I was here to have the checkup for my 16 months little one. Reception team was very nice. The junior doctor who examined first was very friendly and cooperative. As my little one is too younger to understand, she had patience and did her job extremely well. Very satisfied till the point I meet the main doctor. We greeted and smiled at her but she had no expressions at all. We ignored and went to have the checkup. I must say I never meet such a rude and arrogant doctor in my life. She showed and asked me hold my son tight and my son got scared with her way of holding. He started crying badly. I tried to calm him but she didn't gave me a minute to do that and hold my son back in the same position. I was so shocked with this behaviour and was left with no clue. I saw her with the same rude expression all the time while waiting for our turn. Won't visit her ever.

Ich war noch nie so unzufrieden bei einem Arzt gewesen. Die Frau hat einfach keine Diagnose gegeben und sie hat ironisch gesagt dass für ein Sehtest wird sie kein Geld vom Stadt bekommen, deswegen muss sie uns gar nichts geben. Ihre Worte: Es geht alles um Kohle, Miete muss bezahlt werden, Strom. Ich war noch nie so sauer gewesen. Natürlich gehe ich nie wieder in dem Praxis.

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Sohn dort. Die Arzthelferin war bei der Voruntersuchung sehr freundlich und ist super auf das Kind eingegangen. Dann bei der Ärztin erwartete uns eine sehr unhöfliche und gereizte Person, welche überhaupt nicht auf meinen Sohn eingehen konnte. Sie war sehr grob zu ihm und behauptete dann dass man ihn so nicht untersuchen kann als er angefangen hat zu weinen. Es hieß nur wir hätten früher kommen sollen und sie könne ja nichts dafür wenn unser Kinderarzt so dumm ist und uns nicht früher her geschickt hat. Wir haben somit keine Diagnose o.ä. Bekommen und wurden sauer weggeschickt. So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt, diese Praxis betrete ich nie wieder!

Dieser Ärztin mangelt es nicht nur an Empathie , sie lacht auch und respektlos gegenüber ihren Patienten. Ich war zu Besuch, weil ich eine Augeninfektion habe und die Medikamente, die ich verwende, nicht gewirkt haben. Ich hatte eine sehr schlimme Nacht und hatte das Gefühl, mein Auge würde explodieren. Die Ärztin lachte mich ironischerweise aus und hörte nicht zu, was ich sagte. Außerdem wollte sie mich wegen meiner Schmerzen nicht krankschreiben. Der Besuch dauerte nicht länger als 5 Minuten. Ich war noch nie so frustriert über jemanden und noch mehr, wenn man um Hilfe bittet.

Very rude and not helpful doctor. She looked at my eye and then pushed me physically back and told me she can’t see my problem. Recommended yoga. I’ve been there the second time, the first time I had a different doctor which was great. If I ever return to this place I will definitely book an appointment with the other doctor. Sorry not recommending this place.

My husband had to get his sight tested. We got the appointment easily ( next day ) We were very sceptical about visiting this doctor after reading all reviews but everything went smooth and good for us .Doctor was polite so was the lady at the reception 👍

I really wonder, why this clinic is having negative reviews. This is the best example of how clinics must be run. I had to call many clinics for an appointment and classical reply "have are full of patients and get lost to some other location." But here they listened to you and gave an appointment immediately. All went smooth, very friendly and caring. Nothing like what explained in the negative reviews section.

War heute mit meiner Tochter in der Praxis. Das ganze Team und die Ärztin waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir wurden fachlich sehr gut untersucht. Meine Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch mit dem Online Termin hat es super geklappt. Kommen gerne wieder .
