regret
afterwards.
I
went
on
to
try
their
Rm38
first
trial
and
immediately
they
try
to
sell
me
some
I
don't
know
what
add
on
thingie
(see,
I
don't
even
remember
what
is
that)
saying
that
it
will
add
more
good
effect
to
the
facial.
I
refused.
The
add
on
thing
itself
is
like
Rm140++
if
not
mistaken.
Don't
(no
need)
to
add
that.
My
face
actually
got
really
radiant,
hydrated
and
mosturized
after
that
trial
facial
and
the
effect
actually
stayed
for
2
weeks
(this
I
have
to
be
honest).
They
have
individual
cubicles
and
the
one
I
was
in
has
own
private
sink,
it
feels
really
private
and
comfortable.
Very
clean
too.
My
first
time
service
was
more
than
pleasant.
That
trial
facial
was
miraculous
(3
hours
-
including
all
the
waiting
and
skin
analysis,
consultation,
the
actual
facial,
and
finally
-
the
selling
part).
I
did
not
hesitate
to
sign
their
788
package.
Second
time
I
went
with
my
husband.
He
too
enjoyed
the
service
and
signed
up.
But
the
thing
is,
from
my
second
visit,
I
noticed
the
facial
was
way
too
different,
and
I
can
literally
see
many
whiteheads
like
floating
on
my
nose.
I
honestly
do
not
feel
the
extraction
part
was
done
throughly.
She
did
it
briefly
and
feel
like
she's
rushing.
I
asked
the
therapist
and
she
said
it
is
normal,
the
effect
of
some
(I
don't
know
what)
softening
thing.
Next
time,
the
extraction
will
be
easier.
I
have
never
went
to
any
facial
before
ending
up
my
nose
like
that
so
geli.
Anyways,
cut
the
story
short
what
made
us
uncomfortable
was
there
were
3
persons
in
the
room
after
our
service
like
ambush-ing
my
husband
to
sign
up
(he
did).
The
3rd
time
we
went,
there
was
so
much
of
waiting
time.
Then,
only
1
therapist
attended
to
us.
I
immediately
questioned
her
and
she
said
another
one
was
absent.
What
nonsense?
I
knew
it
will
take
longer
and
that
is
ridiculous.
If
they
would
have
informed
us
that
there
were
only
1
therapist,
we
would
have
cancelled
the
appointment.
Imagine
she
did
the
cleaning
and
extraction
for
my
husband
first,
then
only
attended
to
me.
How
long
did
I
sleep
there?
I
was
boiling.
True
enough,
the
facial
was
so
rough,
brief
and
NOISY.
They
were
plugging
and
unplugging
so
roughly.
Pushing
carts/trolleys
bing
bing
bang
bang.
So
Noisy!!
I
wanted
to
tell
them
to
stop
but
nah...
I
think
they
noticed
that
I
wasn't
happy,
so
they
assigned
another
therapist
(I'm
not
sure).
However,
I
was
sleeping
there
for
so
long
during
the
steam,
3
times
water
entered
my
nose.
I
felt
so
uncomfortable,
my
face
felt
like
it
was
cracking
until
I
have
to
ring
the
bell.
When
the
therapist
started
the
extraction,
she
said
that
my
skin
is
so
dry.
I
really
wanted
to
give
it
to
her
face
that
time.
Yeah.
If
you
didn't
put
the
steamer
so
long
on
my
face,
maybe
it
could
be
better.
The
extraction
was
painful
and
again,
briefly
done.
It
was
so
quick.
When
I
went
home,
the
blackhead
on
my
forehead
and
chin
wasn't
taken
care
of.
It
was
so
obvious!!!!!
I
have
to
pinch
it
out
myself
(after
all,
that
was
why
I
visited
dar*!)
.
Very
bad
service.
What
I
want
to
say
is
the
customers
time
is
not
for
you
to
take
lightly.
If
customer
satisfaction
is
really
your
top
priority
(which
I
believe
it
should
be),
let
the
same
therapist
follow
up
on
the
same
customer.
Also,
ONE
THERAPIST
ONE
CUSTOMER,
TAKE
CARE
FROM
BEGINNING
TILL
THE
END.
They
tend
to
change
therapist
in
one
session
which
is
what
I
really
don't
like.
A
different
person
cleanse,
different
person
do
extraction,
different
person
put
mask
that
kind
of
thing.
Is
this
the
standard
here?
Please
mind
the
time
too
and
don't
keep
your
customer
under
steam
or
mask
for
too
long.
Also,
I
made
appointment
with
the
app.
They
keep
pushing
you
to
give
reviews.
But
when
I
make
appointment,
it
wasn't
received.
What's
the
point
of
the
app?
Honestly,
my
skin
feels
drier
after
the
second
and
third
visit.
Can't
wait
for
the
package
to
be
done.
