Amazing food, great service. The fried chicken is to die for! I especially love their Honey Butter Chicken, fries with beef bulgogi and the Honey Mustard Cheesy Chicken Bumbuk. The food arrived quickly and the staff were very attentive. It's a good place to go with a large company cause the food portion's made for sharing. It gets crowded pretty quickly so especially on weekends, you might want to make a reservation on their website to secure your seats.

It is located at the outside of the main entrance of the Sunway pyramid. Opposite to celcom. Staff helpful and polite. Even though it’s always full house but the service is fast. Can make reservation if you need, but we just walk in and luckily get to be seated. We tried honey mustard cheesy fried chicken bumbuk and it’s a huge portion!! I eat with my husband and cannot finish it. For us the honey mustard is too little. Barely to taste it. Maybe next time can try different menu. They also provide ice water / hot water for free. Overall, we are very happy with the service provided.

Came for lunch without reservation around 1130am. Lucky to have seats available for 4 still. Food as the other branches, nice. Pancake was crispy. Chicken with cheese was delicious served hot. Remember to try the ice dessert when you visit. They uses fresh watermelon and the ice shave was not just ice, was made from milk. Quality suits the price. Shall come again! Ps: service here was fast compare to other branch i went before.

It's a little bit pricey, but portion wise really big. It seems not much, but when you start eating then you will feel it's actually a big portion. Taste all are good. As the norm with all other authentic korean resto water (hot or ice cold) is free, as well as banchan. The music selection is also on point. Will come back for some more in the future

It would be a great place for Korean food lovers. Their fried chicken dishes with different sauces and cheese toppings.The chicken is crispy, juicy and the portions are generous and satisfying. Btw the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is served quickly and efficiently so overall everything is great 😊

I recently had a farewell dinner at this Korean Fried Chicken restaurant and my overall experience was good. The highlight of the meal was definitely the fried chicken, which was well-marinated and packed with flavor. One unique aspect of the restaurant is that the staff gathers around your table to sing a birthday song for anyone celebrating their special day. However, one downside of the dining experience was the air conditioning. It was quite hot inside the restaurant, and I could see my coworker sweating while eating, which made it an uncomfortable experience for him. Personally, I felt warm inside the restaurant and hope it can be cold. It would be great if the restaurant could improve the air conditioning to provide a more pleasant dining atmosphere.

I had a great time here would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Service was excellent, food was great and all the staff here were super friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Mashuri he was an excellent staff. He made our dinner a memorable one by giving me a small surprise for my birthday. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

I don't see anything bad about this restaurant. I saw few negative reviews that are irrelevant to the food and services because some people ordered grab food and arrived late but it's grab problem not this restaurant. Secondly when their last call 9pm please do understand because it's their business, they want to clean kitchen and it's tiring working, please understand each other

Avoid walk-in and book your table online at least a day earlier, plenty of options on the menu, food quality is great for a chain restaurant's standard, just don't order too much and overwhelm your stomach, it's just like steamboat not something you would eat frequently.

It's a little pricey but everything about visiting this restaurant is amazing. Food is so good it makes you want more immediately after you're done. Visually appealing as well. Staff are wonderful, they greet and send you off with great energy. When they make the cheese wings and rice balls at your table it's an enthusiastic show to see. Plastic gloves available at the table. K-Pop music videos playing. No WiFi.

Located beside Sunway Pyramid main entrance. Chicken is very delicious! Recommended to spend money for good food. Viral korea cheese chicken. Service is decent. Drinks are refreshing.

Yangmyeon chicken is sweet and savory taste with cheese is capturing my taste buds. Love it when the staff performs to put mozzarella to the chicken. Kimchi fries also taste okay, noodle just so so. Love their bigsoo too, the size is just fit to share with your company.

Overall very good experience with the food and service at K-Fry In my opinion, K-Fry is way more worthy than Kyochon, if you are a fan of Korean fried chicken and cheese. I’m not a big fan of cheese and cheesy sauce, so I highly recommend the spicy fried chicken over honey mustard. And the melted cheese wrapped around the chicken pieces is so generous 🥹. Would definitely come back with more friends I take back 1 star on service because I hope staff can be more attentive to our requests, but they did a quite good job already 😊.

amount is quite good big enough and taste not bad yet too sweet for me personally especially the spicy chicken, the mixed ball rice is nice

Very good food and if you order the right thing you’ll get a show as well! Ambiance is fine. Has big windows but a bit basic for my tastes. Not the best place for the gram if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great food, the tater tots and the honey chicken were a favourite on our table. We also got the strawberry cheesecake bingsoo which was huge but great to share amongst a larger group.

Food is very good. Customer service also very nice. Our waitress Hunny and Iqa is doing great job in assisting us choosing from the menu and help us along the way. They clean up the table area before we use and after. This provide good ambience for other customers too.

First time to this outlet (second time to kfry). Because I had to scan the menu and order, was a little confused with the menu and what it contained. When I asked a staff, she confirmed my assumption and even suggested a better option. Only thing we didn't like was it was a little too noisy. particularly because there was a huge family talking very loudly (competing with the music and the kids seeking their parents attention), thankfully they left before our food arrived. Overall, it was a good experience!

The service was to great, friendly and never failed to to welcoming their customer, table touch service was great also, they always ask customer about the food. Good food and great service ! The restaurant crew are very friendly and helpful. The food taste really good and the portion worth the price. The outlet is clean, comfy and not so crowded. The waiting time isn’t long like other outlet. I’d definitely come here again !

In comparison to many other outlet, i still think this is the best outlet! We love everything here. Tried their new bingsoo, but i still prefer the older version one. Those who prefer milkier taste bingsoo, should try this!
