I visited the Medissa clinic in early February for scaling treatment. Doctor in charge was Ms. Nadia, she is really gentle in doing her work! I am very satisfied with the service provided by all the staff at this clinic. The price is affordable too. Their manager, Ms. Azliza is a very customer friendly person that makes me feel comfortable getting treatment at the clinic. You may also ask her anything if needed. She will assist you professionally. I would come to this clinic again in the future because of their excellent services <3

I brought my kids here last week for a dental check up & caries treatment. As this was their first time seeing the dentist, I was scared that they will cry or cause chaos 😅. Surprisingly they didn't and feel happy as they enter the clinic. The doctor on duty as well as the assistants were very friendly! Did scaling and filling here the other day. Doctor was super gentle. He carefully explained the process and even informed the price beforehand. The staff was very responsive as well. I think this is absolutely the best dental clinic I have ever been to. Starting from when I entered the clinic - amazing customer service, the receptionist was very polite+patient+informative in answering all my queries and offering her input as well. There is netflix in the cosy waiting area. When I was called in, the dentist was very gentle yet thorough and professional (and they have netflix playing for you to watch as you are in the dentist chair).

Went there yesterday, the place are super customer friendly. the Dr are super nice and very informative also, willingly share the advices. the service aint painful at all and the price is reasonable! very cheap for me.

Started my braces journey with Medissa Dental Subang Jaya yesterday. Everything went smoothly and I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Rick! I did scaling here with my sister. We prefer Subang’s Medissa Dental better because it is brighter, cleaner, and nice environment. Not to mention, there is also free wifi and netflix. The staffs were amazing, kind, and good as well and the price is value for money.

im really disappointed as i called yesterday and requested appointment dental at 8pm which the nurse told me is possible after checking with the dentist …after work i rushed there and to only be told that doctor has gone home….and staff told me that my appointment was set at 7.30pm….i told the reason why I couldn’t make it at 7.30pm…..i drove all the way there just for someone to tell me that I can’t get treated….!!no one even called me to inform on that…..i had to make a new appointment at 9.45am the next day…which feels like a waste of time….!!😡…thanks for the no apology….n unpleasant service …really so disappointed…sent WhatsApp message also no reply….
