After moved away, here's the review, First the goods: fresh air, quiet place, cafe food Then the bads (mostly due to past/present management) : 1. Too many mosquitos years unresolved dangerous for kids to stay, probably due to pool closure for years during lockdown. It was a pond of mosquito breeding back then. Now they are everywhere, even top floors. Sewage treatment plant right between the blocks. Useless design of baby pools that no one use. Adult pool too swallow to swim. 2. Frequent lift failure over the years possibly due to contract rewarded to management-linked company (kickbacks aka corruption), it can takes 10 minutes inside the lift to get down, lifts open at many floors without anyone outside. Lifts often jammed some people trapped inside. Probably the main reason people move away. Very frustrating every time taking lifts. Remained unresolved for years. 3. all gym treadmills spoilt, gym aircon smelly like didn't service, basketball court no net, fake games room, dirts on drains, dysfunctional sky longue. Unrepaired tennis court net, dirty, spoilt doors. Pipe burst, water leaking on ground floor unresolved. road potholes everywhere, the management simply don't care. 4. inconsiderate residents often swim with normal clothing, some spits and never shower before entering. Very bad pool hygiene, water level too low. Plenty of leaves and dirty. 5. How on earth management staffs and even (some) security guards acting authoritatively (bossy) whereas residents are the one paying for the maintenance fees? 6. Over the years, management never give reports to residents on how funds collected were spent. Not audited, prone to corruption.

Quiet, peaceful and breezy especially when it rains. Ideal location to chill the mind. The pool is huge. The fish pond can be relaxing. There's a stall below serving decent food. The only thing is that the carpark area is in a different building so it's quite inconvenient as residents have to walk a distance to get to the lobby. Others than that, the place is splendid

This is a condo in taman bukit serdang, seri kembangan #hilltop #quiet #windy - two parking for block c. - located deep in seri Kembangan, with many turns before reaching. Will be easier with own transportation. - Mamak food and small convenience store available near the swimming pool. Other food will have to drive out of the condo area. - used to have 3 tier security during purchase, now 2 tier. the lift scan card feature is removed. - tones of unresolved facilities issues, swimming and lift breakdown for months not fix, club house is closed, alot of pot holes.

Family place, majority neighbours are young parents with kids. Windy & chill environment, I no need to turn on air corn always.😊 Besides, I love the mamak food right downstairs of our condo.

Terrible management ... No water supply for 2 days with wrong anounment & so many times totally no water supply wihout ur permission.

Relatively new place with a mamak stall that opens until late. A bit out of the way so it's quite and might not be as busy as other places during rush hour. Parking space seems limited and many tenants park their cars outside, quite a lot of space and like i mentioned, since it's a bit out of the way, the main road is not so busy. There is a pool and a multipurpose hall

Been stay here for 10 years, kids friendly condo, lovely neighbourhood

Its a nice quite place in a residential area. Good for families and with their own transport. At the condo, all the facilities are quite fine. One of the good thing is that it has nice environment and surrounded by trees on the hill with 20 min or so driving to kl.
