Panoramic view of Shah Alam, Subang and Puchong townships from the open top floor of this building. There are a couple of restaurants, pubs and outdoor gardens to walk around and enjoy the scenery. For those who are not afraid of heights, try walking over the glass flooring as it allows you to view the ground floor. Just make sure your legs don't get wobbly when looking down! Most people would come during the evening or night. Quite empty during the day.

Very nice place to come to relax and very nice view from the top. Many restaurants are available and there is a very unique shop by the name of jalan jalan japan:selling preloved items ranging from clothes, bags, shoes, sporting equipments and musical instruments from Japan. Did not know such a shop existed until today. An interesting place to spend some time on.

The sky park view is nice but only with one to three restaurants still in operation, most shops are vacant and rundown. The OneCity mall was famous with it walking glass roof. something is not right, could be supply is more than demand so most of the shops are without tenants.

Occupancy very low not many shops around. Its open air concept so the place can be quite hot as this area itself is not very green. Wouldn't come here again

Quite dead mall with very few selection of shops. Only came here to go to JJJ. The surrounding area looks dead and quite creepy. Maybe One City area more lively. Parked at grand podium parking cost almost rm5 for less than 3 hours parking. There are few decent restaurants and shops. But definitely wouldn’t come here again if not for JJJ.

This used to be a very happening place but has since deteriorated. The roof top provides an excellent view of the surrounding area is not well maintained. Most of the roof top restaurants are closed except for 2/3. Nice windy place to relax.

I dont understand this "mall" or "office area" or what to call it. Lack of amenities seems like a dead mall to me. The area is very dark at night and eerie. At peak hours to come and get out the road will lead towards jam. The whole area seems dead to me and not much of amenities. It is perfect for muggers and petty thefts.

The only real crowd puller is the glass roof @ 10th floor. The roof top also provide a nice view of Subang District. There are some good food outlets but some have moved out. Not a full range shopping mall. Unless there's specific items to buy.

It's not like the old days. A lot of shops closing down and not much left. There's still the cinema, some restaurant, fast food restaurant and the bundle shop.

The place has became from bad to worst. Mall management could beef up their act to bring this once lively mall back to life and ita former glory though. Would guess theres less than 10% of its tenants/shops left.

Very empty, went there to get some stuff and left. The entrance to parking using TnG always have problem but don’t worry there is 2 different entrance, if 1 cannot just need to turn 1 round for the 2nd entrance 😅

A disappointing experience. Architecturally, the place is quite nicely designed. Unfortunately, the huge place has less than 50 per cent occupancy. And mostly by furniture shops on the ground floors. So what happened here? But a stone's throw away, you would find a couple of other commercial complexes seemingly breezing with more life. I wouldn't wish it on others to travel miles only to be disappointed. Strike this off my list of places to visit.

Good place for offices as well.

  • 4/5 Wai H. 3 months ago on Google • 137 reviews New
The mall is built with eco friendly design so lack of centralized air-conditioning, but the natural ventilation is sufficient. Start stirring back to live in the past one year with good F&Bs opening in the rooftop recently, namely The Eternal and Hanamachi Bistro, along with Khrua Thai which survived the MCO times until now. Addition of NSK is successful too, providing a good day to day grocery shopping experience. More businesses and retail start setting up offices here too. Saw a lot of upgrading to the mall recently, replacement of tiles, addition of digital floor directory kiosks to aid you in locating the shop destination, toilets in rooftop have been refurbished a bit as well and I saw additional touch up works is in progress too. A new mega church seems to be under construction as well in The Place, overall One City looks poised to regain their past glamour.

The mall was dying. But it's picking up under new management. Good selection of chinese restaurants, mamak, banana leaf, burger joint, even a pub. Pasaraya Matahari is still around. And a hidden post office now at ground floor. Upper levels, most lots are empty with only a few stores open. Location wise it is within walking distance from Wawasan LRT station.

  • 3/5 Shahbina S. 4 years ago on Google
Nothing to shop. There are Matahari mini market price are cheap. Pharmarcy not many product. Burger King. Steam boat price is expensive but many customer. Thé Gem banana leaf, Kayu manis restaurant thé only muslim food. Resonable price and thé food is good. There is a New pub opened and chinese seafood restaurant

Part of one city and literally nothing left over here. Not sure about their famous rooftop where you are standing on top of the glass. Last I know is most of the restaurant and bar at the rooftop is closed down. Hope to see more new thing in future. Used to love to come to the rooftop and see some night view but with pandemic around, just stay at home.

This place is DEAD. Most businesses have failed and there are plenty of abandoned shops. The only big tenants are the Jalan-jalan Japan secondhand store and a furniture store on the second floor. Not worth going either. Recommendation: avoid One City.
