Was there around 830pm for dinner on a Saturday's night. We did not make reservation and were able to get a table after 10 minutes of wait. Pricing is ok (RM110 for 2 pax, not big eaters), fairly affordable considering it is a steamboat restaurant. Food is generally alright; the highlight would be New Zealand lamb slices and chicken slices as they are fresh and really tender. Regarding their soup base, it does need vast improvement. Firstly, kimchi soup base tastes horrible, flavor is very bland and inauthentic. Moreover, they do not allow free refill of kimchi, which does not make any sense because if only clear soup is being refilled every time, the soup will eventually become tasteless. Tomyam soup is a better choice but we were anticipating a stronger aroma, sourness and spiciness. Now comes the best part: they offer free flow ice cream that comes in 4 flavors, namely yam, vanilla, chocolate and cookies & cream. This made up the most amazing part of our dining experience here at Mizi. All flavors are equally good, not too sweet and quite delectable. Lastly, the service is slow and they obviously need more waiters/waitresses. Food is only served after almost 20 minutes of ordering. Though the service is kind of attentive, but the staffs look fatigue and exhausted.

The food was fine. The service is fast and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Most importantly the place is not hot and comfortable to dine. Overall I’m satisfied with the place.

Come here for their shabu-shabu buffet. Each person has their own cooking pot embedded on the dining table. Friendly and attentive staff, fresh ingredients rotating on sushi conveyor belts. Their meat skewers (satay) are nicely flavoured, seafood is fresh and good. Will definitely come here again

Ever wondered how an 70ies American diner would feel like? You just found a good to experience that feeling. Beside the looks this place is great. Great selection of meat, seafood and veggies available at all times. Free refill drinks and ice cream available too! Service is fast and friendly.

Fresh foods served with their speciality peanut sauce and chili sauce. There are option for ala-carte or buffet .

good place for shabu shabu, wide selection for dip and cook lovers. pork slice, mutton slice, seafood all you can name. floor staffs servicing is great and prompt, manage to handle well even though is full house. and never forget the 4 flavours ice cream after your meal. nice.

first time here. have to admit it that I had doubt but the food is fresh and good. A little pricey for me but most shabu shabu is around that price. Probably we ordered a little too much.

A hygiene way to eat steamboat because everyone is given an individual pot. So u don't see chopsticks flying in and out of the pot. By the way, it's a kids friendly non-hot pot. Price is reasonable and per set menu basis, so I've no guilt of over eating and food wastage (normally unavoidable by the buffet restaurant operators), compared to buffet menu. Come with free flow of ice cream tub in 4 flavors.

A place with value for money personal steamboat sets. Go for the lunch sets from 11:30 a.m. onwards to 3 p.m. Really worth it. Recently they give free good ice cream too!

1) Though it's on 1st floor, besides staircase, a lift is available. 2) The dining area is spacious & adequately air-conditioned. Additional ceiling fans installed. 3) Soup pots are individually served & heated using induction cook tops. 4) Their freshly-made sauce is really unique & tasty comprising sesame seed, spring onions, small bawang, chilli padi & sauce - my favourite which goes well with any food cooking it from the pot of soup. 5) Ingredients - you can either ala carte or set.

My favourite personal hotpot place! Been dining here for years. They serve fresh meat and veg. Love their chilli paste and special sauce! Place is clean and comfortable too.

The food is great and worth every penny. I'm a regular here, and for good reason. Staff are attentive and teamwork is on point. Consistently solid service and experience. Can't ask for more 👍👍 Also.. Unlimited refillable ice cream 😋🍨🍦

The place is very calm and the service is extraordinary. Most probably this place will become my comfort zone.
