I recently underwent a facial treatment at this branch, I've been loyal to Michelle Lazar for over two years, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. The beautician claimed to have 13 years of experience, but her skills were far from what one would expect from a seasoned professional. The cleansing process was where the nightmare began. The intensity of the scrubbing made me feel like my face was about to be washed off and my nose felt crooked , leaving me perplexed and dissatisfied. However, the real letdown came during the extraction process, which is arguably the most crucial part of any facial treatment. Despite having persistent acne issues, the beautician's focus was solely on blackheads and whiteheads. When I tried to communicate the need for attention to my acne, I was met with dismissiveness, with the beautician suggesting that I let the acne disappear on its own. This lack of concern for my specific skin needs was both frustrating and disheartening. In summary, my recent facial treatment experience was a total disappointment. The money I spent on this session felt like a complete waste, and the lack of attention to my skin concerns left me both angry and dissatisfied.
