Windows are always tilted. Anyone who trains -> sweats will quickly get sick! Some equipment is constantly broken, staff can only check entry, but are less likely to help. I wouldn't still have my old one. 19.90€ contract, I would have left here straight away

At the moment one has the impression that the studio is leaderless or that there is no longer any interest from the management. Equipment has been broken for a long time and cupboards in the men's locker room have been broken for a long time. This means that you may not get a cabinet and have to wait.

The building is better than the McFit on Rathhaus Stuttgart but the sport facilities are really old and as a girl more difficult as has to start the first with keep out the training of other guys around 90 kg or more;-(((

Significantly better than its reputation. In typical McFitti fashion, people don't clean up weights or handles. Many devices are available multiple times and you rarely have to wait. Cabins clean and showers warm. Lots of parking spaces. I can't rate coaches.

I'm usually there three times a week. The only thing I'm missing is a clock in the studio. The owner doesn't want to clean or change a battery. After the conversion, the clock is there, everything is okay. I still go to McFit Studio at least twice a week. 06/18/23. Was again today, 03/06/24

Large, clean studio. Lots of equipment and even a special room just for women. The staff is also always very friendly and helpful. I feel totally comfortable in this studio.

Wow 🤩 I come around Germany a lot on business and compared to other McFit studios, Mühlhausen is always neat and clean. If a device breaks, it can be repaired quickly. The showers are clean. Large studio with good facilities. Unfortunately there is a significant lack of order and cleanliness. Amenities 4/5 Good equipment, some new. Unfortunately, devices often break down over long periods of time. Cleanliness 2/5 Not really clean even at 7 in the morning and that's a shame because the cleaning has only just finished. That was better before and should really change again. Order 2/5 Even in a large, inexpensive studio with lots of exercisers, I don't feel like searching for bars, weights and mats all over the floor when I need something. This is not just a question for the members, but also a question for the trainers to educate them. Staff 3/5 Staff is there, but not always approachable. The trainer's call at reception has been ignored or not heard several times.

The best McFit in the region. It has a nice layout, friendly staff, good location and it is, even in rush hours, not too crowded. Unfortunately they take a lot of time to fix broken machines but that's a general problem with this company. Also the top floor unfortunately smells horrible and there are way too few lockers in the locker room.

I have been a McFit member since the last 4 years. A very good value for money gym, and the best part is they are open 24 hours In 365 days, which gives one the flexibility to work out at their own convenient times. Now that they have some live courses as well, its a no brainer. The quality of equipments are good and everything is working fine almost always. The instructors generally do not interfere or help you without you asking them explicitly. The dressing area and bathrooms could be better, but for the price that you pay it is well worth it. I would continue here due to the very good price, value for money and their 24h x 365 days open policy.

The equipment is good, great for training. However, for some posers the basics in the gym don't apply, for example they train without a towel, they train in street clothes, weights are just thrown somewhere... here it would be great if the studio staff could take a little more action. Otherwise, I like training there because efficient training is possible with the equipment available.

The studio is very large and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The last time I was with Sophia, high praise, very competent trainer :) I like to train here. A big negative point is the many broken lockers!! If you come in the evening you have to be very lucky to get one.

I've been going to the gym in Mühlhausen for a few years and I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. Today I was there and something was missing until I realized that there is no Christmas atmosphere like in previous years 🥲 you used to decorate so beautifully for Christmas and had great offers for Christmas 🧑‍🎄.
