Good service and consultation by Dr Keyra. Had implanon insertion and removal at this clinic. I booked early and get special price and affordable. Dr Keyra is very good at providing treatment service. I had a bad experience of implanon insertion at other place 3 years before, so I was quite nervous,but Dr Keyra did excellent service that I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. She keeps communicates with me so I feel calm. Highly recommended to come here for any treatment👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Came with my husband for an emergency treatment and I just love the doctor. Dr Keyra was so friendly and she shares a lot of info with us. And the clinic is very beautiful and clean. Also there’s parking space specifically for patients if you want to come and see the doctors.

Took my mom here as she had severe knee pain. Doctor was very thorough and spent some time checking on her. Also grateful they were open on a Sunday - so many other clinics were closed. Charges were reasonable. Easy to park and there’s a gradual ramp to go up to the clinic for easy access.

First time visit is with Dr shakira. She's really good. However, on our second visit we are very upset with the service. Dapat dr lain maybe Dr locum. Saya dtg utk sedut hingus baby but dia ckp dia x buat so dia suruh pg hospital/clinic lain. Ok yg tu sy tk marah, but sy marah because dia handle my baby in unhygienic way. When she want to check my baby tonsil dia hanya guna tangan tanpa glove and kayu. Its better to use the stick, its more hygiene. I think its a basic common sense😅. Then, she prescribed pcm for my baby. And when I said I don't want then she said "its because you already have at home right" (i would never give medicine to my baby unless natural). Its really inappropriate to say that to your customer. She need to learn more about customer service skills.

Brought my third baby for vaccination with Dr Keyra since newborn up until now (5m old). She did a good job in handling my baby. During the session, she was very friendly & gentle and at the same time she jabbed my baby professionally (my baby cried for about 5sec only). I truly entrusted my baby with her.
