I have done my 3 Months internship over this recruitment firm and over here I have gained a lot of knowledge regarding recruitment, sourcing making calls and hiring candidates too. Moreover I have improve in my communication skill and my self discipline as well over here. The consultants over here are so friendly and they were very helpful in this 3 months. I would really thank Managing Director of Intelek, Mdm.Premalatha for hiring me as an intern over here and giving me a chance to be in this Intelek family. It was my first time to attend interview in Intelek Talent Solution. I personally feel very happy and satisfied with the organized interview session. Organized interview session in sense where they prepare us the reality of work enviroment through checking us based on all kind of assesments needed for a employee.
