I was looking for a dermatologist as I had some skin reaction/redness along with other skin concerns. I found Sheen Clinic from Google Research & What Clinic and read a lot of good reviews so I decided to give this place a try. True enough, I had good experience with the consultants here. They are very professional and polite. From registration to consultation and payment, the process is smooth and organised. They are very punctual too. My consultant is Dr Janet and she's very patient and approachable when handling my queries and concerns. She is not pushy in asking me to sign up for their treatment. In fact, she recommended to do step by step (as I have a lot of skin problem to take care of). After applying the medication and product, I see good improvement for my skin. The price is reasonable too. Consultation is RM50 and medication is RM35 (for skin redness issue). Overall I am satisfied and will recommend this place.

Dr Doris Lee is a very meticulous and friendly doctor. She made thorough assessment and came up with a proper management plan. The blemishes on my cheeks have improved significantly after her injection. Highly recommended!

Came across Sheen Clinic when researching for open pores treatment. Came for free consultation and the doctors and nurses are beyond professional. Good customer service and explained the treatments thoroughly. Decided to give it a try with the reasonable pricing. (Been to other clinics and the hard sell tactics make me feel very uncomfortable, no such thing here!) Dr. Doris will sometimes adjust the treatment a little to best suit your condition. Will give 5 stars at the moment for their service and professionalism, as they would go through with you the price and what to expect in the procedure. There will be follow-up texts from them on your progress but to be frank, there is not much to check if you have signed a waiver as they have been clearly listed out there. The aftercare was pretty alright as they explained what you needed to do after your procedure as well as how long you should be doing that aftercare.

I have always been stressed about getting pimples every now and then, but after receiving the acne treatment at Sheen clinic, I experienced no major skin problems for more than three weeks! The doctor and nurses at Sheen Clinic were very nice and explained the procedure and made sure the skin tag removal was as painless as possible. They used an injection to numb the skin tag before removing. Only pain was the injection - like a mosquito bite. I had skin tags removed from my groin area and one from my eye lid. They gave antibiotic cream to be applied twice daily. For the eye they gave a special antibiotic. After 3-4 days completely healed. The price was reasonable which included one follow up in 4 weeks.

Did my double eyelid suture with Dr Doris. She is so experienced that I wanted a more natural looking double eyelid and she gave me several suggestion on the possible outcome. We discussed through them and she was able to "custom made" based on my requirement. The nurses are attentive to make sure I'm comfortable and experiencing minimum discomfort throughout the whole procedure. I'm delighted at the result and it did save me a lot of time from sticking the double eyelid tape every morning 😬

As it was my first time seeing a dermatologist, I didn't know what to expect upon my first visit and wasn't sure if I had made the right choice choosing Sheen Clinic. However, the first visit was comfortable and Dr Janet was the one that consulted me and she was so patient to explain to me about my skin problems and answering questions that I had. And not to forget, the nurses were very helpful and kind. I have oily and acne prone skin, and so I was on oral medication (doxycycline + accutane) as well as topical medication (acne gel). I also tried their set of skincare and sunscreen. Now, it has been almost 2 months since my first visit to the clinic. I have seen improvements with my skin after a month plus and I am satisfied with the results. This has made me gain my confidence little by little.
