1.
At
booking
we
noted,
that
we
would
prefer
'A
nice
and
quiet
room
;o)'.
When
we
saw
the
room
(321)
we
found
it
nice,
and
packed
everything
out
to
put
on
the
shelves
in
the
cupboard
and
on
hangers.
For
medical
reasons,
one
of
us
has
to
rest/sleep
for
a
couple
of
hours
every
afternoon.
During
the
rest
that
day,
we
discovered
the
noise
from
the
elevator
shaft
in
the
room.
That
was
disturbing,
but
we
decided
to
'live
with
it'
rather
than
packing
everything
down
again,
and
go
to
the
reception
and
ask
for
new
room.
There
was
no
noise
from
the
elevator
during
the
night,
but
it
started
exactly
at
6
o'clock
in
the
morning.
Every
day.
If
you
had
informed
us
about
the
elevator
at
check-in,
we
would
have
asked
for
a
room
with
no
elevator
inside,
and
paid
extra
-
if
that
was
necessary.
2.
During
the
first
night
we
discovered,
that
the
regulation
of
the
room
temperature
could
not
be
changed.
The
result
was
a
lower
temperature
than
we
are
used
to.
We
prefer
21,5
in
the
day
and
19
during
night.
The
next
morning
it
was
resolved
by
the
reception,
so
that
we
could
adjust
manually.
That
was
fine.
We
would
have
preferred
to
be
informed
about
the
automatic
regulation
and
the
possibility
to
switch
it
off,
at
arrival.
3.
Not
easy
to
get
out
of
bed
for
the
person
sleeping
on
the
lefthand
side
;o)
The
elevator
shaft
takes
up
too
much
space
in
the
room.
See
the
photo.
EDIT
AFTER
RESPONSE
FROM
HOTEL:
We
are
between
65
and
70.
We
travel
with
more
luggage
than
we
did
30
years
ago,
when
we
are
away
for
5
nights/6
days.
We
use
the
cupboard
for
all
our
clothes
and
the
fridge
for
some
food
and
beverages.
It
is
a
bit
of
a
hazzle
to
move
to
a
new
room
during
the
stay.
We
think,
that
you
should
avoid
to
use
321
for
people
who
booked
nearly
two
months
in
advance
-
unless
the
hotel
is
FULL.
In
that
case,
tell
the
people
about
the
elevator
at
arrival.
It
was
our
impression,
that
the
hotel
was
not
FULL.
We
think,
that
you
should
hold
back
321
(and
similar
rooms
-
221
might
also
have
the
elevator
inside...?)
to
people
who
walks
in
from
the
street
late
in
the
evening.
And
again:
tell
them
about
the
elevator,
so
that
they
know
what
is
to
expect
