the staff are kind, professional and so helpful, the dentist herself included! At each appointment she is sure to ask how my day is going and if I have any concerns which I appreciate. Prior experiences with dentists were disappointing to say the least. My husband is actually a patient as well and we both would recommend this office to friends and family.

Called the modesto office asking for a specialist for tooth pain so they sent mr here. Waited over an hour for a 3:30 appointment and all they did was charge me for an xray and beat my tooth. Said it was "too late in the day" despite having me wait. Not sure how they have so many good ratings, don't waste your time.

Is it just me or do all dental offices overbook their appointments? I had an appointment at 10, didn't get seated in back until 10:40, didn't see the Dr until 10:50, but I was out by 11 because it was just a small issue being addressed. I know they understand that time is money but what about us? I guess "beggars" can't be choosers since we're the ones that need their services. Dean definitely is the standout employee here. I don't care what he makes already, give him a raise. Lol Everyone else is pretty pleasant. I've been there a few times already so the Dr and the employees I've seen before do remember me and ask how my kids are whenever they see me. The office is very clean and modern. Overall everything meets expectations.

This place is a scam!!! I came for a deep cleaning and stil have glue from previous breaches on my teeth. When I callled to to inform them that my procedure was not done correctly. Dr. Seppy suggested I come for an evaluation a consult with finance for price to remove…… I paid over $200 for them clean my teeth

This was my first visit and when I called to make my apointment, I felt like it was going to be a good visit. My visit turned out to be smooth and the whole team was warm. The Financial Cordinator, Janeae explained my paperwork and all the cost. She was very understanding about my situation and she worked my next visit to coordinate with my schedule, Thank you. The X-Ray Technician was friendly and she made me feel comfortable while doing my x-rays...as you know that can be uncomfortable, but she showed concern and she was gential. Thank you Sandra. The doctor was very plesant, he made me comfortable as well. Dr. Mehta, was gental, he explained the condition of my theeth and gave me options for my care for the present and future. He saw my emotional side and assured me that it's going to be ok and that he will monitor my condition to make sure we dont let things get worse without proper treatment. Thank you doctor for making me feel comfortable because I'm scard of dentist, some have not been so gental. I will update on my next visit. At this time I recommend making an appointment. My dentists were very careful to manage my root canal and crown installation to where I had no pain and the finish product is perfect. I will shout it out with gratitude “ I highly recommend my new dentist to all. All personal were a pleasure to be present

My experience at Lakefront Smiles with Dr. Sethi and her team has been incredible. During my initial visit Dr. Sethi showed me pictures of my teeth and explained what needed to be done, the process of my treatment and what to expect. She did not pressure me to make a decision which I liked. Dr. Sethi and her team are there to respond to your questions and concerns in a timely manner before, during, and after treatment.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Farhangi on my crown prep. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Patricia and Michelle the assistant there are great .Katie and Lily in the front are very professional and very personable. The place was clean and staff were friendly and professional. The equipment seemed high tech and the chair was comfortable . My dentist was helpful and I look forward to seeing her again as we begin this new relationship.

I have been coming to this office for about 2 years now, at first I was extremely nervous because I have not had dental treatment in a long time. Never once ever have any of the assistants or doctor have made me feel uncomfortable. I am now on the Invisalign treatment halfway done and I am extremely happy with my results so far! I’m very grateful for Dr. Pushpinder Sethi, her assistants, and the front desk receptionist always being so kind!

I had a great experience with Dr. Farhanghi doing my RCT and Crown Prep, she explained everything as she went and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure! Michelle and Jessica were great at calming my nerves before we started and Michelle was great throughout the process making sure I was doing ok even dealt with my horrible Gag reflex too!! Patricia even came in and checked on me! Lilly up front was great as well!! Would definitely recommend this office to anyone! I had seen Dr. Sethi before I was seen by Dr. Farhanghi and she was amazing too!! All of the staff from this office are amazing! I also believe I spoke with Sam and she was extremely helpful and kind as well!! Thank you to everyone in the office for all your help!!
