Troublesome to go workout in the morning as the normal elevator do not start before 9am. Have to use a single cargo lift which is painfully slow cause it stops at all levels. Also, difficult to workout in the evening due to the overwhelming crowd.

I like this gym. The staff are super friendly. A lot of the equipment is in good shape and if something breaks they are quick to fix it. Highly recommend checking it out. You can usually get a free trial for a few days to see if you like it as well.

Equipments are complete . Even if you are a heavy lifter, there are sufficient weights. Toilet can be cleaner though. Still smells "funky" at times.

Front counter staffs are polite and attentive. But the address in the app/map should have updated to the current floor. Not sure if they have moved from 2nd floor to 8th floor, or memang all the while at 8th floor. I got bit confused trying to look for where it is when I arrived the first time. Suggest to refurbished the changing room a bit. Kinda torn down compared to most fitness first branches.

Overall is a good place for gym, however, there is lacking of free space for own personal workout, spaces are often occupied by CF Club personal training. Hope to improve this by having some space for other members to do their own training/workout.

it feels like home cause the sqft of this gym is quite nice and u r able to cover most of the equipments there. I like going to this gym on weekdays in the morning. The other members of the gym also nice, they know how to make their own business without bothering/annoying others but they are not cocky too. Staff are friendly and facilities are quite decent. They have most of everything. This is my fav place when it comes to workout during my leisure time. Downstair got Nyonya cendol😆 This place is just Perfect!

Their staffs and personal trainers are very friendly. The space is good and complete with all workout equipments. Good location as its very convenient for me to go after work.
