I' d like to share my experience at Smileway clinic. I went in there impromptu as I was in pain from a toothache yet they graciously accepted me as a walk-in patient (most dental clinics require patients to have an appointment). I found that the lady doctor Dr Belinda was quite professional and patient in explaining things to me. Above all, I didn't feel any pain from the tooth extraction....and the dumbness went away surprisingly quickly which spoke volumes about her expertise.. good job!

The clinic is popular but can be ignorant sometimes. As lesson learnt, make sure you double confirm with the dentist the exact tooth before extracted.

After 25 years of trying to find a good dentist in KL have finally found one that is well equiped, knowledgable, skilled and good value. Lovely staff. The only downside is the parking but if you park ay MainPlace and walk across then it's easy. Update 2022...I am still using this excellent dentist as they remain the best I have experienced over the past 26 years... Dentists, nurses, reception and equipment all top notch... Highly recommended.

Came in today nervously to see Dr. Michelle for the 1st time consultation. She is such a gentle and sweet doctor who inspect your teeth and gives suggestions for the treatments. I have decided to go for two root canal and crowning. scaling and first procedure has not caused a single pain! I should get to know her earlier to get rid of my paranoid over dentist and have much healthier teeth. Thanks and see you again.

The dental clinic that I put my trust in and I never failed to walk out being happy and satisfied with every treatment done. I would like to highlight the amazing work by Dr Belinda,she has very high expectations and never settle for anything less,trust me you will be in good hands under the care of Dr Belinda. She is very professional and friendly, best of all very very gentle! She performs magic jab because I don't feel anything at all!!! Imagine my daughter who's so afraid of needle didn't even feel the pain! But sorry to say it's very difficult to get an appointment with Dr so u really have to secure booking in advance to avoid disappointment! Their nurses are very friendly and nice, always greet us with a smile! Even the boss Dr Jon also super friendly!!!

Took a long time for me to consider whether I should go for veneers. I have done my research & finally decided to go with this clinic and I have no regrets at all, am super happy with the results! There are 2 doctors working in this clinic(if I’m not wrong), mine was done by Dr Belinda. She was very attentive, patient & very detailed in explaining everything to me. She gave me options so that I can decide on which best fits my requirements and budget. You will definitely not feel like you’re being forced into doing something. The staff/nurses were also very nice & friendly. I had veneers done on my upper front 6 teeth. I actually had a minor issue with one of my veneered tooth(which was also the tooth that needed the most fixing as my original tooth was super dented in) hence I went back for a touch up session and after that it was 98% perfect! Let’s be real, anything that is fixed will not be 100% perfect but I’m really really happy with my smile now! The before & after difference is pretty significant. I used to smile with teeth one sided in pictures only but now I can smile freely in pictures! 😁 Thank you dr Belinda for my new smile! 😃

Too bad it only has 5stars, I wanted to give 5000 stars hehe. Last 3weeks I went for consultation for veneer,for my case,the consultation was free,which makes me amazed. Some other places will charge at least some money. I came again for veneer treatment 2weeks later, Dr Edwin is definitely a very good dentist. He makes me calm bcs I was scared for scaling,i would say here is the cheapest for composite veneer,the result is awesome,would definitely come back to fix another gap in my upper teeth. Got free 20g Systema toothpaste and of course,so many advice given. Very clean place including the toilet,receptionist very polite and friendly too. Dr Edwin and team was awesome!

Very Friendly Environment. Doctor have a very good method of handling kids. My 12 years old son said he feel nothing of scare or pain. Doctor pulled out 2 teeth from him.

Overall good service. Staff/nurses are polite and responsive. Most of the time when receptionist on the phone said will get back to you, they won't. Contrary, staff here in Smileway remembered to follow-up whenever they are available. It's a positive work attitude I respected very much. The 6 hours composite treatment had been a pleasant experience. Thanks to Dr. Belinda for being so patience, gentle and skillful in dealing with my case. The result has exceeded my expectation. I would rate the workmanship as fantastic. I am not meticulous in nature but like many other patients I do have some criterias that I wish to achieve but I find it abit challenging to deliver the exact requirements across but Dr. Belinda able to grasp what I want in a pretty quick-wittedly manner. Having a smile makeover has been my long-awaited dream but delayed due to unforeseen detour for 3 years. Thank you very much for bringing MEANING to my smile. Dr. Belinda is highly knowledgable in what she does and she's patient in articulating all the details with much clarity, without persuading you into making any decision. She takes pride in her work, making sure that every procedure done is as perfect as it could possibly be. Props to her gentle nurses as well. Extra points: Her music taste is on point. You'd hear lots of Two Door Cinema Club, Arctic Monkeys and similar so you won't get bored during the procedure - only if you're into that kinda thing. Just a slight downside - the receptionist needs to be more responsive in replying WhatsApp messages. Other than that, 5/5 would come back... just for the music. Haha.

This clinic have few doctors and our family members have choose Dr Edwin as our panels. He is helpful and always calm us at all his treatment section. He is helpful and knowledgeable as well. The nurses here deserves a LIKE from us too. Follow up and recognise customer is making us feel like we are at home! Do give them a chance to serve you!

Dr. Belinda was a very professional doctor that you could relied on. I was supposed to do my overdue RCT with Dr. Belinda but as a procrastinator especially in my dental needs, I tends to delay while I could and as you could guess, yes the unavoidable pains finally came and I can't get the appointment to see Dr. Belinda on short notice, so I have no choice but to see other available doctors in USJ Taipan clinic. Long story short, I ended up paying hundreds for consultation, x ray and medicines only, as the doctor was not confident to perform RCT. She explained my tooth was so thin that it might break during the RCT and suggested so many other options involving thousand dollars after extraction. Of course I have my doubts as I have never ever heard that from Dr. Belinda. So I paid and taken the medicine and thankfully the pains subsided while I patiently waiting for the next available appointment with Dr. Belinda, and I finally got my complicated RCT done by Dr. Belinda during this CNY. P/S: Lessons of the day, see your dentist regularly and don't be scared, and look for Dr. Belinda, cause she is such a nice, attentive and reliable doctor ! Also shout out to the nurses that are so gentle and friendly. Thumbs up for Smileway !

Having great experience so far. The doctor are very attentive and explain things very thoroughly without pushing for unncesssary treatment. The clinic is well lit and very clean👍👍. It is on the first and second so it will be a bit hard if you have a bad leg.

Words cannnot describe how precise Dr. Belinda is. I used to have a gummy smile problem and I've been to at least two other dentists. Dr.Belinda fixed it in just one session.
