Decent place, but with very few vegan options. We came in starving after a huge hike and so ordered just about every deep fried appetizer they had. The Onion rings are soaked in Maple syrup and it makes them absolutely delicious. This was an innovation on onion rings I had never seen and it blew me away. Overall it was what we needed, a quick and decently yummy dinner.

It's a nice place to spend an evening with your friends. But they use unethical tricks to overcharge customers. We ordered 3 various classiques from their menu and the server brought fries along with our order. We didn't ask a question thinking it as a side that comes with the classiques. We never ordered them. And while paying the bill, they had added these 3 fries to the amount. Which is a very cheap tactic. If we never ordered it, why would you charge for it. The server then understood and made the reduction from the invoice. Also they took about 40 minutes just to bring us the bill for the first time and then another 15 to resolve this. Not coming back. Gave 1 star for the ambiance and 1 for the beer. Avoid!

Great place to spend an evening with friends. The beer is fresh, since it's brewed on site, distinctly unique and very good. The restauant was only serving poutine, but there were 10 different kinds, with gourmet ingredients. The service was quick and friendly.

Nice dining place. Superb atmosphere and very friendly and knowledgeable staffs. They were very accommodating for a party of 7. Although the place can be crowded, the high ceiling and nice interior deco brings much warmth and coziness. Great beer selection for all tasters. The kids however had a hard time eating fried chicken burger, although I liked the taste...perfect for a beer drinker! Kids also had poutine and pizzas which were quite tasty...nothing out of ordinary. Adults had several selections of fish and chips (small portion - only one narrow strip), and others which were quite good. It was a nice place to try unique dishes and stay for extensive selection of beer.

Amazing experience. The food is magnificent, I have no words to describe the beer, I recommend the Gros Pin, amazing. The service is great, my compliment to the staff, you are great! The vibe is great, awesome landscape for the exterior tables and great indoor design. I absolutely recommend the place.

La Souche - Microbrasserie & Restaurant offered an outstanding experience. The ambiance was perfect, creating a delightful atmosphere. The standout was undoubtedly the food; their pizzas had a unique and delicious taste, and the poutine was equally impressive. Our server, Jonathan, was a gem—polite and always wearing a smile. The variety of beers available was a pleasant surprise. What caught my attention was their creative approach to taking orders using small chalkboards—a fun and cool touch that added to the overall charm of the place. Highly recommended!

Food was alright, expensive for the quality. Live music was a cool plus but the waitresses were in the moon during our service. Maybe it was just an off night.

Great local place for bar food and craft beer. The food was good, and we had a great server, but our orders took a long time. The shop had a very knowledgeable and patient associate to help with beer selections.

The beers were great - the poutine of the week & cheeseburger - ‘amazing’….but it was the veggie chili that blew us away..!! Soooo good..!

The vegan food, staff, & atmosphere where all great! I do recommend reservations but was surprised at how fast they got people seated. The vegan poutine was great with a ton of veggies, tofu, & falafel. The beer selection is great and mighty tasty.

I was pretty excited to go here. Food and beer was pretty good. Service was pretty spotty. More than half the table didn't get any food. "Mistake in the kitchen". But it was a struggle to even get a hold of a server. Came out 45 minutes after other food. Usually something is free, or at least discounted when the service/kitchen just screws up and server never comes by to check. Almost would want to go again. To see if they can have some redemption, but hard to get over, even the lack of apologies. Edited: went back again. Had a better time and better service the second time. It is a nice place food is good. Beer is great.

We don’t really remember the burger. The beers are simply great. This was our second visit! There’s also an option to purchase cans to take home ! 😋 🍺

We enjoyed the food, though maybe on the small side. The detail was very good! What impressed me most is that they have an alcohol-free Wheat Gose. Having stopped drinking alcohol doesn't mean I don't appreciate excellent craft beer, and the Simple de Méme was excellent! I can only imagine, but I would be willing to bet that all of their beers are quality brews, made with care and distinction.

First time that I go there and honestly I loved it. Huge patio, warming place, excellent craft beer, very good staff, the service is so good. Very good price for what you get. Not too far from the city, you have a decent view of the mountains. Nearby the golf or any other sports that you can practice in the area. Also, so many beer that you can bring back home. This is the perfect place in nature to hang around with friends.

Went to nordic spa, they gave us 40 dollar gift cards to visit this brewery. #10 sombre dessert is amazing!!!!

Great food and drinks. It's also the only real dinner spot in the area. Be sure to make reservation if you're here in the summer. It was a long wait when we went. Also don't sit outside in the patio in the evening. We got eaten alive by mosquitoes sitting outside.
