We came here for an early lunch and because of that, we have to pay more as the lunch set is not available yet which is disappointing. The service was acceptable and we didn't wait too long for our dishes to arrive. The waiter was kind enough to turn off the air-conditioner near our seating area because it was too cold for us. Some of the food are very good but to be honest, the BBQ is nothing special. I am sure most people come for a BBQ in order to change the pace and experience something different. Overall, it was still a nice experience for us and we may even come again in the future.

March 2022 - The food here definitely improved a lot. There’s a change, diff management and they have a robot serving us now. Also felt cleaner and safer with their strict SOP dividing the groups of customers safely by their tables.

It was such a horrible experience for me to have lunch here today. Because when I have the lunch until half, suddenly a COCKROACH runs out on the table. I reported this issue to their staff and their staff just catch the cockroach and told me that's nothing u can continue to have lunch. What? Do I still got the mood to eat? And I didn't finish the food cause I feel disgusting about this. Then I pay the bill, and I told their cashier, and she also just say oh really we will improve it only. At last, I NEED TO PAY FOR THIS AND NEED TO PAY TO MY ANOTHER MEAL CAUSE I Can't get enough to eat because I didn't finish the food and left. Really not recommended here, due to the hygiene. Lunch set is very worth it. You get to choose a chicken set or pork set for RM 15.90+ or beef set for RM17.90+. Each set comes with a bowl of garlic fried rice, cabbage and green tea. Portion is filling. Totally value for money.

Food is good. Especially the sauce, the sauce is to die for. Unlimited refill for the cabbage, and it tastes very good when cooked in the soup. I just wish it was so shredded. Fast moving staff but I see limited seats available probably due to MCO regulations and short staffing (?). Expect to wait during dinner time. They call when your turn is due so you can shop while waiting for your turn. Expect to wait 1 hr min during peak times. We had the buffet and the food is as expected.

Not having a good experience on having buffet dinner. Poor services, bad quality food, poor hygiene issue with baby cockroaches on plates. Me and my friend having food poisoning issue after few hours.

Non-halal. This place is overrated. The hot pot/grill is not hot enough although we turn to the max. The soup compartment is so narrow that I can't even scoop the soup. I have difficulty in picking up the noodles Udon from the grill pot. The food selection is cheap basically fish ball, porkball, crabstick etc. The pork meat we had is not so fresh. Only one food that we think is tasty - garlic rice. And the food concept are confusing. I think it's weird to have Mongolian/Japanese and even Thailand food choice. Please make up your mind.

Bbq plaza lover here! Been to alot of branch. This branch consider quite clean and staff is very helpful, especially the expat staff👍 Serving is very fast and the food here is very fresh and delicous too.

Last walk in time is 9.00pm i went there 8.50 and they said is closed but why there is list last walk in 9.00pm and last call order 9.30pm very bad branch ioi mall bbq plaza wont go there and not recommended at all , no manners at all the cashier
